I became a new patient in March of this year, as I've been having chronic joint pain and because I'm 20 no doctor has truly been taking me seriously. I found Nurse Practitioner Erica Cox, and she and her staff have treated me so kindly and with urgency. I shared my concerns, family history, and my own symptom list and she promptly led me to the lab. When I didn't get a call back from a rheumatologist they referred.e to, they reached back out to me and sent referrals out to a different office that is now getting me in on the 30th. Really impressed with how quickly they work, and how kind they all were. I will definitely be using Erica Cox as my PCP in the future.

I was experiencing insomnia for 10 months No sleep at all. Working with Dr Chow after a few weeks a solution was found. Dr Chow has much determination in helping you with your problems. I'm very grateful for his help. Dr Chow is a wonderful addition to Kernersville primary care.

Dr. Kelly, before his well-earned retirement, was my primary care physician for nearly eight years, and was the best physician I’d ever seen in my life. He was knowledgeable, willing to have interesting discussions not even necessarily medically related, and he was generous with his time. Never did I feel rushed, unheard, or uncomfortable in his presence, which is a rare and seemingly vanishing quality in patient care these days. So, when I heard about his retirement, I was concerned that I’d never find another physician like him—then I was put under the care of Nurse Practitioner Sherry Barker! Under the care of Sherry, I have had my medical knowledge of myself expanded even beyond what I thought was possible with the qualities that made Dr. Kelly great but has been echoed in spades with Shery. She is attentive, patient, understanding, and has helped me with not only a positive perspective on my diagnosis but a continued hope for the future of progressive self-care management not only with my diabetes but with my mental health as well! I feel both fortunate and privileged to under Sherry’s care and would recommend her to all who are currently struggling on being heard, understood, and taken seriously in their medical needs!

Love Dr. Kelly! He's been my primary for years. We've worked together in managing my health. I appreciate him and will miss him when he retires. Well done, the great physician! ?

Kernersville Primary Care (and Dr Kelly) have been my main medical provider for over 30 years. Always a caring, professional staff who go the extra mile. I would have no concerns recommending Dr Kelly and team to anyone.

Yes, there is a doctor who cares for his patients very deeply. Has a great staff to back him. Virtual visits go very well. I consider myself blessed to have a great doctor!

Been going to here for many years (Since i was really young) and i've never been disappointed. The staff are very friendly and professional and the doctors really care about there job. I'd HIGHLY recommend this place to any family,friend or coworker.

Great Doctor. He clearly cares more for the patient than the billing. I live in Winston Salem NC. I had been a patient of his Winston Salem practice. When he moved the 25 miles to Kernersville, I followed him as my personal doctor. He is worth driving 50 miles round trip.

I am very pleased with Kernersville Primary care. Friendly and professional staff. Having Jennifer Chatmon as my GP I feel like I am in good hands. Would recommend them to anyone looking for good health care and convenient location here in Kernersville.

I was so impressed with the sense of urgency Jennifer Chatmon showed with scheduling a quick appointment to address my son’s emergency situation. She gave his a very thorough and complete examination while explaining her findings. Jennifer showed sincere compassion and gave all of us a high level of confidence that he was in the right place. She answered all our questions and we did not feel rushed. She also scheduled an appointment with a specialist by personally reaching out to discuss the situation. Thank you, Jennifer, for your compassion, professionalism and for your thoroughness in addressing this medical situation.

Dr. Kelly and his whole group are really very efficient pleasant and professional. I am fortunate to have found an involved and vested physician for my care being relatively new in the area. I can’t say enough good things about him other than Thank you very much.

I've been going here since I was a child. Very clean and organized. They have very friendly and caring staff. I've never had to wait more than 15-20 minutes.

Awesome staff, short wait time. Doctors and PAs are very knowledgable. Convient location and hours.
