I got my tattoo removal done by Sandra! She did an amazing job. Even though I've done this before she helped answer my questions and talk to me about my treatment plan. She took every factor into consideration when carrying out my treatment plan. I would go here again for other treatements as well. One warning is that please arrive early to find the building the gps was really throwing me off by taking me to a neighborhood and the office is in a bunch of brown buildings that have a ton of medical practices or other offices on butterfield road.

Very grateful for Cynthia's professionalism and friendliness. I came in for laser tattoo removal and my first session went wonderful. I can't say enough about Dr. Chris and his staff! Recently I was in a car accident. They Care, treatment, And Especially the emotional support was above and beyond. My healing journey was very successful. I feel great, I will continue Services at their office since they have a lot to offer. I couldn't see myself going anywhere else. I am truly grateful!!

I recieved a hydra facial from Clara. It was the 3rd time i've ever recieved one and the best my face felt after. She dermaplaned me before and the results are fantastic. If you want to feel fresh do this.

Katie's expertise and client care is why I chose this Medspa. I am currently on a maintenance plan after completing the opus plasma treatment. My skin looks refreshed. I just had to share my experience with the IPL Laser treatment recommended by Sandra. It has been absolutely amazing! My acne has significantly improved. Sandra's recommendation and expertise made all the difference. The sessions are comfortable, and the front desk staff are friendly and attentive. I began receiving treatments from Advanced Health of Oakbrook in 2019 to help with my back alignment. The staff is attentive and friendly. The therapists do their best to make you feel better as they help to loosen up your muscles and Dr. Chris is great! He gives recommendations on what type of stretches and exercises you can do in between visits to continue working on your body.

I am currently a new client receiving cosmetic and pain therapy. My initial experience was great the staff was welcoming the facility is modern. The treatments I received on my first appointment were personalized and I will be back soon for follow ups!

If I could rate this place with a negative 5 stars, I would. They are extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. I had an appointment for SculpSure, and they canceled on me last minute. After this, I decided to reschedule the appointment with them, and on the day of my appointment, I drove 45 minutes to get to their office, only to find out they were closed. I called them multiple times and they never answered my calls. After this, they did not even take the time to apologize. I had to drive an hour to go back home, and on top of that, I had to miss a half day from my work. This makes me extremely mad, I lost money and time attending to this appointment and they couldn't even call me to apologize. I do not recommend this place at all. It seems like a scam.

Dr Chris and his staff are simply amazing. They work hard to make sure to meet any of your body's needs. I had bad pain in my neck for quite sometime. An adjustment from Dr.Chris and a massage from Loretta vanished it! Everyone there is extremely sweet and treat you as a person rather than just a patient. Amazing amazing business.

Dr Chris and his staff were so professional, accommodating and friendly. I'm 39, I have 3 grown children & I have always struggled with a little extra around my mid-section. I was debating getting liposuction but went with a non-invasive approach first, Sursculpture. I had 4 sessions of Sursculpture on my belly & bra line, starting in September, coupled with a keto/high protein diet, and rigorous exercise routine and by January my waist is the smallest it's been in 15 years. 6-2-19 To whom it may concern, I came to New Reflections Health and Body with a scar I had been living with for years. It affected my confidence and in my opinion my appearance. UPDATE*** I've been coming to Dr. Chris for over a year now. Dr Chris is still phenomenal! Still down to earth and personable. The ladies (Loretta is my fave) are great at what they do and are still consistent with changing linens and keeping the clinic rooms disinfected and fresh. He wipes down the table after every patient. In this pandemic there's no need to worry as everyone is practicing CDC guidelines and respectful of everyones space. He remodeled last year and it looks fantastic. Air purifying plants, new comfy chairs, water for customers, the music is still so calming. The father/son duo is amazing. Don't miss out!
