Absolutely above first class service and Dr. Choudhary is absolutely amazing. You can talk to her about anything and she's always able to answer. 5 star for knowledge, bedside manners, treat's practically everything including weight loss and a spa that that I'm researching and will update soon. I've been in the medical field over 26 years and only 2 doctor's do I trust 100 percent and she's one of them. Thank you for PCP for being here for me in a rough time.

Dr. Choudharys are very knowledgeable, efficient and personable. The office staff are friendly and very organized. Highly recommend this clinic and the location is convenient as well!

Need to have blood drawn for a test? Dr Chouhary's nurse is hands down the best I have ever seen - did not even know the needle was in my arm until the blood filled the tube!

Awesome service from the front desk to the provider. I had an impromptu need and they were able to get me in. The provider is a good listener,she listener to all my complaints and gave me the best care.

Both Dr. Smriti Choudhary and Dr. Niraj Choudhary are amazing! They are very knowledgeable and truly cares about their patients. We have visited the clinic multiple times every year and it has always been a great experience. The staffs are also very friendly.

Dr Choudhary is a wonderful physician. She took the time to listen to what was happening with me and immediately began to provide ideas on how to fix the situation I was placed in by another less-caring physician. She is compassionate and thorough. A physician who listens and then responds is a resource sorely lacking in the medical community these days. Not everything is about numbers and Dr Choudhary makes it about her patients and their care first.

I've been seeing Dr. Smriti Choudhary since 2011, she is compassionate, I feel comfortable talking to her about my medical issues, she listens, she's always on time with refills on my medications and provides the best care I've ever had. I would definitely recommend her as a medical physician.
