The staff is wonderful!! Emily, Victoria and the girls at the front desk are always friendly and caring. Amber, the nurse practitioner always treats me like family and is just amazing!! The office really made our visit pleasant and accommodating considering we had two small children with us, that in and of itself is very appreciated. Amber the NP was an absolute pleasure as well; she’s very thorough, judgment-free, and has a great personality. Super happy to have finally found a good primary doctor!

Amber is awesome as is the rest of the staff ,their attention to detail is amazing. I’ve had other Doctors that weren’t up to the task. These folks are the best. I needed a Primary Care physician in Florida. I was scheduled by one of the nurse practitioner’s at the Transitions of Care Clinic in Sarasota on Tuesday 2/6/24. Reliable MD scheduled me for Friday 2/9/24. That was so quick!!!! I filled out all of my medical information before the appointment including pictures of my insurance cards. Everything was ready when I arrived. I was immediately very comfortable when I walked in the front office ?? Everyone was so nice. When I was called back to a room to see the doctor I didn’t wait long at all. Amber Ishmael, my new Primary in Florida, is very nice and very competent. She went over everything important and put in lab orders and requisitions for other tests that I was behind on. Overall, I really like Reliable MD and the staff there! I’m thoroughly impressed and happy with my new Florida Primary Care Doctor Services ??

Love the welcoming atmosphere here. The Nurse Practitioner is a lovely person and will be very thorough and patient with you. The women at the front desk are also great to interact with. I’m happy this is my PCP.

Dr. Levy is excellent. He surpassed all of my expectations. At the very least, he is among the finest and most caring doctors whom I have ever known! I do and will continue to recommend him in the highest possible terms. Intuitive, able to cut to the chase almost instantly, kind and with a sense of humor, he quite literally has it all! I feel blessed to be able to say that he is my doctor!

This place is a 40 minute drive from my home. I have an option to go to a doctor right down the street from my house but I’m going to continue making that 40 minute drive to Reliable MD because of how fantastic Amber and Emily are. I’m happy I chose this place over anywhere else

I am so happy that Amber and the rest of the amazing staff at ReliableMD are there! I don't think I have ever felt so comfortable in a Medical Physician's office. She is so thorough she reminded me of a couple of things I had wanted to bring up, but had forgotten! If you are looking for an office where all of your concerns are listened to, this is the place! Emily, Rob, and Tori, at the front desk, are all just as amazing! Well worth the drive from Bradenton!! I love it here and am getting my family to switch their PCP!

Dr. Collins Ezeuka is a fantastic physician! He practices current standards of care and is very attentive. The digital appointment reminders (via text) are also helpful so that any follow up appointments are never missed. As a recent transplant to Sarasota, I am very pleased to have found a primary care physician who truly is looking out for my wellbeing.
