I had my doubts when I first stepped into the facility. However, the professionalism and warmth of the staff quickly changed my mind. Dr. Kamala's kindness, empathy, and careful listening put me at ease. She thoroughly explained each step of the process and gave me different options to consider. Love Dr Rachel!! I have been seeing her going on 5 years. I drive over an hour each way to see her because she truly cares about my health and always takes my opinions and input into consideration. I value being treated that way and I appreciate her knowledge and genuine kindness!

I have been coming to this office for while now. The office staff are very good from checking you in to taking your weight and blood pressure. I have only saw Dr. Rachel she is awesome. Nice to have a doctor LISTEN to you and be proactive to get you the help you need. I wouldn't go anywhere else, they are great. DC

Got an appointment quickly. Did the paperwork online (less than 5 minutes) so when I arrived for my appointment, the check-in was easy and my appointment started ontime. My PA was awesome and addressed my urgent care needs right away. The entire experience exceeded my expectations!

Dr. Wakatsuki is absolutely wonderful. I feel like she is listening to me. She has made suggestions for solutions to some of my health issues and it has helped so much. They are things no doctor has suggested me trying. I’m so thankful for her.

Dr Rachel is so personable and super friendly. She’s very easy to talk to. The front desk was amazing from the initial greeting, and the medical tech was super friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a new doctor.

The entire experience was very pleasant. I called to make a first time appointment at 10:40a and got a 11:15a appointment. While driving in, the nurse triaged my symptoms, took my medical history, and got me registered in their system. When I arrived at the clinic, surprisingly, I was seen immediately. *** No I was not dying or in distress - just in pain. The staff and doctor was super nice, great conversationalist, and truly listened to understand why I was there - in order to treat me properly. They gave me superb service and was able to get me in and out so I could go on about my busy day. I knew I need a specialist and didn’t want to go to the ER and wait HOURS just to be told what I already knew so, I am sincerely appreciative of them respecting my time by getting me in and out, their professionalism, and their dedication to duty. Thank you.

Dr Rachel is very kind but realistic. She talks to you like you know what she's talking about but will explain things when you need it. She's not patronizing at all, she talks to you like a peer which is so refreshing. I'm glad we met her and that she's taking care of me and my health. The other staff are also very kind and realistic. They seem to meet you where you're at, being kind if you're scared or laughing with you if you're making jokes. It's a nice place to be.

Absolutely delighted with my experience at NOVA Patient Care on Smoketown Rd. The staff at the front desk were incredibly efficient in getting me checked in upon my arrival around 9:15 AM. I was promptly taken back and triaged by a friendly and skilled staff member. Dr. Sapkota was exceptional - she took the time to listen, thoroughly examined me, and patiently addressed all my questions. I was in and out before 10 AM, and the entire process was handled with professionalism and speed. After leaving the clinic, I was able to pick up my prescriptions at Walmart. If you're looking for an outstanding medical facility, look no further than NOVA Patient Care Smoketown Rd. Truly a remarkable experience!
