I have been seeing Dr Nanda Ramsaroop for many many years. Where ever she is, I will make sure my insurance is accepted and go where her office is. Dr N Ramsaroop is just amazing, the care she gives is caring , professional, courteous and gets straight to the point to give you the best care for your health. The office she is in now is also great. The staff is professional and kind and very helpful. I'm extremely happy having her as my PCP, and I know that I'm in excellent hands.. Highly recommend Dr N Ramsaroop and her staff..

I've been seeing Dr. Sharda Ramsaroop for a few years now in the Mineola office and it's time to write a review. She is a very deeply caring and empathetic physician that takes the time to listen to your concerns and formulate a path forward. Incredible bed-side manners and a very calm voice. This is rare in the medical field. Each time I go I feel like I am heard and not rushed out. This is important in healthcare to be seen, validated and understood by a medical professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a physician in Nassau County, NY that takes time to listen and understand a patient's need. The staff is also great in working with you and appointments and accommodate any changes.

Been seeing Dr Nanda Ramsaroop for several months. I’m Very Satisfied so far with my experience. I find her quite different from the other Primary Care doctors that I’ve seen in the past. She is extremely knowledgeable and quite willing to answer questions, and also very patient and very pleasant. In the time I’ve seen her she seems to have a very good understanding about my overall health and has offered some very good advice for me going forward! For anyone looking to step up their Primary care I’d suggest scheduling a visit. I’d also like to mention the quality of the overall staff is Excellent!

Initially, I saw Dr. Nanda Ramsaroop, but due to a change in insurance, I now see Dr. Sharda Ramsaroop. Both sisters are phenomenal doctors who truly care about their patients. What sets them apart is their attentiveness. Unlike other doctors who rush through appointments, Dr. Nanda and Dr. Sharda take the time to listen and provide exceptional care. Yes, there can be a variation in wait times—both in the waiting room and after being placed in an exam room—but it’s absolutely worth it for the quality of care they provide. If you’re looking for a primary care physician who genuinely cares, I highly recommend either Dr. Nanda or Dr. Sharda Ramsaroop. They’re both outstanding!

I used to love them and the doctor is phenomenal but the practice sadly cares more about getting paid than helping patients. I am in so much pain and they wouldn’t see me because I have more than one insurance active. After a thirty minutes of phone calls with insurance and NY state of health, they could not resolve the issue. When I called northeast primary care back they still said they can’t give me an appointment. I’ve had no choice to go to urgent care which is closed so I’m waiting a day while in a lot of pain. It’s a pity because Dr. Sharda is the best doctor I’ve ever had and she is incredible. The operations and management - not so much.

I am a patient of Dr. Sharda Ramsaroop since October 2023. My GYN Dr. Culotta referred me to this practice because I did not have a PCP my A1C was very high at the same time while being insulin resistant. I met with her and she put me on a treatment plan. She was very informative, patient and reassuring through everything. I continue to see her till this day and will always continue. She is truly the best! 1 of the hardest things to come by is a doctor that actually listens to you and doesn’t ever make you feel like you’re asking too many questions. The front desk admin staff are great as well very professional and helpful. I highly recommend Northeast Primary Care. Thank you to all staff for always making me feel welcome!

I see Dr. Barasch at Northeast Primary Care and I LOVE this place!! It is super important for me to find a doctor that I like and can see, so now that I found this place, I’m hoping I can stay forever (even if my insurance changes)!
