My favorite urgent care. They are very professional and on top of their job. They are gentle and know what they are doing. Every time I feel bad I go to them. The place is very clean and neat and overall I feel welcome when I walk in. I would make an appointment instead of walking in to assure u don’t have to wait a bit. Overall 5 stars!

My medical assistant was amazing! I wish I remembered her name. Mike, the doctor I saw, was great! He paid attention to my side effects and needs. The MA did an X-ray to make sure I was alright (which I wanted because I wasn’t getting better). Turns out, I had bronchitis. I went to another urgent care for an opinion two days prior. I was basically told it’ll heal on its own with some other tips. I appreciate that at this location they took the extra time to see if I was okay and prescribed me antibiotics!

I will definitely be choosing this walk in as my go to going forward even though there are many closer to my house. This walk in clinic was easy to make an online appt. I was seen quickly upon arriving. All the staff were friendly and kind and I felt listened to and cared for. My prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy quickly. I also really liked my "discharge" notes were sent to my phone and easy to access from a text link. Of course going to a walk in is never something you want to have to do but this place made it a little easier and more enjoyable.

I took my 7 y-o with a soar throat as a walk-in at 7:10pm (roughly), keeping in mind that they close at 7:45pm. They took us in, registration was pretty quick, and we were heading out within 25-30 minutes. The staff was pleasant given the time we walked in, and they answered all of our questions and I didn’t feel as if they rushed us.

Yesterday was great we went there. There was nice service I was able to do whatever had to be done and it was. It was all good. The doctor was great. The only thing I’d have to say is that the wait time is really long. We had to wait there for like almost an hour, but it was really good.

Professional, pleasant and fast for us on a week night (Thursday). Diagnosed our 12 yo’s foot injury with an x-ray and had us out the door with a boot in an hour.

It was easy to schedule an appointment online! I was able to do the paperwork online as well, saving time at arrival. I got in quickly. Everything was clean and comfortable in the waiting room and the front desk staff were very friendly. I saw the PA with a very short wait. She was attentive, kind, and reassuring. Paperwork afterwards included what was done, care instructions and follow-up instructions. Easy-peasy! I’ll come back here for urgent care needs!

This was our first time visiting this urgent care. My daughter hurt her toe and I googled an urgent care that could provide x-rays. The experience was wonderful from check in until discharge. The staff was excellent and we were in and out quickly. I will definitely recommend this office.

We just spoke with Scott? a PA in Unionville. Really nice guy. My son Joseph described his symptoms and he recommended going into a clinic for more help with his headaches behind his eyes. We just flew in from California and his Medicaid (Medi-cal) is not valid here, but your system made the steps for the appointment clear and accessable. Healthcare is especially challenged during the Christmas holidays and we appreciate you taking care of us foreigners!

My experience with the Priority Urgent Care in Newington Ct.is ALWAYS excellent because I’ve been there for years and I never had any issues. I always receive professional care. The entire staff is very helpful and kind made me comfortable. Quick wait time! Dr. Jessica is very knowledgeable, attentive and very polite , she listens and explains everything regarding my medical condition. I wish more drs were like her. I found the staff to be very courteous and professional, especially when it came to dealing with my temporary hearing loss (moth in my ear). The wait time was very long, as the entire visit from beginning to end lasted about 25 minutes or so. Highly recommend them should you need the use of a walk-in clinic.

Excellent experience! In and out quickly. Sought care after accidentally slicing my pinky finger; received a tetanus shot and some liquid stitches. Was seen right away. Everyone was professional, kind, and caring - receptionist, medical assistant, and physician/ physician assistant, all great. Facility was clean and well maintained, organized, and stocked. I have gone to different locations when it comes to urgent care. But I must say this has been one of the most Comfort Inn places that I’ve been for treatment. The staff were welcoming, professional, and very kind. And that goes from the person who was at the receptionist desk to the person who took my vitals to the Doctor Who saw me.

Took my mom there yesterday for a flare up of her Rheumatoid arthritis and PA was so caring and wonderful to my mother who is 83. Also the nurse who brought us in was so helpful and concerned about my mom. This is the second time bringing my mom here to this facility and would highly recommend. This is the best walkin clinic. Thankyou to the staff and PA.

Unexpected pain and swelling needed wound care, booked appointment for the Newington location online. Arrived to office with virtually no wait time. Staff was welcoming & clinical staff clearly explained selected treatment and why it was best option, and my Rx's were ready when I got to the pharmacy!

I was desperate to get a pre-operation check and paperwork completed for an upcoming surgery. Everyone from the secretary to the nurse to the physicians assistant was incredible. I first called to see if I needed an appointment. Once I told her my situation, she said it wasn’t necessary, so I stopped in a week ago. Front desk staff was friendly and fast. Filled out everything from my phone and was seen immediately as it wasn’t busy. Doctor was super nice and knowledgeable. He related my experience to what he went through at one time. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with what to do how to take care of it and my prescription was called in right away.

I've used Priority Urgent Care 2-3 times over the last few years. Last year it was after spending 5+ hours at Hartford Hospital ER, who were mean and worse, did basically nothing for me. Priority staff are friendly, helpful, kind and most importantly, HELP. I prefer paying a few bucks here rather than trying to deal with my own regular doctor. Highly recommend.

My medical assistant was amazing! I wish I remembered her name. Mike, the doctor I saw, was great! He paid attention to my side effects and needs. The MA did an X-ray to make sure I was alright (which I wanted because I wasn’t getting better). Turns out, I had bronchitis. I went to another urgent care for an opinion two days prior. I was basically told it’ll heal on its own with some other tips. I appreciate that at this location they took the extra time to see if I was okay and prescribed me antibiotics!

I will definitely be choosing this walk in as my go to going forward even though there are many closer to my house. This walk in clinic was easy to make an online appt. I was seen quickly upon arriving. All the staff were friendly and kind and I felt listened to and cared for. My prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy quickly. I also really liked my "discharge" notes were sent to my phone and easy to access from a text link. Of course going to a walk in is never something you want to have to do but this place made it a little easier and more enjoyable.

They took us in, registration was pretty quick, and we were heading out within 25-30 minutes. The staff was pleasant given the time we walked in, and they answered all of our questions and I didn’t feel as if they rushed us.

Unexpected pain and swelling needed wound care, booked appointment for the Newington location online. Arrived to office with virtually no wait time. Staff was welcoming & clinical staff clearly explained selected treatment and why it was best option, and my Rx's were ready when I got to the pharmacy!

I was desperate to get a pre-operation check and paperwork completed for an upcoming surgery. Everyone from the secretary to the nurse to the physicians assistant was incredible. They were so attentive, patient and helpful. I felt very taken care of the entire time. I can’t thank the staff enough for their outstanding service!

Have to say that th staff that took my blood pressure and Covid tests was very good at her job and I have to say Elvis the gentleman who came in to explain what the side effects were for the medicine they prescribe I would say both of the employees are definitely keep those 2 employees

I was greeted and checked in quickly. Everyone is so pleasant and professional. The staff was very caring and knowledgeable. The doctor knew what was wrong and explained clearly what needed to be done. He prescribed medicine and sent the prescription immediately because it was ready when I arrived at the pharmacy. The treatment has improved my condition over night. They always give excellent care at Priority Urgent C In Newington. I highly recommend them!

I first called to see if I needed an appointment. Once I told her my situation, she said it wasn’t necessary, so I stopped in a week ago. Front desk staff was friendly and fast. Filled out everything from my phone and was seen immediately as it wasn’t busy. Doctor was super nice and knowledgeable. He related my experience to what he went through at one time. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with what to do how to take care of it and my prescription was called in right away.

I've used Priority Urgent Care 2-3 times over the last few years. Last year it was after spending 5+ hours at Hartford Hospital ER, who were mean and worse, did basically nothing for me. Priority staff are friendly, helpful, kind and most importantly, HELP. I prefer paying a few bucks here rather than trying to deal with my own regular doctor. Highly recommend.

I came right after work, but the receptionist said I would need to book an appointment if I would like to be seen today. I said yes and I came back at a time which was convenient for me. When I came back, there was no wait. I was in and out. And the staff was very nice.

I went to Priority Urgent Care after making an appointment online. I arrived 5 minutes early. The staff is efficient and friendly. I was in and out quickly. Dr. Mike took his time understanding my needs and sent a prescription to my pharmacy. This was my 4th visit over the years. Each time I am very happy with my care.

I'm very grateful for this place I had a hard time trying to find a DOT physical giving the area I was in and they had time and the space to slide me in with no issue and no wait time.. also I came in there with a bad mood but the girl up front was singing her songs and it put a smile on my face and put me in a better place so I'm twice as grateful It made my day better so thank you guys

I came in for a possible sprained foot. Made the appointment that morning before they opened and chose the first appointment. They were very fast and helpful. Got my foot in an Air cast and crutches. Referral for ortho. Everyone was helpful but very friendly also.

Yesterday was great we went there. There was nice service I was able to do whatever had to be done and it was. It was all good. The doctor was great. The only thing I’d have to say is that the wait time is really long. We had to wait there for like almost an hour, but it was really good.
