Honest, caring, knowledgeable, and efficient- describe the wonderful care you receive when you see any provider here! The receptionists have unmatched follow through on all requests. They promptly relay messages to the provider, and walk you through billing questions. Specifically, Sommer. She has been a guiding light for my many questions and needs anytime I call or visit the office! 10/10 recommend taking the whole family here.

My son developed hip issues at the end of his freshman year. He could not run or sprint and had seen other doctors with no relief. Dr. Mullally knew immediately what his issue was, gave him sound advice while still clearing him for some sports activity. With the help of his direction and the rehab facility next door, my son is back to full function and faster than before. Very thankful for Dr. Mullally, Ivy Rehab and their entire staff.

I want to thank Dr. Timothy MuLlALLY For seeing my son on short notice. My son is on the Crown Point football team and he injured his leg. Doctor Timothy examine my son‘s leg and explained everything that was going on with his leg. he is not one of those doctors that just see you for one minute and leave the room. I’ve had the pleasure of being a patient with Mullally Sports and Family Medicine for more than 15 years now, and it doesn’t get any better than this office and this staff. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I’d specifically like to mention John and Mandy. John is an incredible caregiver who takes the time to listen to the issues you’re having, and working with you to find the best solution. I saw Dr. Lisa for very bad muscle pain. Karra did magnetic ultrasound treatment on my back and shoulder area. She was very knowledgeable and showed concern for my pain levels the procedures. Definately glad for staff that know what they are doing, answered all my questions and considered the patient.

I have also seen John when Colleen was not available and had a great experience with him as well. I have had x-rays and blood work at the office as well and have been treated well by all employees. Whenever I call, they try to get me in as soon as possible and I have never had a long wait. I always recommend this office to others!

I’ve been with Dr. Tim for 10 years at least. We moved out to Rolling Prairie and I decided to find a doctor closer. That lasted about six months. I feel so eased to talk with Dr. Tim about anything and I ended up going back. I don’t mind the drive when I have a great doctor. I’m 68 and Dr. Tim is by far the best doctor I’ve ever had. John has been a great Doctor for our family. He really listens and provides us solid solutions and advice. Always gets us our labs we need and overall just a really great person. We can typically get appointments to meet the needs of our schedule and it’s right in town.

Excellent care, sharing, office staff is friendly and always answers my questions with kindness. I will refer my family/friends to this Medical Office. Dr. Lisa is terrific, she is very insightful, has a smile that lights up the room and has always taken care of my Healthcare issues 😀.

Julie is amazing!! She makes you feel safe and comfortable. She listens and takes to heart what you are saying. When you first walk in everyone is wonderful and caring. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

My therapist Adam, has done an amazing job helping me recover from a hip flexor issue. His knowledge and patience has help me understand my injuries better and together we have been able to make progress on my recovery of my injury. Thanks Adam!

Not a good experience this time. Received x-ray at your facility. My son's finger was fractured. Your personnel said it was a sprain. Someone followed up and called us later stating it was actually fractured. While they tried to correct their mistake it was not helpful at all and lacked any sound advice. I took my son to see Rush in Munster. I'll go there from now on for injury related situations.

Incredible facility, great team from admin front desk to technicians to my provider PA Kern. It’s clear their top priority is helping patients get healthy. Wish I’d a found this place sooner. Grateful to have them caring for my health.

I am a new patient and love this doctor. I have been having issues with my medication through my pharmacy and everyone is always EXTREMELY helpful. I've had phone calls with Jordan and Rachel and they have been so great. Beside the super quick yet detailed visits with the doctors/nurse practitioners, all of the additional staff is positive and willing to go above and beyond.

I see John Kern at this facility and cannot recommend him highly enough! Seriously the best primary care professional I’ve ever worked with. Everyone here is very nice and caring! John is just the best, remembers me and details about my life - cares about my health and well being. Trusts me as a person and listens to my concerns. I bring all of my children here and we have had great experiences with Dr. Lisa and Dr. Tarin. Both are very attentive and have great bedside manners. My son is still an infant and both take a fair amount of time to evaluate his motor skills, which I appreciate. I would recommend the office to a family or friend.

Last couple months have been tough, and I just want to thank Michelle out loud for helping me out! She really went out of her way to make me feel like someone cares about me. My issues have been very scary for me yet after talking to Michelle, I felt more confident also, understood everything a little better. Thank you for having compassion and listening to me. Upon relocating to NW Indiana, I searched our network, and chose Dr. Tim Mullally simply from his online presence. I couldn't be happier. He and his entire staff are knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, and thorough. I never feel rushed, and questions are encouraged and answered. The office staff is always pleasant and helpful. Truly blessed.

I had to take a minute to write a review. I’m very much impressed with how well we are treated here. My kids seen Colleen and I’m very pleased with how well she took the time to listen to me and my concerns as well as my kids. I haven’t found a doctor in a while that made us feel like a patient and not just a number to get in and get done. I can see this being our family doctor for many years to come.

Drs Tim and Lisa are extremely committed to their patients and are always aware of the latest and greatest information. My entire family comes here for family practice including my 2 young sons and my grandma who drives from Frankfort to see Dr Tim for sports medicine. They are thorough and explain things well. They also squeeze patients in when needed, even when they don't have available time slots.
