Doctor Hossain and her staff at Digestive Disease Care in Melville-NY are very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. I’m always impressed how well they treat their patients. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. Great jobs everyone!??

If you follow my reviews you know I would never give someone five stars who doesn't deserve it. Dr.oustecky deserves 10 stars.This Doctor was so friendly. Kind caring and compassionate throughout the whole visit. Melissa, his assistant was very thorough with asking me all my symptoms, medications and all my medical conditions. She was also super friendly and made jokes with me to make me feel comfortable. Dr.oustecky did not make fun of me or tell me that I shouldn't be reading so much on Google researching my symptoms. It was nice for a Doctor to agree with me for once,But even if he didn't agree with me, it seemed like he genuinely has my best interest at heart. If you are like me and have been seen by multiple GI doctors who have given up on you or just refdered you to pain management for your symptoms, you need to come see Dr.oustecky! I cannot rave about him enough!

Dr Hossain and the entire staff were WONDERFUL! The front desk was pleasant and friendly, the medical assistant was super nice and knowledgeable and Dr Hossain was excellent! This doctor is clearly an expert in this field, she listened to my concerns, patiently gave me all of the information that would reassure me and I left knowing I was in excellent hands! Thank you!

I felt very comfortable at my visit. I was treated respectfully and would highly recommend this office. I was seem by Dr Sayedy Hossain and Melissa! The checkin process went smoothly and I was seen in a rather of minutes.

I was having GI issues for over 3 weeks -with no relief I started to bleed & wanted an immediate appointment- I am on Plavix & very concerned what was going on. I searched Zocdoc & found Dr Oustecky had an open appointment the very next day! I read his amazing reviews & very pleased to say he & the office staff are above & beyond 5 star rating. Dr Oustecky is amazing-has wonderful bedside manner & very professional in his expertise. I feel comfortable & confident with his recommendations. I highly recommend making an appointment with him.

Dr. Ostecky is amazing. Very professional. He has been the only Dr that has helped my husband figure out all of his digestive problems. Highly recommend seeing him. The office staff is great too. It runs on time and is pleasant.

I'm a patient of Dr Syeda Hossain at Digestive Disease Care in Melville. They also have a Hicksville location and she has days at both. She's been my gastroenterologist for about 3 years now, after following her there from Mount Sinai. I think she's great! She has a fantastic bedside manner! Is a genuinely caring and knowledgeable doctor, who has a knack for explaining medical jargon, so both your conditions and her recommendations, including medications, are easily understood. She also does my endoscopy/colonoscopy procedures, and they've gone smoothly. The practice is well run. The front desk staff courteous and efficient at both locations, with little to no wait. I definitely recommend Dr Hossain and Digestive Disease Care for all your gastroenterology needs!

My visit started with his assistant Melissa. She was thorough and extremely warm and personable. Dr Oustecky is amazing. My son has very bad anxiety and he made sure to address all of my sons concerns and fears and ease his mind. Him and his entire staff are in a class of their own. Thank you ?

Had the best time ever! Lovely experience from start to finish! Doctor Oustecky was very thorough and informative and made me feel at home at his office. All of his assistants took great care in making sure that all my needs were met, blood work as done on site! Overall 10/10 would recommend!

The doctors and nurses actually listened to my concerns and work with me I struggle from a lot of medical trauma and autoimmune conditions it was very refreshing to not be talked down to ignored or made fun of even the people drawing blood were really kind the women at the desk or extremely helpful in setting up my medical app because I have medical conditions that make it hard for me to look at screens they worked with my mental and physical disabilities the office is also quite beautiful and peaceful and good work to the whole team I never compliment a doctor's office I have rarely had a good experience anywhere so Kudos you guys did an amazing job and made me feel safer than I usually do at doctor's offices

My experience at Digestive Disease Care was positive mostly due to the M.D. He is extremely personable and down to earth, professional. He listens and truly believes in the doctor/patient relationship. Knowing I am in good hands puts me at ease. Although there are many gastroenterologists nearer to me, I prefer to travel the distance to see Dr. OUSTECKY. The office was efficient, immaculate, quiet with relaxing music. There was no wait time.

I wish all doctors were like Dr Oustecky! He told me exactly what to expect from undergoing my routine screening. When we met for my follow up appointment he was thorough with explaining the out come and how to proceed. Dr Oustecky was courteous from start to finish.
