I was there for a follow up from a hospital stay and purposely decided I wanted to get validation from Amber that I was moving in a good direction towards healing and eliminating medication that could be more harmful than helpful. And she didn't disappoint! We reviewed everything and she kept nodding in agreement while offering her opinion and calming my insecurities. EXACTLY what I needed. I love Amber and hugged her so tight when we were done. And the office staff is over the top so kind, as always. Very personable. Love this office and would highly recommend it to anyone! Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a PCP. I am new to the area and I was trying to find a new PCP to work with. They were accepting new patients, and the office was able to fit me right away after my inquiries. When I arrived early to my appointment, I was able to check in easily, and was taken back promptly. The NP Aunie is the BEST. It was my first time meeting her and she was so welcoming and listened to all my concerns. She made me felt heard and I had the BEST experience here. She ordered me blood test promptly, and referred me to necessary dr that I needed, and was very thorough with me. I highly recommend booking with them if you need a PCP in the area. The office is clean and was easy to find! There are plenty of parking spaces, and I have no complaints from my first time here!!!

My appointments at Reliable MD have only been with Amber Ishmael ARNP. Each experience has been positive, more than satisfactory, professional, yet personal. She has extensive knowledge and is responsive to my questions and the sometimes occasional need for more in depth discussion of my health concerns. I highly recommend Nurse Practioner Amber Ishmael. My one concern is that as I have chosen Reliable M.D. as my Primary Care provider, I believe that in the instance of unexpected illness requiring attention, there needs to be a plan for assisting these loyal patients. After being ill through a weekend I called early Monday, only to be told that the first available appointment was the following Monday. One entire week away. This type of response is unacceptable. Had I not been closely monitoring your portal for a cancellation I would most surely have ended this day at an urgent care facility. I respectfully request that this practice be acknowledged and examined.
