I had such a great experience with Matt, the PA, and Janelle, the medical assistant! I came in with clogged ears that were really bothering me, and the medical assistant was so gentle and thorough when cleaning them. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and explained what she was doing as she went. Afterward, Matt came in to check my ears and make sure everything looked good. He was professional, kind, and took the time to answer all my questions. I really appreciated how caring and attentive both of them were. The whole visit was quick, easy, and I left feeling so much better. I highly recommend Matt and his team!

I easily made a same day appointment online. When I arrived to check in, the ladies with the Reception Desk were very friendly, knowledgeable, and did their best to get everyone checked in quickly. The nurse and doctor were friendly and efficient, addressing why I was there with care and concern. Yet, they also addressed my issue quickly and I was able to continue with my day soon after, comfortable that I would begin to feel better in a day or so.

Very professional as well as understanding of our immediate care needs. The staff and Dr. were very accommodating to my family’s needs. Their scheduling was very easy and the check in was also very delightfully organized. We were more than impressed and happy with the services of the location and attentive staff. My daughter and I were extremely impressed of the polite staff especially for an immediate care walk-in center. unfortunately, we have had bad experiences with immediate care walk-in clinics in the area. The clinic was surprisingly clean in comparison to other immediate care walk-in facilities in the area. Overall we would rate this practice a 10 out of 10! I had a graceful fall and injured my jaw. I attended my already scheduled physical therapy session and they would barely treat me. They insisted that I go get an x-ray taken. I walked in to Urgant Care and just happen to catch it right as there was no one in the waiting room. I was seen within five minutes by a very nice doctor. I was promptly x-rayed and got my results. I would return to this facility again.

I have gone to this facility 3 or 4 times..I can't say enough good things about this Oxford location..The staff here are so kind..Compassionate and professional. I have gone for myself and I have taken a few of my elderly clients there and always had a positive experience..It is close to my home and it's so wonderful to not have to go to the ER and wait the usual 4hrs or more..I just broke my wrist..I had to drive myself there in a hurry ..I was able to get Xrays right away and soft casted under an hour..I was extremely pleased with every single person there that helped me thru this.. I highly recommend Priority Urgent Care of Oxford. Thank you kindly to all of you that worked there on March 14th 2025..

My daughter came in with an injured elbow. She was seen quickly given an xray. The Dr reviewed the results and treatment plan with us. He was kind and patient and we didn't feel rushed. He was also attentive and made sure all of our questions were answered. My daughter left the appointment feeling reassured. Surprisingly we were in and out within an hour. I would definitely recommend.

Went in for pain in the throat area. Went as a walk-in asked to come back a little later, which was fine. My fault for not making an appt, but wanted to make sure my insurance was in network before committing. Finished paperwork on line and was seen almost immediately when returning. Saw the PA who was very professional and attentive. Front desk worker and nurse were friendly and professional. Would recommend and would return if I need to. **It is very simple to make an appt online! I bet you wouldn’t have to wait more than 5 min if that, to be seen.

This is the friendliest, most thorough, and affordable Urgent Care that I have ever been to. They took me in fast, and spent a good amount of time talking to me, and the staff were extremely kind. Second time I have visited. First a UTI taken care of quickly. Today did not have to wait long because I booked an appointment. The nurse was professional and quickly diagnosed flu like symptoms, bad head cold, ear ache, sore throat, exhaustion with coughing and antibiotics were prescribed to get me feeling better soon.

I had an issue with my ear being plugged up. I went to this urgent care and was taken care of immediately. The receptionist was very welcoming and got me signed in promptly. This was the best experience at any walkin/ doctors office!! Everyone was so professional and beyond kind. The building was spotless. It was very easy to schedule an appointment on line. At check in I was immediately taken care of. I waited less than 5 minutes to be escorted to an exam room. MA checked me in and documented my issues to be discussed with the doctor. Doctor did not keep me waiting came in and examined me and discussed all her findings. Very thorough and compassionate. I wist all my exams could be this good. I would highly recommend this office and provider.

Scheduling was easy on the internet. I had an 11:00 am appointment but wasn’t seen until 45 minutes later. The clinic was short staffed which isn’t uncommon in healthcare. Everything else was great. Everyone is so helpful and genuinely cares how you feel. No one is rushing you around to get you out fast. Time is taken to listen. I highly recommend Priority Urgent Care Oxford.

Made an appointment, was seen within the hour. Doctor was very knowledgeable, got a couple X-rays done, got the results, and was back on my way in less than 2 hours! No fuss no muss, great environment, great people!

My daughter started feeling sick Saturday late afternoon and woke up Sunday feeling the same way but a little worse. I was able to get her into the walk-in the same day I booked it at a good time. The staff was amazing and was listened to everything my daughter was saying on how she was feeling. They took good care of her. I definitely would recommend people go here.

When you don’t feel well the last thing you need is snippy people at the desk. I walked in and the girls at the front desk were very polite and friendly.One short paper to fill out and in 5-6 minutes I was in. Gave my symptoms tested for Covid, neg, thank goodness but have a new flu going around . Got a script called in to my pharmacy and on my way home. This place if you’re ill I highly recommend them.and very clean. 😃

Very efficient and very clean. PA knew what he was doing! Very satisfied with my visit. PA was funny and he made me feel relaxed while taking out my 12 stitches. I’m an 83 year old female living in Oxford, CT !!

Thought it was just a WALK IN FACILITY....didn't realize I had to make an appointment So drove over twice But,It all worked out ok...was seen treated and am feeling better Next time,I know the SYSTEM Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this provider

The intake was very quick, the staff was professional and got the tests I needed run quickly, and my prescription was waiting for me at the pharmacy by the time I walked across the parking lot to get to it. I would highly recommend going to Priority Urgent Care Oxford.

From the time I walked in, to the time I walked out everyone was so kind and considerate. I’ve never seen a walk in full of such lovely staff. Usually, walk-ins are rushed but this place is amazing.

We received the best care today at the Quarry Walk Urgent Care in Oxford. The doctor “Kristen“ went above and beyond to care for my dad. She was brilliant, friendly and professional. Furthermore, the front desk ladies were bright and friendly and even offered helpful advice to help me find something online. It was a 5 star experience. “Bravo” to the care team at Urgent Care in Oxford!!

I’m not someone that usually leaves reviews but felt like I have to in this case coz in my opinion I had an exceptional experience. Staff was respectful and professional, my visit was fast and smooth from checking in to being seen! Concerned about an insect bite that left a warm to the touch red mark on my stomach, so I went to get it checked out. The sign in process was quick and easy, the receptionist was polite and pleasant. I was later greeted by the medical representative who performed her medical evaluation and made me very comfortable with her demeanor and concern for my issue. It turned out to be a spider bite and prescribed an antibiotic and cream. Very happy with this facility and staff; most convenient located at Quarry Walk.

Very good and quick service provided by this location. They have solved my minor medical issues many times and much better than going to the emergency room where you can be kept waiting hours before being waited on. The staff is very pleasant, professional and helpful.

I was waited on in a reasonable amount of time considering they had an emergency before me. Very friendly and professional staff. The facility was very clean and this will definitely be my urgent care facility if I should happen to need one again in the future.
