Took my mom there yesterday for a flare up of her Rheumatoid arthritis and PA was so caring and wonderful to my mother who is 83. Also the nurse who brought us in was so helpful and concerned about my mom. This is the second time bringing my mom here to this facility and would highly recommend. This is the best walkin clinic. Thankyou to the staff and PA.

Unexpected pain and swelling needed wound care, booked appointment for the Newington location online. Arrived to office with virtually no wait time. Staff was welcoming & clinical staff clearly explained selected treatment and why it was best option, and my Rx's were ready when I got to the pharmacy!

I was desperate to get a pre-operation check and paperwork completed for an upcoming surgery. Everyone from the secretary to the nurse to the physicians assistant was incredible. I first called to see if I needed an appointment. Once I told her my situation, she said it wasn’t necessary, so I stopped in a week ago. Front desk staff was friendly and fast. Filled out everything from my phone and was seen immediately as it wasn’t busy. Doctor was super nice and knowledgeable. He related my experience to what he went through at one time. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with what to do how to take care of it and my prescription was called in right away.

I've used Priority Urgent Care 2-3 times over the last few years. Last year it was after spending 5+ hours at Hartford Hospital ER, who were mean and worse, did basically nothing for me. Priority staff are friendly, helpful, kind and most importantly, HELP. I prefer paying a few bucks here rather than trying to deal with my own regular doctor. Highly recommend.

I went to Priority Urgent Care after making an appointment online. I arrived 5 minutes early. The staff is efficient and friendly. I was in and out quickly. Just stopped in hopes that I could get an appointment and a refill on a prescription for cellulitis that I had on my leg that popped up again like it does every year. I am in between doctors right now not like I would get an appointment quick enough to get the prescription I needed to keep my leg from getting worse. My daughter was sick overnight with a high fever, I googled and found this location. Was able to get an appointment early morning. Wait time was within 10 minutes this is very important for people who have children that do not feel good because they are cranky and impatient difficult to deal with. The staff was very quick and I was able to receive notification that the prescription was sent to the pharmacy while I was still there. the physician there gave me great advice and assessed my daughter with courtesy, she is autistic and nonverbal. Great experience.

My encounter was great. First I had a video visit with a PA after a horrible night of chills, shaking, being cold. Very calm, smart, helpful. Asked me to go in for a lab test. There another PA who was sooo sympathetic, smart, reassuring. Picked up my medication on the way home. Feeling much better already. Thanks!

My family has come here at least 5 times in just this year alone. Front Staff is friendly and kind to us. Patience is top notch. They also accommodated us for our two kids (asked for paper and clibboard?) so our little ones were distracted. We are seen within 10 minutes upon arrival and we are always greeted kindly by the nurse practitioner. My toddler has been in a few times with an ear infection and the doctor is always friendly and thorough! When we need a prescription they are always sent immediately (within the hour). We will keep coming back.

My favorite urgent care in Newington and there are many of them! Every one is so kind and compassionate and really thorough always. They are consistent and once even called a specialist to consult on my condition. I did a virtual appointment after being sick for a week and was in no condition to drive. The ladies I spoke to on the phone were very kind and Kristen, the nurse practitioner was extremely helpful and caring. I’m very thankful for them

I was an in person patient on 7/9/23. My sinusitis never quite cleared, so I scheduled a virtual visit. ????? from my home I was able to see the PA, explain my symptoms etc., and I could not ask for more. For someone like me, w/chronic sinusitis, at 65, I know what I need and this facility treated me appropriately both times. Yes, I will suggest this medical center to people I know.

They were very quick and professional! The office is clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt like they did a great job of listening to me and my symptoms in order to get me the best medicine to help. 5 stars, 11/10 and I will definitely be going back next time I need an urgent care.

Suffered from extreme vertigo, everything spinning, could barely walk. Was like those videos you see of extremely drunk people. Couldn’t get in to see my PCP for another week!!!. Saw Phoebe (PA) who spent over 40 minutes with me. She was thorough, professional and showed genuine concern and compassion for the situation. After several tests including an EKG, she correctly diagnosed the issue, performed a minor procedure which helped immediately and called in an Rx. Two days later I am 90+% better. Would still be waiting to see my PCP (now my former PCP, BTW).

Absolutely fantastic. I tried to clean my ears and ended up making it so much worse. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuine I was at ease instantly. 15 minutes later I had my full hearing back - which is critical for my job. Thank you all for being so amazing!

This is the ONLY urgent care I visit - it’s clean and the care and service from all employees is professional and so caring. Anytime I am experiencing asthmatic issues they go above and beyond to assure I receive the best care. This is my one and only go to urgent care !

Such a great experience! Sign in on iPad and finish on phone was easy and copay went smoothly. PA and Dr both had great attitudes and were super quick. Prescription called in immediately, and husband was able to leverage teladoc to get treatment for same symptoms! 10/10 will be back (but hopefully not for a while ?)

I truly felt like a priority at this urgent care. Michael Selmont PA took great care of my kiddo! Was attentive, empathetic and listened to all my concerns. The whole office was pleasant and knowledgeable, especially Jeanine. We might have a staph infection but this staff was top notch.

My visit to Newington Urgent care today was a great experience. The doctor or attendee that saw me today was quite lovely and has great bed side manner my goodness he was so kind and gentle and knew his job well. I was thoroughly impressed and can’t complain about one single thing. I am very shy when going practically anywhere and he made me feel so comfortable that any worries I had went away. The only thing I regret is asking him for his name so I could mention him here! But all and all such a nice visit to Urgent Care ??
