I went to Priority Urgent Care after making an appointment online. I arrived 5 minutes early. The staff is efficient and friendly. I was in and out quickly. Dr. Mike took his time understanding my needs and sent a prescription to my pharmacy. This was my 4th visit over the years. Each time I am very happy with my care.

I'm very grateful for this place I had a hard time trying to find a DOT physical giving the area I was in and they had time and the space to slide me in with no issue and no wait time.. also I came in there with a bad mood but the girl up front was singing her songs and it put a smile on my face and put me in a better place so I'm twice as grateful It made my day better so thank you guys

I have been here often and they are always terrific. They get you in and out without making it seem like they are rushing you through. The medical professionals know your history with them and your general medical history too - I always leave with a feeling like someone cared to listen and help.

They are amazing!!! Our family has been here a few times and everyone is great. The APRN’S are beyond expectations & very personable. They aren’t your typical cold non-caring medical staff. I won’t go anywhere else. I really wish the had primary care options.

Although close relatives had recommended Priority Urgent Care as professional, expedient and responsive to their patient’s needs, I can now say with first hand experience that all of the above are true. Check-in was efficient. Staff was attentive, professional and congenial. I recommend this practice for anytime you have an immediate healthcare need. Tim Collins

These guys are total Rockstars! I must’ve called 10 different clinics for what I needed and they were the only ones that would accommodate. Alex, the MA is amazing and super helpful, the front desk is so sweet and the PA I saw was very supportive. Highly recommend.

I must say Jennifer Fritsch was very kind and welcoming to me. She is very compassionate and listens to her patients and puts them at ease. Dr Timothy Holsbeke had a wonderful bedside manner. He listens and his voice was very comforting when he explained the instructions I should follow. He ialso took the extra time to answer a few questions I had. You can feel it in his spirit as a doctor he very much cares for his patients.

Just stopped in hopes that I could get an appointment and a refill on a prescription for cellulitis that I had on my leg that popped up again like it does every year. I am in between doctors right now not like I would get an appointment quick enough to get the prescription I needed to keep my leg from getting worse. My wait time was fair but my care and the people there were great! Highly recommend!

My fiancée recommended this place cause she said everyone’s nice and she never waited long to be seen. Everyone was definitely friendly, I only waited for maybe two minutes after checking in. Hopefully not need to go back to urgent care again any time soon but if I do, I’d go back to this one.

Great low pressure and low intensity place with super friendly and competent staff. Every interaction from the desk person to the nurse to the doc was awesome. They are patient and understanding and always welcoming and helpful. Definitely give them a try!

My daughter was sick overnight with a high fever, I googled and found this location. Was able to get an appointment early morning. Wait time was within 10 minutes this is very important for people who have children that do not feel good because they are cranky and impatient difficult to deal with. The staff was very quick and I was able to receive notification that the prescription was sent to the pharmacy while I was still there. the physician there gave me great advice and assessed my daughter with courtesy, she is autistic and nonverbal. Great experience.

My encounter was great. First I had a video visit with a PA after a horrible night of chills, shaking, being cold. Very calm, smart, helpful. Asked me to go in for a lab test. There another PA who was sooo sympathetic, smart, reassuring. Picked up my medication on the way home. Feeling much better already. Thanks!

Was scheduled a surgery much needed and Priority Care Urgent in Newington met my needs to schedule my pre-op preferred appointment day and time which in my case I needed asap. To my believe, am amazed they would have done stat as well, same day. Thank you staff and provider. Truly recommend this place

My family has come here at least 5 times in just this year alone. Front Staff is friendly and kind to us. Patience is top notch. They also accommodated us for our two kids (asked for paper and clibboard?) so our little ones were distracted. We are seen within 10 minutes upon arrival and we are always greeted kindly by the nurse practitioner. My toddler has been in a few times with an ear infection and the doctor is always friendly and thorough! When we need a prescription they are always sent immediately (within the hour). We will keep coming back.

Lovely staff. I was having difficulty making my TeleMed. Appt. And the lovely lady from front desk helped me. After that, the appointment went smoothly. the provider Dr. Duncan Was amazing. She listened to me and never rushed the appointment. She covered all the bases with me and provided the best care possible through a telemedicine appointment. Highly recommend!

Only complaint s that i tried to make an appointment online from my computer and it did not go through because it wanted a picture of my Insurance card which I was not able to do. Therefore I didn't have an appointment even though I thought I did. Fortunately they were not busy and were able to take me.

My favorite urgent care in Newington and there are many of them! Every one is so kind and compassionate and really thorough always. They are consistent and once even called a specialist to consult on my condition. I recently brought my son there and pa was wonderful and respectful she made me feel better as she could tell I was worried about him!

From top to bottom best urgent care experience. Natalie, Britney and Kiersten were very helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly compassionate. I’m someone who personally doesn’t like to go seek treatment when I’m sick but from now on when I do I most certainly will be coming back to this urgent care. There was a wait time even though I scheduled online, but that is how urgent care works so I wasn’t upset. The front desk woman was kind and patient. Nurse was polite and efficient.
