I want to thank you and your staff so much for taking care of me and my wife since we moved here 3 years ago. My wife called yesterday when I was having severe stomach pain. Julie saw me within 30 minutes after we called. She evaluated me in minutes. She eliminated the scariest outcome and had me go to the emergency room. Everything turned out fine and I’m so grateful for the wonderful care you give me and my wife. Thank you.

First visit to Mullally and was seen by Colleen. I have an extensive surgical history and she took her time to get all my information. I had a recent medical event and was able to get in to be seen quickly. For someone with a lengthy surgical past and my own difficulties finding good and trusted medical providers, I found Colleen to be very attentive, personable and caring. I set a future appt. with her and think I have found my new, personal medical providers!!! Thank you, Colleen😊

Overall as a new patient my experience was very good. Staff was courteous and professional, both my husband and I were greeted by Colleen Lustina who took her time addressing concerns and made me feel like I was in good hands. With that said as we were checking out my husband also wanted to become a patient of care with Mullally Sports and Family Medicine and set up his appointment. All in all our experience with this practice was excellent and impressive.

I’m not someone who goes to the doctor regularly, but being in my 40s now, I figured it was time to start taking that more seriously, and I’m really glad I chose this office. From the moment I walked in, everyone was warm and welcoming in a way that felt genuine, not forced or “customer service-y.†That made a huge difference right away. Dr. John Kern was fantastic. I never felt rushed, and he really took the time to listen to me and understand my concerns. Looking at my after-visit notes, it’s clear he truly paid attention to everything we discussed, which I really appreciated. He struck the perfect balance of being professional while also warm and personable. Overall, this was a great experience and made me feel comfortable establishing care here. Highly recommend.

I injured my Achilles tendon playing pickleball and thought that the injury would really limit me for months or even lead to surgery. I spoke to Dr. Tim and he assured me that the issue could be treated non surgically using a treatment called Shockwave therapy. I signed up and WOW! What a difference after one single treatment. I went from being a 5 to 7 on the pain scale to a 2 to 3 within hours of the initial treatment. I have been 2 times since and I feel brand new! Thank you Dr. Tim, staff and Shockwave for giving me back my comfort and mobility. I recommend it highly!!

Appt is usually always on time. Colleen is down to earth and explains information so you can understand. She is a great listener and you never feel rushed. It’s nice you can get labs done in the office. i needed pre approval for a surgery and we were able to get into see Colleen next day and she completed everything we needed for Chicago surgery. We trust Colleen and wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s nice that there is an extended staff and not have to wait for two weeks to get appt. We also like Colleen because she’s a Purdue fan.😉

Dr. Julie Mallers is an amazing doctor. I can’t say enough good things. She truly listens and makes me feel comfortable at every appointment. After years of other doctors dismissing my concerns, she was the one who finally took the time to really investigate and take my symptoms seriously. What I appreciate most is how proactive she is. She doesn’t brush concerns aside and is quick to order the appropriate tests so nothing important gets overlooked. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and wants to get to the root of the problem, not just treat symptoms. I finally feel heard and supported in my healthcare, which is something I struggled to find for a long time. I’m very grateful to have a doctor who is thorough, compassionate, and truly advocates for her patients.

We started coming here when my daughter had her first concussion Our school nurse recommended them and we now see them for all medical reasons Their staff is amazing and go over everything you need to know and not feel rushed They answer all questions and just take the time with you which I didn't always experience at other places in the past

Honest, caring, knowledgeable, and efficient- describe the wonderful care you receive when you see any provider here! The receptionists have unmatched follow through on all requests. They promptly relay messages to the provider, and walk you through billing questions. Specifically, Sommer. My son developed hip issues at the end of his freshman year. He could not run or sprint and had seen other doctors with no relief. Dr. Mullally knew immediately what his issue was, gave him sound advice while still clearing him for some sports activity. With the help of his direction and the rehab facility next door, my son is back to full function and faster than before. Very thankful for Dr. Mullally, Ivy Rehab and their entire staff.

I want to thank Dr. Timothy MuLlALLY For seeing my son on short notice. My son is on the Crown Point football team and he injured his leg. Doctor Timothy examine my son‘s leg and explained everything that was going on with his leg. he is not one of those doctors that just see you for one minute and leave the room. I’ve had the pleasure of being a patient with Mullally Sports and Family Medicine for more than 15 years now, and it doesn’t get any better than this office and this staff. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I’d specifically like to mention John and Mandy. John is an incredible caregiver who takes the time to listen to the issues you’re having, and working with you to find the best solution. Mandy has been phenomenal over the years dealing with my insurance company so I don’t have to, and I’m incredibly thankful to her for taking that burden off of me and many others I’m sure!

I saw Dr. Lisa for very bad muscle pain. Karra did magnetic ultrasound treatment on my back and shoulder area. She was very knowledgeable and showed concern for my pain levels the procedures. Definately glad for staff that know what they are doing, answered all my questions and considered the patient.

I have been very pleased with the entire staff in the Mullally office. I see Colleen and she is always very kind and thorough and makes me feel heard about any concerns I have. I have also seen John when Colleen was not available and had a great experience with him as well. I have had x-rays and blood work at the office as well and have been treated well by all employees. Whenever I call, they try to get me in as soon as possible and I have never had a long wait. I always recommend this office to others!

I’ve been with Dr. Tim for 10 years at least. We moved out to Rolling Prairie and I decided to find a doctor closer. That lasted about six months. Not a good experience this time. Received x-ray at your facility. My son's finger was fractured. Your personnel said it was a sprain. Someone followed up and called us later stating it was actually fractured. While they tried to correct their mistake it was not helpful at all and lacked any sound advice. I took my son to see Rush in Munster. I'll go there from now on for injury related situations.

He and his entire staff are knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, and thorough. I never feel rushed, and questions are encouraged and answered. The office staff is always pleasant and helpful. Drs Tim and Lisa are extremely committed to their patients and are always aware of the latest and greatest information. My entire family comes here for family practice including my 2 young sons and my grandma who drives from Frankfort to see Dr Tim for sports medicine. They are thorough and explain things well. They also squeeze patients in when needed, even when they don't have available time slots.
