kari's caring attitude, her treatment plans and hands-on physical therapy techniques plus her lovely personality make her THE BEST PT THERAPIST EVER. I tried many PT but I will always come back to SHC " to Keri " . With few visits my neck and shoulders feel much better and as a result I am aware of my posture try to keep my head and chin up. Huge Thank You to Kari Emil who is a PT assistant, he is very attentive to patients exercises, I believe soon he will be a successful licensed Physical Therapist. He is also pleasant and fun to be around.

Been coming to SHC for the past 5 weeks for ankle and knee stiffness that effects my balance. Casey has been great helping me to stabilize my balance as well as helping with the stiffness in my leg joints. I would also like to commend all the staff that assist Casey with therapy. They all know how to help me warm up for the therapy before Casey takes over and does her thing.

James is highly skilled and dedicated to his clients’ recoveries. My neck problems were causing chronic headaches. While the exercises I learned are key to sustained improvement, James’ “hands on” work addressed the pain and restricted range of movement. I’m a big fan.

I’ve been going to the Montvale Spine and Health Center for years and the staff has been top notch! I have been using them for Chiro, PT and Accu. My son has been going to them for Chiro and recently started with Accu which has been an important part of his after sports care. He loves going to see Dr. Samantha for Accu and Dr. Kim for Chiro. I definitely recommend taking your child to SHC for Accu and Chiro for their growing bodies!

Casey is a highly skilled Physical Therapist. Her understanding of my condition allowed for an effective treatment plan. She is incredibly patient, encouraging, and always made me feel comfortable during sessions. Casey’s assessment and treatment plan was spot on. Skeptical at first, the result has been pain relief and confidence to return to my physical exercise routine. I highly recommend Casey and The Spine & Health Center to anyone seeking top-notch physical therapy care! You will not be disappointed in the warm welcoming atmosphere and the skill of the therapists at the Spine Institute.

The most important part is that Danielle Lerch and her assistant Gabby are outstanding. The care I get is superb. They treat me, guide me and give great advice. They CARE! In addition the entire organization and environment is committed to creating the best environment for treatment. You feel welcome there and are able to be relaxed, not concerned, when treated.

Greg and all of Spine and Health have been fantastic. My teenage daughter has been seeing him for a sports injury, and he has been so incredible with her. Not only has Greg been helping her to heal and improve, but he makes the visits enjoyable. He is personable, attentive, and determined to help her get better quick. He also understands the perspective of an athlete and made sure to focus on keeping her playing. I cannot say enough about Greg and the Spine and Health Center. I highly recommend them!

I have nothing but great things to say about Spine and Health. The new Montvale location is beautiful, spacious and clean. The front desk staff is always friendly, up beat and welcoming. My chiropractor Deanna was very knowledgeable and along with the PTs a plan was set in place to help me get relief from nerve pain caused by lower back issues. All in all it was a very positive and healing experience all the way down to the PT aids that keep me honest and doing the work I need to do to help myself heal.

James is an outstanding professional. I was so lucky to have been referred to him to treat my scoliosis. He is trained in the Schroth method and after 2 sessions with James I am feeling improvement. I have tried many treatments for my back pain due to my scoliosis and unfortunately the pain has persisted. I am grateful and hopeful due to James’ training and personal plan. I highly recommend James and The Spine and Health Center.

James DiGregorio has been absolutely wonderful in helping me deal and manage my pain. Not only is he great at what he does, but he is personable and professional. He has the ability to meet his patients where they’re at and although he is very good at encouraging you to push through pain, he approaches the situation with humor and compassion. I could not recommend him more!

Dr. Deanna is amazing! Ever since I have started going to her I have seen improvements and have been feeling better. Going to medical appointments can be daunting at times, but Deanna brings warm energy to every appointment that shows she really cares for her patients. I would 100% recommend

I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Deanna at SHC!! As someone who’s experienced chronic back pain since I was a teenager, she has truly taken a weight off my shoulders (pun intended) my back feels the best it’s ever felt, and I’m truly grateful for her FM expertise and great work.

I was referred to this practice by a family member. Excellent facilities, amazing and knowledgeable staff. Above all, I appreciate the transparency and professionalism of everyone I interacted with during my visit, especially Dr Peter Wohl. Been going to Dr. Pete for over a year now. Always excellent service, highly knowledgeable, and always provides the best treatment for you at the time of your appointment. Staff is always attentive to you arriving and towards your needs that day as ailments can always change. Top notch facility, great staff, always leave feeling better.

Everybody has been amazing at the facility, from the front staff to all of the doctors and therapists and everyone else. I feel so grateful to have found a place that really listens to how I feel every single day, makes adjustments accordingly and are all truly passionate about their jobs. I highly recommend them to everybody! I go there for OT, PT and Chiro!

Highly highly recommend this office! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable in their field, providing exceptional and personalized service. I see Dr. Deanna for Chiro and James D for PT and they are both phenomenal helping with my pain issues as an athlete. I share the same opinions of other providers given my interactions with them during my appointments.

I went here for a recovery day with my volleyball team. We all had such a great time. All the doctors were helpful and made sure we all got worked on efficiently! I would definitely recommend coming here!

Dr. Deanna is the best! She always makes sure Im feeling good for baseball. I came in with my team a couple of months ago for a recovery day, but continued to see Dr. Dee for treatment. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else.

My kids had an amazing experience at the Spine and Health Center in Montvale! Dr.DiGregorio is amazing and helped my daughter get through her soccer and lacrosse season!! He helped her whenever she needed to be stretched, treated, or worked on! He truly was the best and his dedication and care for his patients is truly amazing. Everyone who works there is honestly so passionate about their job and they make all their patients feel so comfortable!

This is a healing space. Everyone is kind, interested, and experts in their field. I continue to get stronger due to the attention and knowledge of the excellent PT’s. Dr James D, Travis, Dr James G, Emil, Raheem, Dr Kerry Moran, thank you all for helping me on my healing journey. I must not forget the great front desk staff-absolutely the very best!!

SHC never disappoints. As someone who enjoys fitness and as a former athlete , I constantly have aches and pains that are fixed by the amazing people here at SHC. I have worked with Dr. Corey and Dr. James who both have helped me tremendously with all my needs regarding recovery. Everyone at SHC are always super kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

Dr.James and my therapy at SHC have been a God send! I have had undiagnosed scoliosis since childhood, resulting in a deteriorating curvature and chronic back pain. Dr. James is trained in the Schroth method of PT specific to scoliosis. My pain has almost been eliminated and I am very encouraged to further improve my condition. Dr.James is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The facility and staff are state of the art and create a pleasant and comfortable environment.

I see Dr Vallejo and she is the best. Have worked with her for a couple of years and she has helped treat my tendinitis in my arm, back pain, hip tightness from running, and more. She also sees my husband and sons at times and I have referred many people to her including pregnant women as she is certified in the Webster technique. Highly recommend! The staff is also wonderful there, kind and helpful.

I’ve had an amazing experience with Dr. Deanna and Dr. Corey at the SHC. Both chiropractors are outstanding at their jobs, as their dedication, passion, and genuine care for their patients truly set them apart from others. Dr. Deanna’s thoroughness and attentiveness are exceptional. She took the time to understand my concerns and address my specific needs. Dr. Corey is equally amazing. His attention to detail and genuine passion for chiropractic care are present in every session. He always explains which muscles he's working on in terms that are easy to understand. These two go above and beyond to ensure that I receive the best possible treatment. They always takes the time to answer my questions and make my concerns feel heard. I was given the opportunity to intern at the spine and health center last summer, since then I am yet to be in a health care setting that cares more about the patients and their well being, as well as creating a real community atmosphere. My family continues to go to the SHC and I wouldn’t recommend they go anywhere else.

In the months that I have been treated here, my condition has improved significantly. Dr. Corey shows great concern, and with his knowledge and expertise, I feel that I am getting the best care possible. He explains how he sees my progress, and gives clear instructions for home exercise, along with tips for daily living. 10/10

I had bilateral hip labral repair in 2021 and continued to have pain post op until 2024. I came to see James D at Spine and Health Center of NJ and have made extraordinary process since. I am back to powerlifting, running, swimming, hiking, etc. James D and the rest of the staff are fantastic people. They are a very responsive, friendly and caring staff who take the time to listen to your struggles and work together to find the best course of action, tailored specifically to each patient.

I came to The Spine & Health Center with tremendous back and shoulder pain. Within a few short weeks it is all but gone. Dr. Corey is an extremely knowledgeable and intuitive doctor. He really listens and takes his time with the exam to create the best possible plan for relief. The staff is always warm and friendly and the facility is welcoming and immaculate. I am so happy to have found them.

I am so happy I found the SHC. After suffering for decades with upper cervical dysfunction and chronic pain, I am finally feeling better and hopeful for the first time in years! Dr. Deanna Vallejo tackles my complex issues with confidence and care. Her practice goes way beyond regular chiropractic, utilizing state of the art equipment and techniques. Dr. Deanna is super sweet and a great trouble shooter. Front desk staff is friendly and efficient.

Dr. Kim is incredibly knowledgeable in all things Prenatal Chiropractics. You can tell how passionate she is about her job. She has helped me immensely with tailbone pain during my 3rd trimester. My only regret is not booking an appointment sooner!

SHC has a great atmosphere and even more amazing staff. I had an appointment with Dr. Kim. I expressed to her how I was unable to sleep the last 2 nights due to being so congested. Dr. Kim worked her magic. She cleared my sinuses right up. I wasn't even out of the building and I felt so much relief. I was not only able to breath out of my nose again, I got a much needed nights rest. Next time I am congested I will ditch the over the counter medicine and call SHC first. Thank you so much Dr. KIM!!!

Deanna at the spine and health center of Montvale New Jersey, is truly an amazing practitioner. I was in a car accident a few months ago and I’ve gotten the most incredible care at this facility. As a musician I am very sensitive and it’s not easy for me to find both, people that can easily understand my body and work with me, and that are truly excellent body workers. Deana is definitely both, and in addition, very kind and extremely funny!! And the center has been marvelous. Always upbeat, and plenty of knowledgeable staff ready to help you with everything you might need right then and there. I highly recommend this place!

Dr. Kelly and her team are wonderful, talented and very reasonably priced. Johanna’s also an excellent practitioner for acupuncture and cupping. The welcoming nature of the entire staff makes the experience even better — feels like you’re coming home. Highly recommend this practice.
