Had an excellent experience today at this urgent care. Fast & easy registration process. Pleasant and efficient personnel. Cameron, Enrique, and Joshua were all helpful and attentive to my needs. Will use this location again if I am ever in need while visiting family in Texas. Also, in network for my Humana Full Give Back PPO insurance.

Really awesome experience at Fast Aid Urgent Care!! It was easy to make an appointment and register online. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, the office was clean and I was brought back and seen by the doctor very quickly. My prescription was also sent to the pharmacy right away. Would definitely go here again in the future!

Excellent service—highly recommend! Proficient, professional, expedient, thorough. Accepted my insurance and it was probably the easiest Urgent Care experience I have ever had! Will go again when/if the need arises, and will recommend their services to others. I like that they are also Veteran owned and have several locations in the San Antonio area. I used the New Braunfels location.

Went here with my daughter on the 25th and my son on the 26th. All diagnosed with flu B. Josh was amazing and thorough. The front desk, screener, and tech in the back providing check in, screening, and treatments were all professional and kind as well. Thank you.

The online virtual waitlist is an amazing option. Arrived at scheduled time, approved my information and was seen right away. I saw the doctor within minutes. I was in and out of my appointment with meds for recovery in no time. I truly appreciate their efficiency. All employees were welcoming and helpful! It was a wonderful experience!

Always such welcoming staff and doctors! Very streamlined quick online or in person registration. Can’t beat the bedside manner of the providers!!! Both doctors are beyond knowledgeable and personable! They accept all ages! Visit time is quick and never a long wait! I always check the online waitlist as well. So satisfied with Fast Aid Urgent care !! Went in a couple of weeks ago because I was soooo sick and there was no wait time which was wonderful . Dr. Keller knew exactly what I needed. Called all of my meds in immediately and I went and got them . Got better really quick after my meds!! Everyone was so nice and the office visit was affordable!! So pleased with their care for me. I got registered in my car by scanning the convenient QR code, entered the building, was helped right away, and I was seen and out of the clinic in less than 20 minutes. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. They have an amazing staff and were super helpful with questions. I didn’t feel rushed and was well taken care of. AMAZING!! Right after I told my whole family about my experience!! I had to pick my son up early from school due to a bad ear ache we were in and out within 20min!!!! I got the antibiotics for my son’s ear infection plus they gave him something for his cough! Best experience EVER!! Incredible staff!!

I’ve been there twice now (bad rash on chest and sinus infection) the service is so good I’m writing this review. This a well run and efficient business. Both times I was in and out within 10 minutes. The doctor is competent and friendly. The staff too. I used to teach Customer Service and recognize excellent service when I see it. I went in not knowing what to expect because I've never had to go to an urgent care facility because my husband is retired military. I was very pleased with the care i was given. Joshua listened to my concerns, talked me through everything and was all around a great guy. This place was the only urgent care that took tricare ( military insurance). For that i am grateful. If you ever need somewhere to go, this is the pkace.

This was my 2nd time coming in and Dr Keller and his staff are always really nice and helpful! I was feeling sick so he got me some meds to fix it as well as helping me with a couple other problems I’ve had! He specifically recommend that I try an inhaler because it’s free right now and wow I am very grateful it has helped me so much after only a day :) I also like to come here because I can walk in with no wait time and be done in about 30 minutes (this time was only 20 minutes!!)

I had a very pleasant experience when dealing with an unpleasant injury. Everyone from the young lady, Natalia, at the front desk to the nurse, Cameron, that cleaned me up and got me ready for the FNP, Josh, were polite and professional. I had shown up just a few minutes before they closed and they did not rush me. They did not make me feel as if I was keeping them from getting on with the rest of their evening. They treated me with dignity and respect. This is a small business that takes care of their patients better than the big ER’s I’ve visited. Thanks Josh & team!

Most caring experience I’ve had at an urgent care. The Doctor was very genuine and kind, shook my hand right away and listened intently to what my symptoms were. Answered all my questions politely and took time to explain his thoughts and reasons. The lobby and rooms were very clean. The wait was quick and they were able to get me in right away. My grandma recommended I come here based on her and my grandpa’s great experience who are veterans. Told me this place was veteran owned and I highly recommend this location and supporting veterans. The Best Urgent Care facility I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had my fair share of urgent care visits and the staff and provider were TOP TIER. I came in barely able to walk with crutches and they came to get me in a wheel chair to I didn’t have to strain myself. They listened intently to my needs/wants and my medical history to better understand how they could serve me. Offered me more solutions than what I was accustomed to with my previous urgent care visits. Even brought me a cup of water. I appreciated the staff (Christopher and Alejandro, I hope i got those names correct) assisting me to my car in the wheelchair as well. I’d highly recommend seeing Joshua Keller, FNP here at Fast Aid for any of your urgent medical needs. Thank you for the pleasant experience!

I was visiting from out of state, and the online appointment, and enrollment was easy. I showed up a little early and was able to be seen a little before appointment time. The doctor was knowledgeable, and informative, and answered all my question in detail. The whole process from setting up, payment, being seen, and picking up prescriptions was seamless, and professional. They took BCBS for me if someone was wondering.

On arrival about 5:30 PM, I was greeted courteously, given some forms to fill out and after a short wait I was taken to a triage room. The young man who took my vitals was professional and thorough. It did not take Joshua Keller FNP-C long at all to diagnose my condition and prescribe the medication needed to help me. I am a VA patient but needed medical attention without having to travel over 40 miles to go to A VA clinic. I recommend Fast Aid Urgent Care for anyone needing help.

I was experiencing extreme back pain. I signed up and was able to walk out the door within 24-25 minutes. The front desk, nurse and doctor were very professional and understood exactly what I was experiencing. I would definitely recommend this location if you are in pain.

The facility provided excellent customer service and outstanding medical care. Was seen at my scheduled appointment (on time) and was in and out within 30 minutes for severe, lower back spasms.

I recently went to Fast Aid Urgent Care in New Braunfels. There wasn’t a long waiting time at all. The whole staff was amazing. Joshua Keller FNP-C was amazing too and very friendly. He took time to listen and answer any questions that I had. If I need to go to an Urgent Care in the future I will definitely go back to Fast Aid. I just went to Fast Aid again in August 2024, I saw Joshua Keller FNP-C again. He is so thorough and takes time to talk and listen. I’m very happy with the service and care.

I am not one to write reviews often but I had to leave a good review for this urgent care office. The nurse practitioner Joshua explained things so well and was not rushed. I have never gotten in and out in a timely manner at other urgent cares in town. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks so much for the great care.

Every aspect of our experience was incredibly impressive, from the efficiency of the wait time (under 10 minutes!) to the warm and helpful demeanor of the front desk staff. Every person we encountered played a role in ensuring our care was top-notch. The nurse went above and beyond to comfort my child, even managing to stop their tears. The doctor was not only highly professional but also remarkably personable, taking the time to explain every detail thoroughly. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. While I hope we won't need to return, I take comfort in knowing we'd be in excellent hands if we do.

It definitely lives up to its name! We were in and out with a drs note and prescription in like 45 mins. The staff seems to know what they’re talking about and seem to be very detail oriented. Hopefully not, but if needed I would definitely go back as my first choice of a clinic! Best treatment and customer service we’ve had at any clinic between kyle and new braunfels. Very happy with the service, thank y’all so much!

I was very pleased with the care I received. First, my wait time was less than 20 minutes - another Urgent Care quoted me 10 HOURS! Everyone here was very pleasant. The doctor I saw took care of the issue I came in for - confirmed there was nothing still in my eye; saw the scratch; prescribes what was needed for the eye to heal and for the pain in the eye - and the prescriptions were at the pharmacy (too many times other places ‘forget’ to send scripts or send to the wrong pharmacy) I would recommend this facility 100%. The fact that they take TRICARE insurance is also a big plus!

I have used this service three separate occasions. Having tried other urgent cares and er facilities, the system the use is very fast and efficient. The longest I or family member has had to wait is 15 min (mainly there were other patients ahead of us) I will say the intake staff nurses seem to be inexperienced and still learning, but after vitals you are taken to a room that has a tv with YouTube shorts videos playing on it as a distraction until shortly waiting you see the physician. The physicians there are great! They have kind bedside manner and thoroughly explain what ailments are happening in the body and why. They also give a couple of options for treatment for you to decide what avenue is best. Then promptly get treatment or call in prescription right away. If they were a family practice, I would see them regularly. Very appreciative for your care

The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. Quickly provided the paperwork and instructions as to what needed to be completed. As a walk-in, there was no wait time. PA Keller quickly provided shots to relieve the pain and took time to talk to me about what to expect going forward as to when I would start to feel some relief. He provided additional prescriptions for the next few days. I was so impressed with the care and professionalism provided by this office. I will definitely return to the New Braunsfels location and highly recommend this FastAid urgent care to others needing medical attention.
