First time here today to do my TLC medical exam. I had such a great experience here. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The whole process was a breeze. This is by far the best Urgent care I've ever been to . The Dr really takes her time with the patients very well Educated and very professional. She even go as far as making sure all Is well if the medication isn't covered by your insurance to make sure you get the best possible . Would definitely recommend to anyone anywhere.

I went to Big Apple about a week ago and had the absolute BEST urgent care experience! From the moment I walked in, Rodlene (hope I got her name right) at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. I hardly had any wait time (just enough to fill out paperwork) before being taken back to see Ebony, the MA. Ebony was one of the kindest people I've ever had the joy of meeting! We had a chance to talk a bit while she was taking my blood and vitals, and it felt like I was hanging out with an old friend. From the things Ebony said during our conversation, it was made obvious that she genuinely cares about what she does and the people she helps. I was then taken to another room to wait for the PA. Again, hardly any wait time!! Wadson, the PA, was wonderful. He answered all of my questions, made me feel super comfortable, and didn't rush through our visit. I left feeling like my questions were answered and like my concerns were heard and addressed. I wish everyone in the medical field treated patients the way the people at Big Apple Urgent Care on Church Avenue do!

Let me start off by saying this was the first walk-in clinic that I've been to FirstEnergy care and I must say I had a wonderful experience the girls were very patient behind the counter and they helped me very much with my situations and I loved it I didn't get frustrated or annoyed at all they made everything go nice and smooth and helped me out with everything I highly recommend this walk-in clinic Big Apple Urgent Care and I highly recommend the professional and courteous staff I went in for my second coronavirus shot and came out a happy camper thank you big apple Urgent Care for all the good work

Honestly they are way better than city md & other urgent care. Everyone was nice and patient. & the doctors didn’t seem to be rushing you out of there ? I have my own pcp but I rather make this place my go to.

I’ve visited this office 3 times for myself and children, each time has been a very pleasant experience that doesn’t take hours. The receptionist are always very nice and informative, Eman is very nice as well and is thorough when asking questions. And Dr. Wadson is so great. Makes you feel comfortable and makes sure he understands what you’re feeling to properly treat you. The office is always clean which is important! Thank you

My experience at this urgent care was honestly GREAT!! I wasn’t sure if I was going to stay but Rhodleen the front desk administrator was so polite and kind I felt like this was a good place to come for my intense migraine ..even the assistant in the back sephie In was on point with everythubg I said because she actually listened to me …Dr Tamara was amazing so nice and informative she did a whole work up just to make sure I was ok and again she listened which in health care these days is very rareI will definitely be back

I find myself here quite often and I have also brought my children weather it be for a covid test or any other childhood illness, care is always top of the line from front desk to the Ma's to the phenomenal doctors. This office is a great addition to the neighborhood!

I was referred to Big Apple Urgent Care by a friend who went there and had an amazing experience and treatment. I did my research and found out that this particular Urgent Care is Black owned so I had to come out and support. I came in to do a complete physical, COVID test and vaccination (of course not all on the same day). But each visit the employees were very professional and well-mannered. The urgent care facility is very clean and I love the selection of music they play. I would recommend going here, get tested, get vaccinated or for any medical treatment. I don't live in Brooklyn but I love it here!!!!

The young lady performing the CoVid test last night had on gloves when I entered the room. She then proceeded to handle approximately 10 specimen bags, typed on the key board, took my blood pressure, and handled a writing pen. I asked the sister to change the gloves after she took my blood pressure. Although her back was to me, she visibly reacted to my request (negatively). Before she put the gloves on, I asked her to wash her hands. She refused saying "you'll be alright". I was my hands repeatedly. I responded I need you to wash them in front of me. I explained I do not want to be difficult but I do not want to catch anything. These young black sisters are the worst of the worst when it comes to customer service and consideration. I hate to put this review online because this is a Black owned business. However, these types of things are endemic when dealing with our own people. I want her and others to learn. The sink was filled with paperwork. She didn't even bother to use hand sanitizer. Otherwise the facility and service was excellent. Please send her back for retraining. I would like to update my post. As everyone knows, there has been an exponential increase in the demand for covid test. In this climate I revisited this facility. Just like the first time, it was sparkling clean. This time I really needed my result asap because my job continually suspends me for not submitting the weekly result by week's end. The brother who directs the flow of traffic bent over backwards to accommodate me. The service was superb and again this brother treated everyone nicely. The man treated me with the utmost decency. The attendant changed her gloves while I was seated in the room. Honestly, this facility and these Servants are an asset to community and the city. I would like to thank the brother....

If I can give more stars I would, let me start off by saying the staff was very helpful and pleasant and the wait was next to none... the doctor Moise very nice and patient disposition I felt very comfortable and at home and that she knew what she was talking about and she had compassionate and caring manner about her I highly recommend her.

I saw Dr. Moise this past Saturday after a bad fall on Friday and was extremely impressed. She asked a lot of good questions and noticed everything, even my blood pressure than tends to be low, making sure it was normal for me. I was glad that she was there and would certainly return to her office.

Best way to get fixed and cured without waiting in a ER for hours. Dr. Moise was great. She made me feel comfortable with her warming personality . . She took care of me as well as my family . The nurse was also very sweet and helpful. I’ve been at this location twice and I had a good experience both times. No complaints.

As advertised. The facility is very professional. The staff was very friendly. Dr. Moise had great bedside manner. She was able to successfully figure out the solution to my problem. Best of all, I wasn’t there for 5 hours. It was a pretty quick in-and-out experience. I highly recommend going to Big Apple urgent care if you need immediate medical attention.

I absolutely love this place! If I could make them my primary care provider I would do it in the drop of a dime. The doctors are always attentive, thorough & knowledgeable. The nurses are kind, and the facility is super clean. Not to mention there is little to no wait time. Like I said I love this place, you can’t go wrong in choosing them for and urgent care.

I have brought my whole family here including myself and kids. This clinic is amazing. They are nice and clean. They are also fast and effective. Dr. Wadson Fils is caring and real good. He listens to what is ailing you and prescribes just what you need. He is also very educated and his expertise spread out wide from my 6 year old to my 9 year old and all the way up to me and I’m 29. Dr Wadson really takes good care of you. I’m upset I didn’t know about this doctors office sooner. I have been other places and been there for hours wasting time. In this clinic, you are in and out in reasonable time. He is also a whole family doctor. Ask for him !! Fabienne is also a person I want to say is very good. She is nice and makes you feel welcome. If you live in the Flatbush area and need an urgent care doctor to take very good care of you come here. Way faster than King’s county and you get great excellent care here. They take Medicaid and mostly all insurances. I’m happy with this clinic, 5 stars !

I went to Big Apple Urgent Care because I had an headache for a week straight. I wanted to keep my money in my community and with my people who are doing good business to help everyone. The facility was clean and organized. The reception area was clean and the professionalism of the staff exceptional. I meet Dr. Moise for my care and she was attentive to everything I had to say and she took really good care of my needs. I expressed that I was in between doctors and Dr. Moise was able to do my annual physical. Thank you. I would definitely use this place again and recommend it to anyone.

The staff at Big Apple Urgent care is extremely professional. I was surprised because I’m someone who is big on customer service and they excited my expectations. Dr. Moise is absolutely a delight and again a true professional. My mom had a very bad ear infection and she was able to defect that she had left over cotton swabs in her ear and they cleaned it out for her so well. She was very happy. I recently made a visit to the big apple urgent care, and I must say that this has had to be the best care I have ever received. The expertise and professionalism of the staff was amazing. Everyone was very attentive and knowledgeable to/of my situation. What stood out to me the most, was not only did Dr. Tamara Moise called days after to give me my results but I knew she was genuinely concerned about my well being. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location to family and friends, even more to people in the neighborhood. Thank you Big Apple urgent care.

Location was easy to find. Facility very clean! The office staff were very nice, informative and accommodating. We saw the doctor right away, wait time was less than 15 minutes. Dr. Moise was very nice, knowledgeable and treated my daughters symptoms appropriately. I will definitely come back again.

I went in last week for a cold and was treated quickly and easily. The staff was super friendly and Dr. Tamara Moise was so kind and compassionate. I really appreciated her listening to my concerns and she was really easy to talk to and down to earth. The staff followed up with me a few days later to make sure I was feeling better after taking the prescriptions. I give them 5 stars! Great Service!

The service was quick and effecient. I was in and out for my shot in less than 30 minutes. The faculty were really nice ? And the facility -from the waiting area to the private rooms- was absolutely clean. I personally loved how festive the place was for the holidays.

I was in and out in no time. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Moise is easy to talk to. I’m consideri making her my primary care physician, if possible. BAUC is my go to spot from now on and I’ll definitely recommend it to everyone with whom I come in contact.

Very friendly atmosphere which is great. Treated me fairly quickly and I wasnt waiting for hours. There to be seen so they also really care you can tell their patients are priority first. This place is organized neat and clean will definitely be coming here for any emergency or physical exams I need.

Walking in off the street into a medical establishment can be daunting; sometimes you feel like you give more than you get. I was so pleased that this wasn't the case with Dr. Moise and her colleagues. The wait was short, the staff personable, and her medical care professional and effective. Has a busy mom of two kids with a full time job, it seems like I never have time to take care of myself. This place is just what I needed in my area. I was in and out very quickly, no seating around for hours waiting to be seen. Big Apple Walk-In Argent Care just took me back to the days of growing up in a small island. Seems like they have known you forever. Great customer service, friendly staff. Not only does the doctor not rush through the visit, he took the time to explain everything to me. I have been going to my PCP for over 20 years and this is the only place that has not made me miss this place. Excellent service all around. Thank you guys

This is my first time going to urgent care because my pcp retired and I wasnt feeling well. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly and I didnt have to wait long. The Doctor was very knowledgeable and very helpful with answering any and all questions. I will definitely come back.

This urgent care center is just what the neighborhood needs. The office is amazingly clean and well organized and the staff were very helpful in getting me the help I needed. Doctor Moise was very helpful and communicative with me and I'm definitely coming back here for my regular visits. This center is the best experience I had with doctors in East Flatbush in years. I went there one day and they took real good care of me although I was sent to the er the care that I got before hand was quick and knowledgeable there was a nurse I forgot her name but she was the one who seen me walking past the clinic and had the right mind asking me if I was ok it end with me in hospital for a clot but I owe my life that loving lady because honestly I could have died I had a clot in my lung which I had to get treated for

My first impression was that the urgent care facility was clean, well designed and spacious. I was immediately greeted by the friendly front desk staff who swiftly signed me in and completed necessary paperwork. The doctor was also courteous, friendly and professional. I have been seen by Big Apple a number of times and I have always received the best care. It's so nice that not only does the doctor so knowledgeable and provides exceptional care, that she is also so personable. Not only does she remember me from visit to visit she remembers my family too. I have been so impressed with her service that I have brought my 2 children as well skipping the emergency room and pediatric urgent care. I would highly recommend Big Apple Urgent Care on Church Avenue, Brooklyn because you will be sure to get the care that you need from the doctor and the rest of the staff.

I find myself here quite often and I have also brought my children weather it be for a covid test or any other childhood illness, care is always top of the line from front desk to the Ma's to the phenomenal doctors. This office is a great addition to the neighborhood!

I was referred to Big Apple Urgent Care by a friend who went there and had an amazing experience and treatment. I did my research and found out that this particular Urgent Care is Black owned so I had to come out and support. I came in to do a complete physical, COVID test and vaccination (of course not all on the same day). But each visit the employees were very professional and well-mannered. The urgent care facility is very clean and I love the selection of music they play. I would recommend going here, get tested, get vaccinated or for any medical treatment. I don't live in Brooklyn but I love it here!!!!

The young lady performing the CoVid test last night had on gloves when I entered the room. She then proceeded to handle approximately 10 specimen bags, typed on the key board, took my blood pressure, and handled a writing pen. I asked the sister to change the gloves after she took my blood pressure. Although her back was to me, she visibly reacted to my request (negatively). Before she put the gloves on, I asked her to wash her hands. She refused saying "you'll be alright". I was my hands repeatedly. I responded I need you to wash them in front of me. I explained I do not want to be difficult but I do not want to catch anything. These young black sisters are the worst of the worst when it comes to customer service and consideration. I hate to put this review online because this is a Black owned business. However, these types of things are endemic when dealing with our own people. I want her and others to learn. The sink was filled with paperwork. She didn't even bother to use hand sanitizer. Otherwise the facility and service was excellent. Please send her back for retraining. I would like to update my post. As everyone knows, there has been an exponential increase in the demand for covid test. In this climate I revisited this facility. Just like the first time, it was sparkling clean. This time I really needed my result asap because my job continually suspends me for not submitting the weekly result by week's end. The brother who directs the flow of traffic bent over backwards to accommodate me. The service was superb and again this brother treated everyone nicely. The man treated me with the utmost decency. The attendant changed her gloves while I was seated in the room. Honestly, this facility and these Servants are an asset to community and the city. I would like to thank the brother....

I saw Dr. Moise this past Saturday after a bad fall on Friday and was extremely impressed. She asked a lot of good questions and noticed everything, even my blood pressure than tends to be low, making sure it was normal for me. I was glad that she was there and would certainly return to her office.

Best way to get fixed and cured without waiting in a ER for hours. Dr. Moise was great. She made me feel comfortable with her warming personality . . She took care of me as well as my family . The nurse was also very sweet and helpful. I’ve been at this location twice and I had a good experience both times. No complaints.

As advertised. The facility is very professional. The staff was very friendly. Dr. Moise had great bedside manner. She was able to successfully figure out the solution to my problem. I absolutely love this place! If I could make them my primary care provider I would do it in the drop of a dime. The doctors are always attentive, thorough & knowledgeable. I have brought my whole family here including myself and kids. This clinic is amazing. They are nice and clean. They are also fast and effective. Dr. Wadson Fils is caring and real good. He listens to what is ailing you and prescribes just what you need. He is also very educated and his expertise spread out wide from my 6 year old to my 9 year old and all the way up to me and I’m 29. Dr Wadson really takes good care of you. I’m upset I didn’t know about this doctors office sooner. I have been other places and been there for hours wasting time. In this clinic, you are in and out in reasonable time. He is also a whole family doctor. Ask for him !! Fabienne is also a person I want to say is very good. She is nice and makes you feel welcome. If you live in the Flatbush area and need an urgent care doctor to take very good care of you come here. Way faster than King’s county and you get great excellent care here. They take Medicaid and mostly all insurances. I’m happy with this clinic, 5 stars !

I went to Big Apple Urgent Care because I had an headache for a week straight. I wanted to keep my money in my community and with my people who are doing good business to help everyone. The facility was clean and organized. The reception area was clean and the professionalism of the staff exceptional. I meet Dr. Moise for my care and she was attentive to everything I had to say and she took really good care of my needs. I expressed that I was in between doctors and Dr. Moise was able to do my annual physical. Thank you. I would definitely use this place again and recommend it to anyone.

The staff at Big Apple Urgent care is extremely professional. I was surprised because I’m someone who is big on customer service and they excited my expectations. Dr. Moise is absolutely a delight and again a true professional. My mom had a very bad ear infection and she was able to defect that she had left over cotton swabs in her ear and they cleaned it out for her so well. She was very happy. I recently made a visit to the big apple urgent care, and I must say that this has had to be the best care I have ever received. The expertise and professionalism of the staff was amazing. Everyone was very attentive and knowledgeable to/of my situation. What stood out to me the most, was not only did Dr. Tamara Moise called days after to give me my results but I knew she was genuinely concerned about my well being. Location was easy to find. Facility very clean! The office staff were very nice, informative and accommodating. We saw the doctor right away, wait time was less than 15 minutes. Dr. Moise was very nice, knowledgeable and treated my daughters symptoms appropriately. I will definitely come back again.

I went in last week for a cold and was treated quickly and easily. The staff was super friendly and Dr. Tamara Moise was so kind and compassionate. I really appreciated her listening to my concerns and she was really easy to talk to and down to earth. The staff followed up with me a few days later to make sure I was feeling better after taking the prescriptions. I give them 5 stars! Great Service!

The service was quick and effecient. I was in and out for my shot in less than 30 minutes. The faculty were really nice ? And the facility -from the waiting area to the private rooms- was absolutely clean. I personally loved how festive the place was for the holidays.

Very friendly atmosphere which is great. Treated me fairly quickly and I wasnt waiting for hours. There to be seen so they also really care you can tell their patients are priority first. Walking in off the street into a medical establishment can be daunting; sometimes you feel like you give more than you get. I was so pleased that this wasn't the case with Dr. Moise and her colleagues. The wait was short, the staff personable, and her medical care professional and effective. Has a busy mom of two kids with a full time job, it seems like I never have time to take care of myself. This place is just what I needed in my area. I was in and out very quickly, no seating around for hours waiting to be seen. Big Apple Walk-In Argent Care just took me back to the days of growing up in a small island. Seems like they have known you forever. Great customer service, friendly staff. Not only does the doctor not rush through the visit, he took the time to explain everything to me. I have been going to my PCP for over 20 years and this is the only place that has not made me miss this place. Excellent service all around. Thank you guys

I went there one day and they took real good care of me although I was sent to the er the care that I got before hand was quick and knowledgeable there was a nurse I forgot her name but she was the one who seen me walking past the clinic and had the right mind asking me if I was ok it end with me in hospital for a clot but I owe my life that loving lady because honestly I could have died I had a clot in my lung which I had to get treated for

I have been seen by Big Apple a number of times and I have always received the best care. It's so nice that not only does the doctor so knowledgeable and provides exceptional care, that she is also so personable. Not only does she remember me from visit to visit she remembers my family too. I have been so impressed with her service that I have brought my 2 children as well skipping the emergency room and pediatric urgent care. I would highly recommend Big Apple Urgent Care on Church Avenue, Brooklyn because you will be sure to get the care that you need from the doctor and the rest of the staff.

I went to Big Apple about a week ago and had the absolute BEST urgent care experience! From the moment I walked in, Rodlene (hope I got her name right) at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. I hardly had any wait time (just enough to fill out paperwork) before being taken back to see Ebony, the MA. Ebony was one of the kindest people I've ever had the joy of meeting! We had a chance to talk a bit while she was taking my blood and vitals, and it felt like I was hanging out with an old friend. From the things Ebony said during our conversation, it was made obvious that she genuinely cares about what she does and the people she helps. I was then taken to another room to wait for the PA. Again, hardly any wait time!! Wadson, the PA, was wonderful. He answered all of my questions, made me feel super comfortable, and didn't rush through our visit. I left feeling like my questions were answered and like my concerns were heard and addressed. I wish everyone in the medical field treated patients the way the people at Big Apple Urgent Care on Ralph Avenue do!

Let me start off by saying this was the first walk-in clinic that I've been to FirstEnergy care and I must say I had a wonderful experience the girls were very patient behind the counter and they helped me very much with my situations and I loved it I didn't get frustrated or annoyed at all they made everything go nice and smooth and helped me out with everything I highly recommend this walk-in clinic Big Apple Urgent Care and I highly recommend the professional and courteous staff I went in for my second coronavirus shot and came out a happy camper thank you big apple Urgent Care for all the good work

This place was supposed to be close at 8pm and got there at 7:55 pm the doctor still let me in for my check up, what a great place
