Had an acute respiratory issue that needed addressing. PCP was unavailable, and Elite was recommended through insurance. Everything went great- was seen fast, good diagnostic, got the treatment I was hoping for, with absolutely no issues. And making an appointment through the website was extremely easy. I would definitely go back again if I needed to see a doctor asap.

My experience with Elite Urgent Care was truly Elite. I had left another urgent care in search of one that has availability and Elite was super fast to book with. I am so glad I found them just in time. The location is perfectly reasonable to get to, good parking, excellent staff and great providers. I will be back!

If I HAD THE OPTION TO rate this Urgent Care 10 ✨ STARS it would be from the Medical Aid at the front DESK. The most Professional sweet, and welcoming young lady in the medical field I have ever encountered. And I've been to many Urgent Cares!!! The Doctor spoke so I could understand he actually listen to my NEEDS!! He explained my options and made me feel like a patient not a medical number. I would recommend ELITE URGENT CARE BECAUSE THEY ACTUALLY CARES!!!

I am so grateful for the team at Elite Urgent Care! I have a primary care physician but had an issue that needed urgent care. The front desk/intake nurse was so efficient and proficient. Manouchehr Ataei, PA was amazing. He took the time to make sure he explained any concerns, my options and risks. I left with a clear plan and feeling like the physician who took care of me actually cared about my well being. I found my go-to spot for any future urgent care needs!

The rating I would give this place would be a 10. They have superb bedside manner and are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If I could make this, my primary care office, I absolutely would. I started feeling unwell in the middle of the night. Went on Google and saw that Elite Urgi Care was close to my house and accepted my Blue Cross insurance. I made an appointment online. I had no wait and was diagnosed and done within 30 minutes The facility was very clean and all staff were friendly and helpful. The PA I saw explained things thoroughly and clearly

We have been going to Dr. Ataei for our emergency health needs for a couple of years now. He is so kind and the office staff are great! Whether you have flu-like symptoms or any other kind of health need, they have got you covered. Dr. Ataei is very kind and listens thoroughly to your concerns. The best part is that you are seen very quickly after you go in. Highly recommend!

I was happy that I went to Elite Urgent Care for a suspected ear infection. I had a relatively short wait before being able to see the doctor, who diagnosed the issue and provided appropriate presecriptions. The nurse and doctor were very helpful, polite, and respectful. I plan to go there again if I have an issue medical issue needing urgent attention. Their service was excellent.

I took my father for his urgent need, doctor took care very nicely and staff was cooperative. I don't have my fathers insurance but they take care very well. Doctor calls every morning to follow up of my fathers treatment progress. I would defiantly recommended.

Was unable to find an urgent care with an X-ray until I ran across Elite. They took me right away and provided great care. The facility was neat and clean and the staff was extremely pleasant. They even followed-up with a phone call the next day to make sure I was doing ok.

I was able to be seen very quickly on a weekday afternoon and get fast treatment for my broken toe. They can do x-rays here, unlike another urgent care that I visited. They could use some electronic upgrades to streamline the check-in experience since I had to fill out paper forms in the lobby prior to treatment. The space was very clean. Dr. Manny was excellent and he gave a friendly follow-up call the next day to make sure I was improving. I would definitely return here when I need urgent care again.

Receptionist was friendly, the waiting room was not crowded. I was taken to a room soon after my paperwork was completed. Nurse took my vitals and triaged me. Shortly after the doctor came in. Examined my wrist, said I would be getting X-rays. X-ray tech took me, took several images and returned me to the room. The doctor returned, gave me my results, splinted my wrist and I was done. All in about two hours.

I really like coming to urgent care elite because I really feel like they listen to your concerns and they give you all of the options and they allow you to know what the pros and cons are. They’re not a situation where you have to wait for hours and hours and hours like the emergency room so anytime I have any sort of situation where I can’t see my primary Care always go to the Care and the doctors and the receptionist are always really nice and caring.

On a late Wednesday afternoon, I was in and out in about 40 minutes. This is a clean facility with a professional staff. Overall, it's definitely an efficient practice. Met with Dr. Manny who explained things clearly and they sent my prescription off before I'd even walked out the door. Hoping that I don't have to come back but if I do, it's good to know I've got a place I can count on.

Amazing! I will recommended to anyone in my area looking for an urgent care. First impressions. This facility is gorgeous, well kept, and clean. I felt like it was a sanitary environment which makes me feel like they are taking my health seriously. The front desk associate was amazingly kind and helpful. She was patient with me as I had lost my voice and was trying to communicate best I could. They have amazing hour and the Dr. is happy to speak with you on the phone if needed. Dr. Manny was so thorough, patient, and kind. He made sure to let me know everything I needed to know and how to get better. He was honest in what he did not recommend I take or he prescribe and wanted to see if lesser measures could be taken before trying significant drugs to help my get over what I had. I ended up coming back. He remember our conversation and again was patient kind gentle and happy to answer any question I had. I recommend this clinic and will be happy to return when needed.

Starting with an excellent website, my first experience here was efficient and helpful. The online appointment worked great. The text option was so convenient too. I wasn't feeling well for over a week and decided to go to Elite Urgent Care. I had an excellent experience! The facility was clean. Dr. Ataei was great! He was kind, polite listened to what my issue was. He explained what test were going to be run to figure out what the issue was. Once he returned with the results he provided some very helpful information for how to care for my issue. This place was way better than the ER and other Urgent care facilities I've been to. I would highly recommend!

Pretty good experience at an urgent care. I was in and out. The doctor was knowledgeable. I had to do x-rays, and I was given a link that I can provide to other offices so they can view the x-rays! Very handy. Everyone was nice. The place was clean. I called me husband while leaving and even said, “That was the easiest urgent care visit I’ve ever had.” I was expecting to be there for hours. I was there for under an hour for a knee injury.

I returned from a vacation in Cabo with a side effect of things spinning whenever I tried to lay down. Not fun! I’d never been to an urgent care but thought it would be the best option to be seen quickly. I looked up Elite Urgent Care online and was able to make an appt really easily through their website. (Gotta love easy tasks, especially when you can’t see straight!) I received a text update about the appt as well as an email. When I walked in for my appt Sandra at the front desk knew who I was and was super sweet. I left my ID at home but thankfully had it on my phone, so she let me email her a copy. I met with the PA Manouchehr “Manny” Ataei and explained I thought it was either an ear infection or vertigo. He explained everything as he did it and then explained the further testing he did once we established it was vertigo. He was kind, patient, funny, and knowledgeable. He provided me with printouts of info on vertigo and explained certain maneuvers I could do that may help. Manny called me the next morning to check on me and again was extremely kind. I hope u don’t need to go back to an urgent care again any time soon, but if I do, I will definitely be going here. They made it so easy!!

Had a very good experience with them. I came in for an abscess I had on my face and Dr Ataei was able to examine it and get me prescribed very quickly. He even called me the next day to check and see how I was doing. The abscess got worse so I decided to get it drained. He did a very good job and I was in and out. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend

I am relatively new resident of the Columbia. on September 23rd I did not feel good at all, and decided to go to an urgent care. I just googled for one in Columbia area. I called Elite Urgent Care. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. I drove to their office, and found the clinic is new and very clean. Dr Ata spent enough time to diagnose my symthom, and prescribed the medicine. It was very interesting that Dr. Ata personally called me next day to see how am I doing. I strongly recommend the Elite Urgent Care for anybody in need of medical/Urgent care.

Very nice place. Clean, not too crowded, and for a first time visitor it was easy to get set up in their system with 4 simple pages of general questions. Once done I sat down and was seen within 5 minutes. Rooms were clean, well maintained, and nice. The nurse took vitals, asked the question (deeply embedded splinter in thumb), then the Dr came in and after looking at it recommended excising the wound. He did a great job! Got the splinter bits out, cleaned, and sutured the cut, gave good instructions on a follow up visit and antibiotics. The receptionist handled my paperwork on the way out and wished me a good day. Overall a very nice place, excellent people, and great service. I will return, and I do recommend it.

I visited with my 2 year old son early in the morning. We were seen immediately. The doctor was knowledgeable and was able to resolve the issue within minutes of being there. We were in and out in 5 minutes! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The facility is brand new and in great condition. I would definitely recommend!

Elite Urgent Care is an excellent urgent care facility! When we entered, everything was very clean and beautiful inside. We were seen in a very quick manner and the staff were very friendly and courteous. The doctor was We were very impressed, and although the circumstances surrounding our visit were unfortunate, the care that was taken to comfort myself and my family was top tier. I cannot recommend Elite Urgent Care highly enough!
