Genuinely compassionate, kind, generous with feedback, and pragmatic. I couldn't ask for more. I came in carrying a great deal of pain and confusion, but I left with greater clarity about my options and a plan for moving forward. Frank couldn't fix my problems, but he helped me replace a sense of vulnerability with one of accountability and hope.

I highly recommend this practice. Out of all the places we have been, I finally feel like my son is in good hands. Frank Occhpinti, NP, is incredibly caring. He truly listens and allowed my son to express himself freely. We are so grateful to have found this team.

I absolutely find Dr. Aileen Lorenzo the easiest doctor to talk to. She is outstanding, smart intuitive and so easy to talk to. She considers your medical issues/ medication etc.., but takes the time to actually care. I cannot express my gratitude enough and recommend her highly. Thank God for doctors like her! A very grateful patient.

Alacia Sims P.A.-C is an amazing Physician as well as a person. She is always there to provide a positive and uplifting visit . Roxanne the secretary is always kind and supportive also . All around great service provided

I am an RN and been around Dr.’s for most of my life. Elco truly listened to everything and took extensive notes while still maintaining eye contact and asking very pertinent questions. I was so impressed with how detailed his exam was. I’ve been to other psychiatrists and this PA beats them all. He created a plan at the end of the hour long new patient visit and am scheduled to go back in 2weeks.

I just had the pleasure of speaking with Ms Sarah Uribe. I can’t find words to express my gratitude for her kindness and compassion. Ms Uribe took the time to speak with me and went above and beyond to help resolve our issues All I can say is that the world would be a better place if everyone was as kind, understanding and patient as Ms Sarah Uribe. Love my psychiatrist Elco Marques. He is always on time and genuinely cares and listens to me. You guys are always there when I call as well. All staff i have encountered are super professional, kind and helpful.

It was June and I was about to hospitalize myself with the care I had been receiving for over six years. I reached out to psychiatry of the palm beaches and got an appointment that day! Ms. Hannah Parker has been providing me with support sometimes as quickly as less than bi weekly. Between Ms. Parker and the staff, I have remained in my home and out of the hospital. I am so grateful to Psychiatry of the Palm Beaches. I am a blessed client 🌞

My response will be a long one. First of all my representatives name was Al and I don’t think I could have had anyone better. I called in to have my form filled out for my medical records to be released from my previous doctor. I don’t have a printer and I have no idea what I am doing on my phone. Al spent an entire hour with me to get the job done. He was so pleasant to speak with and I truly appreciate the time he took to help me. I hope you give him some type of recognition or a raise as he deserves both. Thank you, Christine Reynolds

I love this office. Kindal is great and very straightforward and listens to her patients. I’ve had a great experience with her. Also, Al, who works at the front desk is a sweetheart and is always communicative and helpful when i have issues regarding refills. He is funny too! Makes a bad day better.

Taylor Kane and the staff at Psychiatry of the Palm Beaches are wonderful! I've only had three sessions and have realized improvement each time. Super happy I reached out for my daughter as I realized I need help too. I highly recommend Ms. Kane. Thank you!

Kindal Sweet is a phenomenal therapist! She really listens when you talk and engages totally with you to understand whatever it is you are going through. She really works as a “partner,†not simply a doctor/patient situation. She has helped me immeasurably!! She knows her medications well and is always trying to help me find what works best. She’s amazingly understanding, kind and a consummate professional. I’m so thrilled that I found someone so competent. She’s simply THE BEST!

We need more Psychiatric Practices like this one! Taylor Kane is absolutely amazing! She listens to me and I never feel rushed. When it comes to my medication (which is an extremely complicated list) I have never had a provider as knowledgeable as her. Just in the last 6 months of seeing Taylor Kane my life has changed tremendously. I can not thank her enough, and the front desk as well. Bethany and Sam have gone above and beyond for me, and even check up on me weekly because I live alone and have a lot of health issues. I am so grateful for all of you and everything you do for me!
