First time here today to do my TLC medical exam. I had such a great experience here. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The whole process was a breeze. What a blessing to have medical staff like this in our community! I am very grateful for Dr. Tamara and all the staff here. Thank you so much! Highly recommended

This is by far the best Urgent care I've ever been to . The Dr really takes her time with the patients very well Educated and very professional. She even go as far as making sure all Is well if the medication isn't covered by your insurance to make sure you get the best possible . Would definitely recommend to anyone anywhere.

This is the best place for citizenship health report if you ve insurance they try to cover everything from your insurance. Very nice stuff and things goes so fast strongly suggested

I went to Big Apple about a week ago and had the absolute BEST urgent care experience! From the moment I walked in, Rodlene (hope I got her name right) at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. I hardly had any wait time (just enough to fill out paperwork) before being taken back to see Ebony, the MA. Ebony was one of the kindest people I've ever had the joy of meeting! We had a chance to talk a bit while she was taking my blood and vitals, and it felt like I was hanging out with an old friend. From the things Ebony said during our conversation, it was made obvious that she genuinely cares about what she does and the people she helps. I was then taken to another room to wait for the PA. Again, hardly any wait time!! Wadson, the PA, was wonderful. He answered all of my questions, made me feel super comfortable, and didn't rush through our visit. I left feeling like my questions were answered and like my concerns were heard and addressed. I wish everyone in the medical field treated patients the way the people at Big Apple Urgent Care on Church Avenue do!

I'm always satisfied with the service at the Big Apple Urgent Care. The service is timely and the staff are very courteous and efficient. I recommend them. Five Stars!

Honestly they are way better than city md & other urgent care. Everyone was nice and patient. & the doctors didn't seem to be rushing you out of there I have my own pcp but I rather make this place my go to.

I've always had a good experience when visiting Big Apple urgent care. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough when gathering information. Today I took my daughter there and was pleased with the care she received by Dr. Tamara.

I've visited this office 3 times for myself and children, each time has been a very pleasant experience that doesn't take hours. The receptionist are always very nice and informative, Eman is very nice as well and is thorough when asking questions. And Dr. Wadson is so great. Makes you feel comfortable and makes sure he understands what you're feeling to properly treat you. The office is always clean which is important! Thank you

My experience at this urgent care was honestly GREAT!! I wasn't sure if I was going to stay but Rhodleen the front desk administrator was so polite and kind I felt like this was a good place to come for my intense migraine ..even the assistant in the back sephie In was on point with everythubg I said because she actually listened to me Dr Tamara was amazing so nice and informative she did a whole work up just to make sure I was ok and again she listened which in health care these days is very rareI will definitely be back

I find myself here quite often and I have also brought my children weather it be for a covid test or any other childhood illness, care is always top of the line from front desk to the Ma's to the phenomenal doctors. This office is a great addition to the neighborhood!

I was referred to Big Apple Urgent Care by a friend who went there and had an amazing experience and treatment. I did my research and found out that this particular Urgent Care is Black owned so I had to come out and support. I came in to do a complete physical, COVID test and vaccination (of course not all on the same day). But each visit the employees were very professional and well-mannered. The urgent care facility is very clean and I love the selection of music they play. I would recommend going here, get tested, get vaccinated or for any medical treatment. I don't live in Brooklyn but I love it here!!!!

The young lady performing the CoVid test last night had on gloves when I entered the room. She then proceeded to handle approximately 10 specimen bags, typed on the key board, took my blood pressure, and handled a writing pen. I asked the sister to change the gloves after she took my blood pressure. Although her back was to me, she visibly reacted to my request (negatively). Before she put the gloves on, I asked her to wash her hands. She refused saying
