Been going here well over 15 years. Front office staff is BEYONDDDDDD amazing. Always smiling, always remembers me and asks how I am. Always gets me in same day. Front office staff is the kindness anywhere I've ever been. Dr. Patel is sooooo kind. She listens and truly cares. I always feel heard and taken care of. Her nurse is so kind and thoughtful. HIGHLY recommend the wonderful staff. You'll always be taken care of and will leave feeling better. They're a game changer in health care.

This office is amazing!! Dr. Brown is wonderful. She explains things well for me to understand and she’s very kind. From the check in staff, nurses, assistants and physicians, you’ll be treated great here!!

I've had great experiences with Carrboro Family Medicine. I see DNP Patel and she spends time listening to issues, communicating and really cares about your health. Her intake nurse is also very friendly and nice. I highly recommend her!

We started visiting this very good clinic not long ago. It is easy to make an appointment, and the schedulers and receptionists are polite. The nurses are friendly, and our provider, Dr. Yulia Neyman, is a very good specialist. She is knowledgeable, patient, and caring. She listens attentively to complaints and descriptions of the symptoms, always offering the proper treatment and giving detailed recommendations.

I had a great first experience at Carrboro Family Medicine. Dr. Neyman and her medical assistant, the phlebotomist, and front desk staff were all wonderful! I am so thankful for this clinic and their ability to provide medical care in such an accessible and personable manner. Thank you all!

I've been going here for over 10 years, not on a regular basis because I rarely go to the doctor but it's always been pretty easy and recently I broke three ribs. Dr Neyman has been amazing. She keeps me informed and listens to my concerns. I really appreciate them. I do wish the office visit was a bit cheaper for self pay customers but it's not outrageous. Thanks!

I’ve been here several times through the years and never left a review. I guess because I was too sick ?. But this time had to share. This was over a month ago. Friendly staff, quick to get in and out and the doctors and Nurse Practitioners really listen to you. My favorite room to wait in is this one: full of cheery kid’s artwork and mobiles. Carrboro Family Medicine is THE best place to find a primary care provider! And while Dr. Neyman is brilliant, she’s also attentive, patient, and asks great questions. Dr. Neyman stays on top of chronic conditions. She’s also funny and very approachable. I highly recommend Carrboro Family Medicine.

Hats off to Rachelle (Referral Coordinator) for making it happen! I was having challenges scheduling a hearing test before year-end. In less than 30 minutes, Rachelle called with a referral using her network of service providers and childhood friends now in the ENT medical profession. For going the extra mile...Grade A+ to Rachelle!!!

I always have a great experience here. The staff is awesome, they are super quick and efficient but also really nice. I called today to move up an appointment and they were able to get me in to the office this afternoon. Renee and Atina were awesome, and so was the woman who did my blood draw whose name I didn’t catch. Would definitely recommend!!

I had a great experience here. The front desk got me an appointment easily. They were quick to get me in to the doctor. I went in for a recurring ear issue. It’s simple fix that most doctors glance over and don’t take their time with me. Even tho it was a minor issue they took it seriously and sent me on my way feeling alot better. Will be going here regularly if I have any issues.

Carrboro FMC has been great; responsive and efficient. Specifically, I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Yulia Neyman. She is attentive, knowledgable, and practical. This is not an easy combination to come by in my experience, and it's a good feeling knowing I'm in good hands!

Dr Neyman is a gem. She takes the time to listen and truly hear what the patient is saying. She and the staff at, carrboro appear to be truly invested in what they do. I highly recommend doctor Neyman.

Moved to Chapel Hill a year ago and was looking to find a primary care physician. I came across Carrboro Family Medicine Center. Of course one is always nervous but I have to say the entire staff made everything so comfortable and inviting. Dr. Manor was the icing on the cake that made me feel I had made the right decision. I highly recommend Carrboro Family Medicine Center to all those that feel intimidated and nervous about establishing a new relationship with a new team for your medical needs.

I am a new resident of the Durham area and have nothing but praise and thanks for the services I have received from Nicole Brown and staff there from untangling problems with a prescription to helping with a recent issue with sending a scan to the proper location!

Though CFM had a few hiccups in their transition to their new system, I absolutely love Dr. Manor and Nicole Brown! They are both exceptionally competent, caring, thorough, and always willing to listen. They truly care about your well-being and want you to feel good!

I have been a patient of Carrboro Family Medicine for over 25 years and have seen many different doctors, and I agree with other reviewers that the current doctors and staff are great. Dr. Manor has been the most thorough and compassionate doctor the entire time. I have recently seen Nicole Brown and she is outstanding. She is very knowledgeable, listens to me and recommends the best course of action. My rheumatologist recently retired and I called them to refill a prescription for one of the meds she had prescribed, and it was refilled the same day by CFM. Rachelle, the referral coordinator, sent in referrals immediately after my appointment and communicated with me. Very happy with this practice and it gets better all the time. Highly recommend!

I have been a patient for 8 years now after moving to the area. The office staff are very helpful and kind in the check in/out and scheduling process. Rachel helped me a needed print off a health form to complete. I really appreciated that! The nursing staff and Dr. Nauman and Dr. Manoe have been excellent providers. Dr. Nauman has helped within my recent time and provided thorough care and attentive to needs. She provided a great overview and discussion with care and follow up. Thank you so much!!!

I am very pleased with all aspects of Carrboro Family Medicine. The staff is all very pleasant and very professional. I like the convenience of their Patient Portal. Communicating with the office is always easy. FNP Nicole Brown has been managing my healthcare for close to 10 years, and I credit her personally for helping me successfully maintain my blood pressure, blood sugar, & cholesterol (and more). She stays on top of me making sure I have some of those important tests done (the one's that many of us would like to dismiss - but are very important). She is very professional, very pleasant - and even though I can be a difficult patient - she is able to compel me to stay on top of my health (without being offensive in any way at all). If it wasn't for her suggested plan of attack from the very beginning - my blood sugar would probably still be way out of control as it once was (and who knows how much worse). I feel very blessed to have Nicole Brown & all of the staff at Carrboro Family Medicine managing my health. 5 stars!
