My appointment went very smoothly. First, I was seen very quickly. Second, the nurse took my history promptly. Third, the doctor came in quickly and was very thorough and easy to talk with. Finally, check out and payment was very efficient. The whole staff was very easy to get along with and helpful.

I visited Dr. Pagano for the 1st time, and MUST I say, she is a WONDERFUL physician!! Truly listened, showed her honest empathy, and worked WITH me not just for me for my medical treatment!! I am truly grateful as well as impressed by her as well as her staff!!

I went to Nova Patient Care because it was close and convenient and I had a tiny window of time when I could try to get help with a medical issue. I was not expecting much, just some basic help -- but instead I got truly excellent care. Dr. Huma Bhatti was caring and communicative and really took her time listening to me and explaining what she observed and recommended. The front desk staff and the lab tech were fantastic too. Highly recommend.

I received excellent, compassionate and quick care as a walk-in with a horrible sore throat. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes total. I’m extremely grateful for the empathic care I received throughout my visit from the front desk to the care team. Thank you!

I recently visited urgent care and had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Bahanti. Dr. Bahanti was incredibly informative and kind throughout my visit. She took the time to thoroughly explain the cause of my condition and the course of treatment. Her clarity and compassion made a stressful situation much more manageable. I go here whenever I need urgent care. It’s convenient, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I’ve been seen by Dr. Pagano twice for Covid and this time for a tick bite. She is friendly, courteous, listens to what you gave to say, and is quick. I highly recommend this practice!

Always get excellent care at this clinic. Walked in with an agonizing pinched nerve in my shoulder/neck. They gave me steroid injections that led to relief a few hours later.

Despite the fact I was a walk-in, I was able to get an appointment and be seen quickly. I was also able to obtain meds the same day from my pharmacy. It was my first time at the Kingstowne location and it was a positive experience. Thank you.

The NP was very attentive to my concerns empathetic and to the point. I felt I could trust the advice I was getting. Office staff friendly and did all they could to help including walking me to the nearby Pharmacy so I got served properly and prompt

Excellent service for my son who was visiting from college! Did a strep test and Covid test which was both negative and they treated him promptly and with extra care to get rid of his incessant cough and swollen throat! Will absolutely use them again as they were on-time and knowledgeable and very helpful! Very positive experience and wonderful staff! Thank you!

By far the best urgent care experience I’ve had! I wish they had expanded hours— hopefully that will happen eventually. Super quick with maybe 2 minutes of waiting. I was able to get the testing and medicine I needed and it took under half an hour from check in to leaving. Very clean, friendly staff, great experience overall.

I love the efficiency and excellent service this Urgent Care operates with. They provide the best care to its patients. I have been here twice and there was a very minimal wait time, great bedside manner by the providers, and they had excellent treatment of our issues. The staff, Ali and Nya and of course, Dr. Pagano are fantastic! They are knowledgeable, kind and have wonderful attitudes. It is their patient services which make this office great!
