I’ve been a patient at Northeast Primary Care for over five years, and I can’t recommend them enough. Initially, I saw Dr. Nanda Ramsaroop, but due to a change in insurance, I now see Dr. Sharda Ramsaroop. Both sisters are phenomenal doctors who truly care about their patients. What sets them apart is their attentiveness. Unlike other doctors who rush through appointments, Dr. Nanda and Dr. Sharda take the time to listen and provide exceptional care. Yes, there can be a variation in wait times—both in the waiting room and after being placed in an exam room—but it’s absolutely worth it for the quality of care they provide. If you’re looking for a primary care physician who genuinely cares, I highly recommend either Dr. Nanda or Dr. Sharda Ramsaroop. They’re both outstanding!

Dr. Shandra Ramsaroop is knowledgeable, attentive and professional. Very rarely do you find a provider who takes the time to listen to you..be present in the moment they are with you! The office staffs are also amazing and very professional!

I used to love them and the doctor is phenomenal but the practice sadly cares more about getting paid than helping patients. I am in so much pain and they wouldn’t see me because I have more than one insurance active. After a thirty minutes of phone calls with insurance and NY state of health, they could not resolve the issue. When I called northeast primary care back they still said they can’t give me an appointment. I’ve had no choice to go to urgent care which is closed so I’m waiting a day while in a lot of pain. It’s a pity because Dr. Sharda is the best doctor I’ve ever had and she is incredible. The operations and management - not so much.

Dr. Ramsaroop Sisters are caring, kind, friendly, hospitable & have best bedside manners. My annual visits are thorough & consistent, & I leave the clinic satisfied as my questions were answered. The facility is clean & neat. And the staff is well mannered & kind. They have a parking lot for patients to park their cars in and it is free. I am happy that I found my life long Primary Care Provider.

Dr Ramsaroop has been an excellent provider for me for the past few years. She is always professional and has great bedside manner. There is rarely a wait in the office, and they are very proactive in getting back quickly with lab results. I would highly recommend this practice.

I am a patient of Dr. Sharda Ramsaroop since October 2023. My GYN Dr. Culotta referred me to this practice because I did not have a PCP my A1C was very high at the same time while being insulin resistant. I met with her and she put me on a treatment plan. She was very informative, patient and reassuring through everything. I continue to see her till this day and will always continue. She is truly the best! 1 of the hardest things to come by is a doctor that actually listens to you and doesn’t ever make you feel like you’re asking too many questions. The front desk admin staff are great as well very professional and helpful. I highly recommend Northeast Primary Care. Thank you to all staff for always making me feel welcome!

I drive 40 minutes just to see Dr. Barasch. She is kind and sweet and I feel very comfortable discussing my health concerns with her. The rest of the staff very extremely kind and courteous and the facility is very pleasant and clean. Will definitely recommend.

I have been going to Dr Barasch for 4 years now. She's very professional, thorough, and caring. You do not feel like a number. She always gets back to you in a reasonable amount of time. Dr Barasch keeps on top of your care to make sure nothing is missed. The staff is great, too. They are personable, and competent. I am very glad found this practice.

Dr. Barasch is knowledgeable, thorough and caring and gives me all the time I need to discuss my health issues. I never have a problem with scheduling appointments and if Dr. Barasch is not in the office I have seen her alternate, Dr Ramsaroop who is also thorough and caring. The office is clean and well run. I’m extremely happy with this office. Dr Go is very nice and She takes the time to listen to her patients. Front desk girls were very nice and I didnt have to wait long to see the Dr. Go. This office also has its own lab where they draw blood. The lab was very clean. I’m very impressed with this office and will recommend to family and friends.

Very quick and convenient location. Always has appointments they can schedule you in for. It also has a parking lot on the side (big plus). I’ve never had an visit that took longer than 30-45mins. Highly recommend!

I see Dr. Barasch at Northeast Primary Care and I LOVE this place!! It is super important for me to find a doctor that I like and can see, so now that I found this place, I’m hoping I can stay forever (even if my insurance changes)! They are quick, the office is clean, the people at the front desk are always so nice! Plus I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Barasch! She’s so smart, thorough, understanding, patient, and kind. She listens, and really tries to solve problems. I am such a fan of her!!
