Hands down the best urgent care in the area. They are very welcoming when you walk in, their building is nicely done, huge and kept clean. Minimal wait times and dedicated care to each patient. I was hesitant trying somewhere new but I couldn’t be happier that I did. They will now be the go to urgent care for everyone in my house. Thank you so much for communication of results, explanation of treatment and what to expect next.

My hubby and I were extremely feeling horrible ? for weeks but then we found the wonderful staff at urgent care professional .. Caring ....knowledgeable.. Even smiling staff when u feel the worse Thank You ..TIa Cathy. Girl in front ???the kirby ?

The visit to Urgent Care was very good and I would recommend it to anyone. They prescribed exactly what I needed and I am well now, thanks to them.

I was impressed with the care I received today. Very caring on all levels. Every one was very polite. Explained everything that was going to be done. Will diffently go back if a situation arises again. Thank you for such great care today.

Beautiful new Urgent Care facility that is extremely clean and well staffed. Staff are all very friendly and the doctor explained exactly what was wrong. I highly recommend this facility if you can't get into your regular doctor.

I was met by a very nice professional at the front desk who took my information and the reason I was there so expeditiously . Moments later I was led to a room where the nurse met me and took my vitals so quickly and kindly . Moments later the doctor walked in and listened so carefully with her undivided attention that I was so impressed with her attention to my issue . Examined me patiently and asked precise questions . She knew exactly what my problem was . The place is so clean and quiet and everyone so professional. It was like a medical place on movies . I’m so pleased with this place and the staff and mostly the doctor who visited me .

What a nice clean place, quick service with little to no wait time. Nurse came did BP, temp, etc. screening and the doctor came in shortly after. The doctor took the time to listen, explain what was happening and also explain the treatment plan, medications and answer any questions. Would recommend 100%.

Visited the Urgent Care of New Port Richey after I could not get into see my doctor. They were kind, professional, and there was no wait to be seen. Dr. Vakharia was the best! I highly recommend this urgent care center in New Port Richey if need one. Their patient care is superb!

Took my son on a Saturday morning and was seen promptly. Very clean, modern, and up-to -date facility. The receptionist that checked us in was extremely nice and helpful. We were seen by Dr Rucha Patel. She was personable, kind, and connected immediately with my son. This will be our go-to urgent care! Thank you for a wonderful experience ?

So glad I have an Urgent Care close to home . Been having trouble with my General Practitioner's office changing Drs. more than regularly and making appts. . Tried to make an appt. was told Sept. Now Just have a persistent cough from allergies and came here. The staff is great and make you feel comfortable from the receptionist to the P. A. .Highly recommend this location .

I can't say enough about this office and their doctors and staff. Dr. Seen me a few weeks ago when I had a severe case of strep throat. He was very thorough and TOOK THE TIME to answer my questions and explain things in detail to me. He is not only the doctor, but the medical director. Which spoke volumes to me of his engagement with his patients because most just take a minute and rush you out the door. My daughter also ended up there as well. They were so helpful when she had a allergic reaction to the antibiotics. If your looking for somewhere where they are FOR THE PATIENTS.This is your place.!!

I was having breathing issues. The team got me in so quickly!! They were able to address the issue in a short amount of time and prescribe meds to help. In the future, if needed, I will definitely use this place instead of the ER or any other urgent care.

It was the quickest and most thorough urgent care visit I’ve ever been to. Just loved the doctor. I wish he had his own regular practice because I would be one of his regular patients. But I will definitely be going back to this urgent care when I have to.

From the phone call to verify if this urgent care accepted my insurance all the way through check in process to exam and diagnosis the urgent care of new port richey was exemplary. The care of the nurse the checked me in, took my vitals and gave me my injections was beyond kind and compassionate as well as the doctor reassuring me that they would get me feeling better and actually listened to my concerns and symptoms thoroughly while also explaining diagnosis in detail which helped calm my anxiety of having such an intense migraine. The whole building was extremely clean and will be my go to if ever I need urgent care again.
