I’ve had the best experiences here! I have been seen as well as my kids multiple times. We have seen Gynna, one of the nurse practitioners every time and she always gives the best care! Great bedside manner, great with kids, listens to concerns, and ALWAYS has a solution to help instead of making us feel like we wasted our time, even with just a virus. She’s so great! So appreciate her and how helpful she always is.

I had been treating a cold with over-the-counter medicine because taking time off to see a doctor isn’t always easy. When my head started throbbing, I decided to make an online appointment. The staff was professional, kind, and compassionate from the office staff to the nursing assistant to the nurse practioner. The wait time was excellent. I was in and out within 35 minutes. The nurse practioner was extremely knowledgeable, listened attentively to my health condition and answered all my questions . She made me feel valued and respected. The whole experience was extremely pleasant and I will definitely be going there for my future medical needs. Thank you for every thing you did for me.

This is my 2nd time here, I orginally went to UMC however quickly left after they wanted to charge me 150.00. The receptionist here was kind enough to call my insurance and verify they were contracting and I was able to be seen. After about a 5 min wait she advised yes, I paid my $39.00 and was seen by the nurse practitioner in about 30 minutes. All the staff was kind the facility was clean and wait time was low. When your not feeling well NO one Wants to send hours in the office to be seen. I will deffinetly be comming back. Thank you staff

The staff at UCare Urgent Care Clinic were incredibly compassionate and attentive. Jessica (NP) went above and beyond - her support and clear, patient explanations made a difficult time feel much more manageable. After my accident, Joseph and Adam kindly helped me to my car with a wheelchair, showing such genuine care. I'm truly grateful for their help and highly recommend this urgent care service.

Took my 2 year old after a small emergency and they were able to see my child right away. The staff from the receptionist, nurses and doctors, were all extremely friendly, polite, supportive and understanding. This was our first time there and they all took their time explaining every step of the visit and did not hesitate to answer the questions we had. After my third visit to this clinic, I decided to give it a review. These places are usually hit or miss, but I have received consistently good care and service at this particular location. Doctors and nurses are kind and knowledgeable and I have received the right medication for what I needed. I came back a second time a couple days after an initial visit because my symptoms were not improving and I was seen without additional charges.

Thanks to the great team at UCare, special thanks to Gynna! Following a miserable day with cold and flu symptoms, I went seeking medical care. My initial impression was psitive: the waiting area looked clean and sterile, quiet and serene--big plus. The receptionist motioned me forward with a friendly smile, another plus. I completed paperwork and was called back shortly thereafter, where my vitals and initial assessment were taken by a courteous and helpful medical assistant. I was then thoroughly examined by the nurse practitioner Gynna, who was warm, caring and compassionate. I tested positive for covid, and she listened attentively to my questions and concerns, giving me positive feedback and instructions. I left feeling that I had received the best possible care. Three days following my visit, the prescribed medications have alleviated my symptoms and I am resuming my normal activities. I highly recommend UCare Services! Thanks again!

This morning, my daughter had an accident at daycare while playing, which left her finger swollen, bruised, and painful—she couldn't even bend it. Hoping to avoid a long hospital wait and a hefty bill, I took her to UCare Urgent Care on Eastlake for an X-ray and treatment. From the moment we walked in, the care we received was exceptional. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly, greeting us with warm smiles. The X-ray technician was amazing with my daughter, explaining everything in a way that made her feel comfortable and at ease. The provider who treated her was thorough and took the time to explain everything in detail. The entire visit was incredibly efficient—from check-in to the X-ray to receiving the results, everything moved quickly without feeling rushed. We found out my daughter's finger was fractured, and they promptly placed part of her hand in a temporary cast. They even took care of the referral to the orthopedic specialist, making the process seamless for us. My daughter even smiled as we left. I highly recommend UCare Urgent Care on Eastlake. Their outstanding customer service, efficiency, and compassionate care truly set them apart.

I’ve been here more times than I would like with my children but I have to say I get great service each time. This time I was able to be seen by James and Gynna. They made sure my child felt comfortable through the whole process. From the exam to the X-ray and the discharge papers. Love the service and hospitality. An appointment through their website is highly recommended, if you can wait up to a day to a few hours. With this, I waited no longer then 10 mins after arrival. The copay with my insurance was EXTREMELY reasonable. There were others waiting in the lobby(walk-ins) and I was taken in first due to my appointment. Went in for persistent acute bronchitis. James, the med tech/xray tech was polite, professional and very kind. Gina, the NP, listened, assessed and ordered xray and meds to help me get over this issue, also kind and compassionate. In-office med was given and prescriptions sent to my pharmacy promptly. From walking in, to leaving it was a total of 70 mins. I would highly recommend to others for level 4 or 5 acuity( look this up if unfamiliar). I will return again if I need to. I had an exceptional experience. Staff was great, facility clean and organized.

My experience from start to finish was great. I was able to get a wheelchair at the door. My registration was quick, and I was in the back for X-rays within 30 minutes. Mike was awesome, he explained everything to me and joked to try to get my mind off the pain I was in. In and out in a little over an hour. 10/10 overall experience .

Very satisfied with my experience at UCare Urgent Care @ Eastlake! I took my son in for a severe sore throat. From the time that I arrived and registered, I waited no more than 10 minutes and we were called in. When called in we were greeted by Nydia, MA who was very nice, friendly & professional & took my sons vitals & complaint. Once we were put into the room, within 5 minutes the provider came in to examine my son. Mike, the NP was very nice, professional & thorough while examining my son. Turns out my son had strep throat. 😒Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience @ UCare Urgent Care and I will definitely be returning if needed in the future!!!

My only regret is not coming here sooner. My Initial stop was at Wellmed out of habit. There must have been 6 people at the front desk at Wellmed and no one tended to me, I had to ask for assistance. I drove there to ask if they complete sports physicals since they don’t answer the phone. The gentleman said they are too busy and have not been able to get to the phones. There were 2 people waiting in the lobby. It was not a busy Time. Needless to say they don’t do sports physicals anymore. I won’t spend anymore energy on that place. I walked out to say the least. I happened to drive by UCAre and was treated with a smile from the moment we walked in. The wait was less than 5 minutes! The intake process was painless and the tech and NP were simply amazing. They listened attentively and made sure we left until all of our questions were answered. I only regret not coming here first. Thank you 🙏

Very professional and friendly staff. I had a problem with my knee. Struggled walking. They met me at the door with a wheel chair after seeing my try to make it in from outside.They diagnosed the issue treated it and by the end of the day I could walk comfortably again. Great place.

My husband got hurt falling of a ladder, we went to the U-Care urgent care here at horizon. Within 10 minutes of checking in we were moved to a room and the provider came into the room very quick as well. They did X-Rays at the facility and got the results right away. The whole visit was less than 1hour. Mike and everyone was very attentive answering questions and helping us. My husband was very happy we did not have to wait hours for the results and to go home. Thankfully the injury was just a sprained ankle.

Today I went into the Eastlake clinic and was helped by the most amazing person ever. His name is Mike and he is the perfect example of what patient care should be. He attended my daughter and has the best personality and professionalism. He probably doesn’t get enough recognition as he deserves so this is me giving him some credit. UCARE should give this man a raise. I will definitely be returning and hopefully the next person is as kind as him.

It’s officially the season when all of my kiddos get sick and I was looking for an urgent care that was close by to have my very sick 5 year old be seen. He came home that afternoon from school with a horrible fever so I immediately looked up the closest urgent care that could get him in as soon as possible. The woman behind the desk was amazing! She greeted me with our first visit and got our son checked in quickly. Within minutes our son was seen and the nurse/ doctors were amazing! They asked me questions to learn more about his symptoms and made it fun to ease our sons nerves. He was tested for flu, Covid, and strep to find the culprit making him so sick. Within 15-20mins his results came back and they gave us the results and double check our pharmacy for us to pick up the medication he needed to get better! I have zero complaints about this location. It’s clean, everyone is friendly, and most importantly they care about the patients coming in even the little ones. 5 Stars all the way for me.

Jan 2026 - I always have an amazing experience when I go for my migraines/headaches. They get me in and out quickly while providing quality care. The receptionists need to work on their customer service, that has been ongoing for months though. They lack professionalism and aren't courteous. The receptionist who checked me in yesterday took photos of my IDs with her personal cell phone which is a huge privacy violation. The NP, Adrian, was outstanding and always has the best bedside manner. Another NP, Gynna, is often there when I have needed to take my son for a visit and she is outstanding! If she ever left we would follow her to whatever practice she goes to. 2 years ago- I had an amazing experience! I was able to get a last minute appointment at 8pm one night for a headache that had been lingering for three whole days and the NP that was on staff was able to quickly diagnose what was going on and get me my prescriptions all in less than 30 minutes. Since it is new there was no waiting, I basically walked in and checked in with the front desk and was called back moments after. To my surprise it was an allergy related issue which was the last thing I would've ever thought of since I haven't had any issues with allergies here in about 5 years. I will definitely be coming back here if I have any urgent matters. Bonus is that they are approved by the VA so I didn't have to worry about any out pocket expenses.

This is my 2nd time here, I orginally went to UMC however quickly left after they wanted to charge me 150.00. The receptionist here was kind enough to call my insurance and verify they were contracting and I was able to be seen. After about a 5 min wait she advised yes, I paid my $39.00 and was seen by the nurse practitioner in about 30 minutes. All the staff was kind the facility was clean and wait time was low. An appointment through their website is highly recommended, if you can wait up to a day to a few hours. With this, I waited no longer then 10 mins after arrival. The copay with my insurance was EXTREMELY reasonable. There were others waiting in the lobby(walk-ins) and I was taken in first due to my appointment. Went in for persistent acute bronchitis. James, the med tech/xray tech was polite, professional and very kind. Gina, the NP, listened, assessed and ordered xray and meds to help me get over this issue, also kind and compassionate. In-office med was given and prescriptions sent to my pharmacy promptly. From walking in, to leaving it was a total of 70 mins. I would highly recommend to others for level 4 or 5 acuity( look this up if unfamiliar). I will return again if I need to. I had an exceptional experience. Staff was great, facility clean and organized.

Very satisfied with my experience at UCare Urgent Care @ Eastlake! I took my son in for a severe sore throat. From the time that I arrived and registered, I waited no more than 10 minutes and we were called in. When called in we were greeted by Nydia, MA who was very nice, friendly & professional & took my sons vitals & complaint. Once we were put into the room, within 5 minutes the provider came in to examine my son. Mike, the NP was very nice, professional & thorough while examining my son. My only regret is not coming here sooner. My Initial stop was at Wellmed out of habit. There must have been 6 people at the front desk at Wellmed and no one tended to me, I had to ask for assistance. I drove there to ask if they complete sports physicals since they don’t answer the phone. The gentleman said they are too busy and have not been able to get to the phones. There were 2 people waiting in the lobby. It was not a busy Time. Needless to say they don’t do sports physicals anymore. I won’t spend anymore energy on that place. I walked out to say the least. I happened to drive by UCAre and was treated with a smile from the moment we walked in. The wait was less than 5 minutes! The intake process was painless and the tech and NP were simply amazing. They listened attentively and made sure we left until all of our questions were answered. I only regret not coming here first. Thank you 🙏

My husband got hurt falling of a ladder, we went to the U-Care urgent care here at horizon. Within 10 minutes of checking in we were moved to a room and the provider came into the room very quick as well. They did X-Rays at the facility and got the results right away. The whole visit was less than 1hour. Mike and everyone was very attentive answering questions and helping us. My husband was very happy we did not have to wait hours for the results and to go home. Thankfully the injury was just a sprained ankle.

Today I went into the Eastlake clinic and was helped by the most amazing person ever. His name is Mike and he is the perfect example of what patient care should be. He attended my daughter and has the best personality and professionalism. He probably doesn’t get enough recognition as he deserves so this is me giving him some credit. UCARE should give this man a raise. I will definitely be returning and hopefully the next person is as kind as him.

First time here since my pcp didn’t have sooner openings and I will say that from the receptionist to the ma’s and doctor all provided good service! Was able to register online easily and was taken back in less than 10minutes. Great customer service and very clean! Thank you All!

Hurt my ankle and came to this clinic. X-Ray tech super fast and so careful. Nurse practitioner was awesome and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend this place 😀

It’s officially the season when all of my kiddos get sick and I was looking for an urgent care that was close by to have my very sick 5 year old be seen. He came home that afternoon from school with a horrible fever so I immediately looked up the closest urgent care that could get him in as soon as possible. The woman behind the desk was amazing! She greeted me with our first visit and got our son checked in quickly. Within minutes our son was seen and the nurse/ doctors were amazing! They asked me questions to learn more about his symptoms and made it fun to ease our sons nerves. He was tested for flu, Covid, and strep to find the culprit making him so sick. Within 15-20mins his results came back and they gave us the results and double check our pharmacy for us to pick up the medication he needed to get better! I have zero complaints about this location. It’s clean, everyone is friendly, and most importantly they care about the patients coming in even the little ones. 5 Stars all the way for me.

Jan 2026 - I always have an amazing experience when I go for my migraines/headaches. They get me in and out quickly while providing quality care. The receptionists need to work on their customer service, that has been ongoing for months though. They lack professionalism and aren't courteous. The receptionist who checked me in yesterday took photos of my IDs with her personal cell phone which is a huge privacy violation. The NP, Adrian, was outstanding and always has the best bedside manner. Another NP, Gynna, is often there when I have needed to take my son for a visit and she is outstanding! If she ever left we would follow her to whatever practice she goes to. 2 years ago- I had an amazing experience! I was able to get a last minute appointment at 8pm one night for a headache that had been lingering for three whole days and the NP that was on staff was able to quickly diagnose what was going on and get me my prescriptions all in less than 30 minutes. Since it is new there was no waiting, I basically walked in and checked in with the front desk and was called back moments after. To my surprise it was an allergy related issue which was the last thing I would've ever thought of since I haven't had any issues with allergies here in about 5 years. I will definitely be coming back here if I have any urgent matters. Bonus is that they are approved by the VA so I didn't have to worry about any out pocket expenses.

Thanks to the great team at UCare, special thanks to Gynna! Following a miserable day with cold and flu symptoms, I went seeking medical care. My initial impression was psitive: the waiting area looked clean and sterile, quiet and serene--big plus. The receptionist motioned me forward with a friendly smile, another plus. I completed paperwork and was called back shortly thereafter, where my vitals and initial assessment were taken by a courteous and helpful medical assistant. I was then thoroughly examined by the nurse practitioner Gynna, who was warm, caring and compassionate. I tested positive for covid, and she listened attentively to my questions and concerns, giving me positive feedback and instructions. I left feeling that I had received the best possible care. Three days following my visit, the prescribed medications have alleviated my symptoms and I am resuming my normal activities. I highly recommend UCare Services! Thanks again!

First visit was amazing. Cristine-MA was was personable when asking questions. You can hear a smile in her voice. Gynna-NP was a breath of fresh air. She was very thorough on my visit. She explained everything in detail. I have never experienced such a great team before in a Urgent Care as I did with UCARE. When in need, I will be returning back. I recently visited UCare Clinics in Horizon City, TX, for sciatic nerve pain and thankfully had a great experience. The clinic was clean, organized, and welcoming.
