I could not ask for a better doctor than Dr. Raza! She is very personable, genuine, and caring. Her sweet personality makes her extremely approachable and easy to talk to. She takes the time to get to know you and any of your concerns and she truly cares about the whole individual. I feel so lucky to have found her and definitely recommend her and her amazing team!

Hijab was very welcoming and assuring at the front desk. I later was assisted by a woman named Giselle whom was very professional and straightforward. Dr. Costello was a joy to see and I felt safe under their supervision!

Dr. Raza is my favorite physician I've seen in my entire life. When I moved to the area, I was nervous about finding a new doctor, but I could not be happier with the care I've received from Dr. Raza. Her bedside manner is unmatched- she wants to hear from you about your illness/condition, symptoms, general health, and importantly, any questions you may have. When I started a new medication, I had a lot of questions and concerns, and asked a ton of questions. Dr. Raza was happy to answer every single one. I never felt rushed or that I was taking too much of her time. She is also the kindest person you will meet and her empathy truly shines in her care. She values you as a person as well as a patient, and and is incredibly respectful of your health needs, goals, and autonomy. I would unequivocally recommend her to anyone!

Dr Raza is amazing! I was dealing with a health issue and was really struggling. She was the one who really listened to me and decided to take action. I am so grateful that she did that and i fully trusted her with the treatment path that we decided to go with. She is compassionate and very knowledgeable. I felt heard and that it huge. I am recommending her to everyone I know!

I had an amazing experience at this office in Melville. The front desk staff is very professional and helpful. Dr. Raza is the nicest and sweetest doctor i’ve ever met. She makes sure all of your questions are answered, she is full of information. I really recommend visiting this office!

Excellent overall I was there for sick office visit. I they know, I wasn’t feeling very well to be there waiting to long to see the doctor, they treat me very nice and faster than usual.

All of the stars possible. I can’t believe that providers of this caliber exist. Dr. Costello was so detail oriented. I left my appointment with such a feeling that I was exactly where I was meant to be. My initial appointment lasted longer than 2 hours. And that was not me sitting around waiting. It was with the Doctor asking pointed questions in order to obtain all of the information necessary, some of which I hadn’t even considered of. I felt guilty for keeping the support staff so late but they were kind and supportive as well. That’s why all the stars. The entire practice was exceptional. I relocated for work and prior to my current occupation I was an administrator for medical practices. Dr. Costello nor his practice was aware of that, and it’s not relevant, except to say that I’ve overseen many practitioners and having done so, I was reluctant to put my health in the hands of someone I was not familiar with, but I’m so grateful that I did. Dr. Costello’s practice altogether made quite and impression and his impact will most certainly add years to my life. He’s remarkable, as is his practice. I’m so completely impressed with how professional, thorough and considerate he was, as was his staff.

I followed Dr Costello to his new practice. I think that says it all. He is a very nice, very thorough excellent doctor. The whole staff is very polite and professional. I always get called in on time or sooner than my appointment.

I went to the Melville location for the first time to see Dr. Raza. She was very caring and took her time to listen to my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed during my visit and left feeling comfortable that all my questions were answered. The Melville office is very clean and modern. I liked that there was ample parking as well.

I usually go to the Mineola office and love my doctor there, but I recently had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Raza last week in Melville because I needed to be seen sooner and the office was able to fit me in without a problem. The office is located in a spacious building with lots of parking options. The office itself is super clean, new and in my opinion, pretty. The staff were respectful, professional and nice. Dr. Raza has an amazing bedside manner. She was extremely nice, pleasant, patient, and full of information. I felt so comfortable with her and her team. An absolute amazing experience. This location is out of my way but I’m considering making this my new location. Not that I have anything against the Mineola location because I absolutely love my doctor there, Dr. Ramsaroop, but I just had an amazing connection with Dr. Raza and her team in the Melville location. If you’re in the area give them a try you will not regret it. Nothing short of amazing!

I recently changed my Primary Care Physician and is now seeing Dr. Costello. I have never been under the care of such a wonderful doctor. He is very thorough and spends a lot of time getting to know your past medical history and with explaining your lab results. Furthermore, he took the time to review healthy eating habits and maintaining a well-balanced life. By the way the office is beautiful and spotless. He's a keeper!!!

I saw Dr. Thomas Costello. Had a wonderful visit. The doctor was completely thorough. He took his time and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this physician to anyone looking for kind compassionate care!
