The intake was very quick, the staff was professional and got the tests I needed run quickly, and my prescription was waiting for me at the pharmacy by the time I walked across the parking lot to get to it. I would highly recommend going to Priority Urgent Care Oxford.

From the time I walked in, to the time I walked out everyone was so kind and considerate. I’ve never seen a walk in full of such lovely staff. Usually, walk-ins are rushed but this place is amazing.

We received the best care today at the Quarry Walk Urgent Care in Oxford. The doctor “Kristen“ went above and beyond to care for my dad. She was brilliant, friendly and professional. Furthermore, the front desk ladies were bright and friendly and even offered helpful advice to help me find something online. It was a 5 star experience. “Bravo” to the care team at Urgent Care in Oxford!!

I’m not someone that usually leaves reviews but felt like I have to in this case coz in my opinion I had an exceptional experience. Staff was respectful and professional, my visit was fast and smooth from checking in to being seen! Not sure if it was a coincidence (highly doubt it) but would definitely recommend to anyone in the area. Thanks again !

Concerned about an insect bite that left a warm to the touch red mark on my stomach, so I went to get it checked out. The sign in process was quick and easy, the receptionist was polite and pleasant. I was later greeted by the medical representative who performed her medical evaluation and made me very comfortable with her demeanor and concern for my issue. It turned out to be a spider bite and prescribed an antibiotic and cream. Very happy with this facility and staff; most convenient located at Quarry Walk.

Very good and quick service provided by this location. They have solved my minor medical issues many times and much better than going to the emergency room where you can be kept waiting hours before being waited on. The staff is very pleasant, professional and helpful.

I was waited on in a reasonable amount of time considering they had an emergency before me. Very friendly and professional staff. The facility was very clean and this will definitely be my urgent care facility if I should happen to need one again in the future.

Got a deep cut on my finger. Couldn't stop bleeding. Went to closest Urgent care around 9:10 am. Found a long line, that went pretty quick. However, the waiting time to see the provider was longer then expected, about an hour or more. Received an EXELLENT care fro all the UC staff.

I scheduled my visit online the night before. When I arrived the next morning I simply presented my ID and insurance card. I was seen within 5 minutes! The medical person who examined me was an excellent diagnostician and a very good communicator and called in a prescription to the pharmacy that fully alleviated my symptoms. I feel very fortunate to have received such knowledgeable and prompt care. Thank you so much!

The staff was amazing every single person I came in contact with in the office, I actually called before showing up. I was 30 minutes away and the x-ray tech actually waited to leave the two ladies at the front desk where amazing so kind very polite and professional the doctor. She was amazing. There was a gentleman that helped us triage us. He was wonderful, I highly recommend this urgent care center

West Haven, CT resident visiting friends in Oxford, CT during Easter. Upper respiratory issues had me visit 'Priority Urgent Care' in Oxford. I received the greatest of care and negative tests. Doctor is prescribing antibiotics treatment. Thank you for being stationed nearby and for being open on Easter Sunday!

The staff at this location are empathetic, kind and respectful to all Social classes.My family has been coming here for Covid testing, sick visit and minor play ground injuries , etc for a little over 3 yrs. In that time , I have been actively observant. My findings were that they provided me with the best quality care a pt can receive. As I am a person who is being treated with PTSD , the staff here made me feel safe . I could trust them with the treatment & care of my family . I wish all city and urban clinics could model the level of care the staff here in Oxford have provided me and my family. In my opinion we were treated like valued humans and not an inconveniencing disease. Thank you to the staff there in Oxford! You guys are an asset to my community . We love you????
