My husband broke his finger at work. And within the week we had an appointment to see Dr. Masson. His attention to detail, bedside manner, and knowledge is unmatched. His staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and you never feel like you're being a bother. I would one million Percent recommend ROC to anyone with any orthopedic needs.

Dr. Masson and staff are awesome! I was visiting from Dallas in a cast for an ankle fracture, I was able to get an appointment quickly, and Doc got me taken care of when I needed to get into a boot. Melissa at the front desk greets everyone with a smile and the rest of the staff is friendly, courteous, and knows their stuff. Dr. Masson answered all of my questions and put me at great ease about my progress. The only complaint I have is that I would have liked to hang out longer in the office with the whole crew.

Dr. Masson is one of the nicest Doctor's I have ever met. Very honest, empathetic, sincere, and respects you as a patient. He listens to you and does not rush you. Every one of his staff is very kind and smiling. The staff to me always reflects the personality of the Doctor. When the staff looks happy and not stressed out or mean you know the Doctor is creating a healthy working environment. He correctly diagnosed my health issue and helped me to understand the issue involved to resolve my pain. Having someone understand your pain goes a long way. All the staff look and sound happy with their responsibilities and working with patients. The Doctor treats his staff as team players and gives them dignity and respect. Dr. Masson and his staff are Top Notch! I was refered here by chance for a 2nd opinion after months of poorly managed care at a big provider. Dr. Masson listened to me, took time to properly examine and diagnose my injury. He did not rush or belittle my case because it was worker compensation. I was treated with the best care and respect. His office made sure i got the therapy i needed to heal. I feel like a million bucks and i did not need surgery! Thank you ROC! You guys ROCK!

In January 2021 I was involved in a rear end accident that ejected me from my vehicle and left me with a brachial plexus injury that paralyzed my left shoulder and arm which required reconstruction of three nerves to regain mobility. I went approximately 6 months with no surgery and a paralyzed left arm hanging on my side because my workers comp insurance could not find a specialist to work on the injury I had. When we finally found the ROC Houston and got scheduled with Dr. Levaro, he was confident he could repair the damage I had and help me regain motion in my left arm and shoulder. I had my surgery scheduled and was made aware before hand that I would still require a lot of physical therapy after my surgery to regain muscle mass and control of my arm as the recovery rate of nerves is extremely slow. Dr. Levaro explained everything I could expect to happen before and after my surgery clearly and I followed all of his instructions and regained control of my bicep and a few other muscles as soon as 3 months following the surgery. Now 3 years after my accident and 2.5 years after my surgery my left arm is nearly as good as it was before my accident! It is lacking a bit on strength (about 80% compared to my good right arm) but I was made aware and expecting that. My arm is still recovering but I been at the point where I don't even realize I had an injury for over a year now. For that, I thank Dr. Levaro and all the wonderful staff at the ROC Houston for returning the mobility to my arm and allowing me to live a normal life!

Dr Masson was incredible. I couldn't have asked for anyone better. He was right, he's number one for a reason. He explained exactly how the process was going to go as long as I did my part in recovery. Before I knew it, I was back to my normal life almost as if nothing occurred. This is the best place you can if you need to be taken care of. I recommend Dr. Masson 100 times over any other physician I've ever seen.

I have/had been coming here since July 2023 for a bicep tear in my right arm and I was being seen by Dr. Shuhatovich (Dr. S). Dr. S Is and will always be an amazing surgeon that really cares about his patients and you can see the passion he has for what he does. I am truly amazed by the service and the respect that I have received overall at The R.O.C center on binz. I must say that the nurses and front staff are very nice, respectful and caring but most of all very professional. Gabriela, Leslie, Hilary, Nancy and Melissa have been really nice they have always maintained a great attitude and have always been respectful. I would like to say that I am extremely pleased to have had Dr. S fix my bicep. My recovery has been amazing and I am so thankful for this. I highly recommend whoever needs an orthopedic surgeon to come see Dr. Shuhatovich who will take extra good care of you and I promise you will be in the best of hands. This doctor is very knowledgeable very educated and knows what he is doing. Thank you Dr. Shuhatovich and the R.O.C center for everything. I greatly appreciate it and God bless you all.

I had broken my left fibula and required surgery. I was apprehensive about the procedure. It's been 4 months now and I'm walking and back at work. In my opinion, Dr. Masson is the leading orthopedic surgeon in Houston. He was the most personable, like talking with a friend or a family member. His work speaks for itself. On top of that, his staff were very kind and very efficient. All in all, the most pleasant experience I've had for anything involving health care.

Great doctor and staff. Dr Masson can see what other doctors don't see to repair the problems. I have experience great care and amazing bedside matters. What doctors forgot he gains in his treatments. He operated on both shoulders and hands. I was not ever disappointed in his treatments.

Dr Shuhatovich is the best!! He is intuitive and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain and discuss your situation. He did carpal tunnel surgery but went beyond to I sure he released an extremely restricted nerve. He also released two trigger fingers. I had very little discomfort following surgery. I have recommended him to family and friends. Thank you Dr S.

Today my mom had her first visit here at ROC and my god! I wasn't the patient but my mom and I were both so impressed with the knowledge, skill, confidence, and the overall down to earth personality of Dr. Masson! Dr Mason and his staff are amazing! They have taken great care of my Mom who is 87 years old. He has been her doctor for her orthopedic needs for many years and we highly recommend him, his staff and his physical therapists. Mom is still walking and able to exercise although having experienced some falls.

I have had Dr. Masson do three surgeries on my hands and my results are great! He fixed a bad surgery from another doctor who made my right hand almost unusable, and I am so grateful. He removed arthritis from my left hand and the recovery was short and I can use it as normal now! He fixed trigger fingers quickly with just small incisions. He actually sits and LISTENS to his patients and he's so caring. I was recommended to Dr. Masson by a physical therapist (for one of the BIG) orthopedic groups who told me Dr. Masson is the best hand surgeon in Texas and I agree. Unfortunately I will need a surgery again for a new hand issue and I would not see anyone else. He's the best!

Dr. Masson has done three hand surgeries on me and each one went great and solved the pain and weakness problems. He has a physical therapy group on-site and a person that custom made my support devices after surgery. He is so caring and attentive. He actually listens to me and talks over the issues and treatment options. I have had some good doctors and some bad ones and Dr. Masson is simply the best. BTW he has given me and my family recommendations for other orthopedic specialists as he does only hands, arms and shoulders and each recommended doctor did a great job and they also praised Dr. Masson as the best hand surgeon in Texas.

Dr. Masson is the absolute best. Fractured my heal and torn ligaments 4 weeks in cast and now it's off. Feels so much better. And leaving in a splint. No pain and he is awesome to speak to. Definelty worth the 2 hours drive here and back

Doctor Navarro took me through a long healing process of a crush finger. He and his team were amazing and were glad to see my progress. Hopefully no one sustains an injury like mine, but if you do, this is the place to be.

Quickly diagnosed my issue, and walked me through my options. As someone who prefers to avoid surgery, I was pleased with Dr. Masson's recommendations to do the same. In my case, surgery became necessary, and the process was done extremely professionally. I never felt uneasy, and made a full recovery. It was also very convenient to have the surgery in the same building as my pre/post op appointments, rather than a different hospital (as can often be the case for operations). Dr. Masson and his entire staff work together like a well-oiled machine, and made the entire process far more smooth than I've been accustomed to in health care. Should I need orthopedic work in the future, it's comforting to know that I won't have to think about where to get treatment. Highly recommend to anyone!

So many great things to be said, but I'll try to remember this is a review and not a chapter book. Dr. Masson and all of his staff have been nothing short of wonderful. I never anticipated having shoulder surgery, or any other surgery for that matter. But the level of comfort I felt coupled with Dr. Masson's expertise made the experience so much more pleasant. The office is always immaculate and the patient rooms are, dare I say, technologically advanced. I've never seen anything like the set-up at ROC. It's very proficient and I would very highly recommend his office! Good luck finding better.

Dr. Masson knows exactly what he's doing. He was able to explain step by step what the problem was in my wrist as well as what caused it. Any questions you have, Dr. Masson has an answer. I really appreciate the support and help that Nurse Monica & Nurse Jason provided. Those 2 pulled out the red carpet for me before my surgery & was there afterwards. The service was impeccable. Not seeing Dr Ilahi who performed the surgery afterwards was odd, but Monica & Jason made up for him! Dr Masson is absolutely the best orthopedic surgeon with a great Bedside manner. I was recommended by my brother-in-law when I had severe shoulder pain. I ended up with a full shoulder replacement and had almost 100% mobility within 3 weeks of surgery! Just recently had to have an emergency surgery for an issue on my other shoulder, which is back to 100% less than 2 weeks after the procedure. Highly recommended! Thanks again to Dr. Masson and his friendly team!

Doctor was magnificent! The care was great honestly 10/10. Got surgery for a dog attack and my surgery was amazing the reconstruction, healing everything. Doctor was polite, patient, kind, felt very welcomed. Best experience. Doctor es fantstico!

Just incredible. I had previous doctors tell me I had spine issues and that they couldn't figure out what was wrong. One visit with Dr Masson and he immediately was able to pinpoint that it was a shoulder issue and I was back to normal within 24 hours of seeing him. Could not recommend this whole team more.

Saw Dr Marcos Masson back in 2001 for a Workman's Comp Injury and then again in 2005 and now in 2022 & 2023 and his files are always up to date. His office is State of the Art. He knows how to get your body to heal!!!!! Thank you and Thanks to his Wonderful Professional Staff!!!!!

I had what I thought was a torn rotator cuff and was in unbearable pain, level 10 pain. I went to urgent care and they were not able to provide any relief or solution. I dealt with the pain over the weekend and was able to get in to see Dr Masson same day. His staff is excellent! From the young lady that greets you to the PA to the Doc. Not always do you get to, or even want to make small talk with your doctor. However, it really made the experience special getting to talk to the PA and also the Doc. Even the follow-up visit was great. Most of all, he fixed the problem! My pain is gone!
