I visited this facility recently and had a very positive experience. I found the staff to be very friendly, efficient and professional, and the Doctor who came in to read my results was very thorough and informative. I had anxiety about my MRI procedure and the techs put me at ease. I didn't feel rushed and the appointment started on time. I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking diagnostic imaging.

I had an ankle MRI and it was very easy, did not take long. The office is very new and clean. Everyone was welcoming and professional. I would highly recommend this office ! Cathy

Hands down best MRI office ever. Waiting room very warm and comfortable with beverages and snacks. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Once taking the Mri the room is beautiful and homey. Very professional and even offered a free cd of my results within minutes! Every MRI department in new york should come to see how they can better their business because this was the most amazing experience ever!

Had a great experience. This would be my second time getting a MRI at this location. First you will notice that place is clean they had complementary tea and coffee The front desk staff was very nice little wait time, The MRI technician Jackie was so sweet great personality great conversation. And she was quick ,Considerate because I was freezing, and she brought me a warm blanket awesome experience. Highly recommended.

Loved the experience. Went there 3 times. The MRI technician and the receptionists treated me very well, very little wait time, and had some fun conversations. Plus, they had complementary tea and coffee! I would recommend going there for anyone looking to get their body checked out. Shout out to Jackeline for an enjoyable conversation, great laughs, and she made sure I was not scared of the MRI machine lol

I love when my doctors send me to this office. The receptionists are personable and make sure you are taken care of. The atmosphere is friendly.

Quick and easy place to get an MRI. If you are claustrophobic, this is a good place for you to get an MRI since it is open on the sides, so there is no need to worry. They were fast and professional. The front desk was organized and helpful while filling out the paperwork.

It was really nice atmosphere and I felt very comfortable. The front desk girl Rania and the tech Alex were so sweet and nice! It was clean and quick. Felt like home.

I would like to thank the staff for their incredible service at this location , all my questions and concerns were answered in a timely fashion . Everyone was so friendly and welcoming , they made my experience so delightful since I get nervous for any medical exams . I felt safe and comforted by their professionalism and compassion.

An extraordinary facility in every way. Starting with Kimberly, the most gracious young woman who scheduled my appointment, and showed care and concern for my special needs from the get-go, to Alex, the radiologist, who similarly took care to make sure I was as comfortable as possible during the MRI, given my pain, to the cleanliness of the place, and the layout of the place, which is both beautiful and calming, the whole experience from start to finish was the best I have ever had at any radiology facility, ever!

This location is one of the best one. Staff are friendly and Caring. They are available for any questions and concerns you may have. The place is clean and organized. I would definitively go there again.

I enjoyed going to this location, the facility is clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly they made me feel comfortable. I would most definitely recommend this location.
