My daughter is yet to enter this practice and involvement with it has been by me as her authorized parent. I have received exceptional response from staff to date even not formally registered as active patient. Last year we dealt with a former employee PRISCILLA who was very empathetic and supportive through many calls. This year and at present I have received on behalf of my daughter samr day call backed by Rob the practice manager. He’s called close to OR AT office closing time. He did not rush me. Both he and Priscilla LISTENED AND FACILITATED, Both rarely encounted in most medical practices that are uniformity non stop very busy. I also acknowledge a call from the practice Medical Director/Head physician Dr Stoddard who called me three Friday’s ago before he began his work day. He a busy clinician did NOT rush mr. He listened to all I said AND FACOLITATED. This must represent the philosophy of this practice that clinical and administration staff not only know internally BUT EXHIBIT EXTERNALLY. In my opinion, How a practice staff behaves at outset is often a reflection of how they MAY later relate to active patients. May is the only appropriate description as offices more likely AND UNDERSTANDABLY will respond differently to their active patients.I stress the uncommon level of response and support this practice affords situations as thus which are in transition to active status.
