Dr. Shadi is AMAZING with filler. I couldn't believe the difference from my last medspa. She is very gentle and talks you through everything. I received many compliments at work. I also did Biogel under my eyes. Dr. Shadi is continuing to do the Biogel for free until I get the results I want.

Dr. Shadi is the best. So professional and knowledgeable. After a few treatments my face looks so refreshed, my friends and family are full of compliments and many want to start with her in the new year. Amazing customer service, care and attention to detail. As a man it was difficult trying to select a facility where I could start getting treatment to fix the years of aging, and the toll years not concerned about my appearance. However, after deciding to take a leap of faith and choosing to tidy up my appearance, and vetting several estheticians and different facilities. I chose Dr. Shadi, Concierge MedSpa, she's actually a Certified Doctor, from my initial phone phone call to the many services that were included in my package, every visit has been pleasant, and results are Amazing! finally the cost... for all the different services that were included in my package it was by far worth it! Dr. Shadi several times even had me go back and added services at no charge, although I was pleased, she is a perfectionist and takes pride in her work, and making her clients feel good about themselves. if I could give her a higher rating I would, give her a call and you will not be disappointed! I couldn't be happier. Thank you Dr. ShadI & Gabriela your service and team work, are greatly and sincerely appreciated!

The most caring, loving, and professional med spa I have ever known. Dr Shadi is truly a pleasure to work with. She is very kind and honest. She recommends individual treatment plans for each client and always makes sure the treatments are working and make necessary adjustments if and when needed. The front office staff are very polite and responsive. Their prices are very reasonable and they use the latest technologies. I 100% recommend this med spa to anyone seeking to look and feel more beautiful!

Dr. Shandi has been fantastic to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She took her time to explain the procedures and possible side effects. She was very thorough in going through my health history and I really appreciate that level of commitment. Her staff is very welcoming as well. I originally went to Dr. Shadi for microneedling with hopes of hopes of better skin. I ended up also doing PRP eye treatments along with the microneedling. I honestly was in awe with the results. I never use to leave the house without makeup and now I never want to wear it, feeling so comfortable in my own skin. The eye treatment helped completely resolve the bags under my eyes. Dr. Shadi also helped dissolve my stubborn lip filler that migrated and redid them with a natural not duck lip fake look. I trust her with all my needs. And customer service from her and her staff can’t be beat. Thank you Dr.Shadi.

What an incredible experience so far. I do not do botox because I'm scared so I decided to give the EmFace a try and so far I'm happily seeing some results. The creases between my brows have softened quite a bit and it has not stopped working on smoothing my face out. Dr. Shadi and her team are very gentle. They explain everything in detail. I'm so happy that I met Dr. Shadi and decided to give this little gem a shot!

Dr. Shadi is amazing. She is very attentive, sweet and is happy to help. I had an advanced PRF under my eyes. I have a lot of hollowness and it bothered me for many years. In one short visit I had instant results. I love how nice my eyes look now. The numbing cream is BOMB! I didn’t feel thing, except a light pinch for a second. She took a blood sample and it turned into my plasma & bio gel and used it to fill in my hollow eyes. As a holistic wellness coach, I like only natural products as much as possible. There is no risk of my body rejecting it, no side effects, and no allergic reaction! She also has other machines that help with anti-aging. Botox & fills aren’t for me. The risk around the eye area can cause problems like blindness. So this is the safest route. I appreciate how comfortable I felt, being the first time doing anything like this, I was not too nervous knowing that Dr. Shadi is an MD. I definitely recommend her for all your anti-aging treatments. Staff is friendly (Gabby) and the office is clean. Dr shadi explains everything and what to expect. I am a happy client and I will continue to go to Dr. Shadi for services. She also has weightless program ??

I heard from many of my coworkers and friends about the new and high tech machine in the world of beauty called EMFace. Finally I decide to try it. I realized Dr Shadi Concierge MedSpa is one of the few in Orange County has this equipment. Yesterday, I completed my fourth and last session. Very happy with the outcome. Dr Shadi is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.

Dr Shadi and her staff are amazing! If you want a personalized and professional experience with attention to detail of your own personal goals and needs you should definitely book an appointment. You will feel comfortable and catered to. The results are amazing and you will want to come back.
