Just moved to this area. I am so thankful to have this place so close to home! Dr. Keller was very helpful and diagnosed me quickly after suffering for ten days, wished I would have went to urgent care ten days ago. Will definitely go back when in need of heath care! Glad I found this place. Highly recommend. Staff was amazing too!

I highly recommend First Aid Urgent Care. Everyone friendly, thorough and professional. Listened intently to description of my symptoms. Great explanations for medical decision making and medications prescribed

Dr. Keller has a great bedside manner and took the time to understand my medical history. He examined me thoroughly and exhibited a high level of care. The entire office was friendly and the process was streamlined to get me back to feeling better. Would 100% recommend to others.

This was my first experience with an urgent care facility and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. I was seen quickly and the staff could not have been nicer. I was seen by Joshua Keller, FNP-C. He diagnosed my problem, explained everything and allayed my concerns. Prescriptions were handled efficiently. I left feeling relieved and grateful. I won't hesitate to return if the need arises. I highly recommend.

I was experiencing extreme back pain. I signed up and was able to walk out the door within 24-25 minutes. The front desk, nurse and doctor were very professional and understood exactly what I was experiencing. I would definitely recommend this location if you are in pain.

The facility provided excellent customer service and outstanding medical care. Was seen at my scheduled appointment (on time) and was in and out within 30 minutes for severe, lower back spasms.

I recently went to Fast Aid Urgent Care in New Braunfels. There wasn't a long waiting time at all. The whole staff was amazing. Dr. Keller was amazing too and very friendly. He took time to listen and answer any questions that I had. If I need to go to an Urgent Care in the future I will definitely go back to Fast Aid.

I am not one to write reviews often but I had to leave a good review for this urgent care office. The nurse practitioner Joshua explained things so well and was not rushed. I have never gotten in and out in a timely manner at other urgent cares in town. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks so much for the great care.

Every aspect of our experience was incredibly impressive, from the efficiency of the wait time (under 10 minutes!) to the warm and helpful demeanor of the front desk staff. Every person we encountered played a role in ensuring our care was top-notch. The nurse went above and beyond to comfort my child, even managing to stop their tears. The doctor was not only highly professional but also remarkably personable, taking the time to explain every detail thoroughly. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. While I hope we won't need to return, I take comfort in knowing we'd be in excellent hands if we do.

It definitely lives up to its name! We were in and out with a drs note and prescription in like 45 mins. The staff seems to know what they're talking about and seem to be very detail oriented. Hopefully not, but if needed I would definitely go back as my first choice of a clinic! Best treatment and customer service we've had at any clinic between kyle and new braunfels. Very happy with the service, thank y'all so much!

I was very pleased with the care I received. First, my wait time was less than 20 minutes - another Urgent Care quoted me 10 HOURS! Everyone here was very pleasant. The doctor I saw took care of the issue I came in for - confirmed there was nothing still in my eye; saw the scratch; prescribes what was needed for the eye to heal and for the pain in the eye - and the prescriptions were at the pharmacy (too many times other places 'forget' to send scripts or send to the wrong pharmacy) I would recommend this facility 100%. The fact that they take TRICARE insurance is also a big plus!

I have used this service three separate occasions. Having tried other urgent cares and er facilities, the system the use is very fast and efficient. The longest I or family member has had to wait is 15 min (mainly there were other patients ahead of us) I will say the intake staff nurses seem to be inexperienced and still learning, but after vitals you are taken to a room that has a tv with YouTube shorts videos playing on it as a distraction until shortly waiting you see the physician. The physicians there are great! They have kind bedside manner and thoroughly explain what ailments are happening in the body and why. They also give a couple of options for treatment for you to decide what avenue is best. Then promptly get treatment or call in prescription right away. If they were a family practice, I would see them regularly. Very appreciative for your care

We recently visited Fast Aid for a sudden illness and I cannot speak highly enough about the staff and the NP Keller. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. There was no wait time. Keller, NP was very knowledgeable and compassionate through out the entire visit. Facility was clean and well maintained which is always a plus. I highly recommend Fast Aid Urgent Care to anyone in need of prompt and quality medical attention.

These professionals were extremely polite and efficient. My children were seen immediately, the doctor/ nurse addressed the concerns without pushing another agenda or getting attitude. I will absolutely use this facility again in the future even though I have quick care closer to home, I will drive an extra 10/15 minutes. Everyone was a polite, the facility was clean, and there was no long wait. Highly recommend.

Was seen today for a back injury and was given great care! Avis and Jason were kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable. There was no wait time and the sign in process was very easy. This was hands down the best experience Ive had with an urgent care. I left with a clear understanding of my medication schedule and also a detailed treatment plan for rehab/healing stretching for my injury. Thank you guys so much!

Needed to take my step daughter to the drs but they close early on Friday's, so decided to go into Fast Aid. Yep they were fast an efficient, easy enough filling out paperwork and got seen 5 mins after. I had blinked and there was the dr! quick as can be! In and out!
