What a delightful experience! From the moment you walk in, the aesthetic spa exudes a clean, calm, and inviting atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Dr. Phillips, whose approachable, humble, and warm demeanor immediately put me at ease. I had a facial with Victoria, and the treatment room was both inviting and soothing, complemented perfectly by calming music. Victoria's touch was gentle and her technique seamless. As a trained aesthetician in a previous life, I can be quite discerning, but I would wholeheartedly recommend this office and Victoria’s exceptional services. Keep up the amazing work. Excellent experience! I would give DPA 10 stars if I could! I had a wonderful massage with Victoria. First, the spa is beautiful and immaculately clean. The massage room is peaceful, and very relaxing. No outside noise can be heard, just the lovely tranquil music being played. Victoria is professional and friendly. She gave a wonderful medium pressure massage. I highly recommend DPA! I will be going back for additional services as well! I also have told many friends!!

I met Dr. Phillips a few years ago when I was in Florida for the winter. No stranger to Botox or fillers I was surprised to find that Dr. Phillips administers his own injections. In my 20+ years of injections in Canada only once has it been with a Dr. He was able to eliminate lines that no one else could with his technique. Fast forward to Nov 2023 when I arrived back in Florida for the winter. Menopause had caused a 40lb weight gain over the past 6 years. No amount of exercise or dieting could change that. I booked an appt with Dr. Phillips to discuss Ozempic. The cost was $900 less monthly than in Canada. How could I not try ! He did emphasize although I would lose the weight I would have to continue to exercise and eat well to maintain. After losing 25 lbs in 4 months I opted to undergo arm lipo for my menopause arms that would never tone. I had been searching in Toronto for a Dr. to complete a specific local anesthetic procedure and there are only a few. When Dr. Phillips and I discussed I was shocked that the cost was half that of what I had expected to pay in Canada. I was nervous the day of the surgery but was assured with his kind words and team of all star ladies that work alongside him. The procedure was complete in under 3 hours. I was awake the entire time but laughing gas eliminates all pain and nerves. I slept when I got home after the procedure and the next day life continued on with no downtime. It was such an easy surgery. He even checked in on me on the weekend after the surgery. What Dr. ever does that! I am post op 3 weeks and my arms already look slim and toned. Dr. Phillips has given me back my confidence that menopause had robbed me of! I am grateful to have found such a wonderful, caring Dr. who puts his clients needs first.

Every time I walk in I’m greeted with smiling friendly faces! I had a facial with Victoria that was soooo relaxing. After melting into the treatment table, my face felt phenomenal and I left with best bday glow ever. She also was able to recommend some home care products from IS clinical that I now can’t live without. The warming honey cleanser is a must! I went to Dr. Phillips for an emergency tox correction ( my left eye was drooping from another injector at a different office). He was able to help lift the lid with a small dose of tox in my upper lid and it didn’t hurt AT ALL! Thank goodness for him!!! I was feeling so insecure about it especially since it was bday/vacay coming up. Since then, I recently went back for my 3 month touch up with tox last week and it’s perfect! NEXT I’ll be back for Morpheus. Their results are amazing and they go above and beyond to make you comfortable. It’s such a pretty office with the best staff! So happy they are so close to me in Winter Park!

First timer here for Botox! Just had my follow up appointment today! Was looking for someone skilled, that I could trust and feel confident in and I found that here! I was so nervous and Dr Phillips explanation of the process and throughout the injections put me at great ease! He is extremely gentle - must be that surgeons hand! The results are BEAUTIFUL and so natural looking! For the first time in years - I went out with no make up! Exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff?? Also amazing! Needless to say, I already booked my next appointment and absolutely will be scheduling a facial ASAP!

This time I got filler fixing my chin area. Without realizing, it improved my frame greatly. Dr Phillips as always takes time explaining very clearly. And the under eyes area help improving my dark circles. I absolutely look 10 years younger! Facial treatment with Victoria was super comfortable that I had a real nap and improved the dry skin I have. This spa is perfect for the New year’s retreat. Now I am ready for 2024!

This was my first time coming to this office for lip filler and it was so beautiful in a great location, easy parking. I saw Dr.Phillips for my filler (I have had previous filler from another place) Dr. Phillips was knowledgeable and professional and very easy to talk to. He listened to exactly what I wanted and made his own suggestions, which I appreciated. I showed him photos of the look I was going for and he did just that! The process was overall painless as he used injectable numbing versus numbing cream. He was my first injector to do this and it was a GAME CHANGER I’ll never go anywhere else. I’m writing this 3 days after my appointment and any swelling I had has gone down and I only have very minor bruising, my lips look amazing and I will be coming back for all my future cosmetic procedures ?

I had my first ever facial with Victoria the other day! She was amazing and took such great care of my skin. She really listened to me when I was telling her problem areas I had with my skin and provided education on how I can fix my dry, flaky skin. First, let me say that I’ve been receiving Botox and fillers for at least 14 years and Dr. Phillips is absolutely the BEST I’ve found!! Dr. Phillips has an artistic eye with a surgeon’s hand. His comprehension of the anatomy of the face is evident when he strategically injects the filler and trust me, that’s what you want when it comes to perfecting your face. I will never go anywhere else, regardless of where I live. If that means I have to get on an airplane to come see him, so be it. He is that good! AND, I would be remiss if I did not mention his staff. Victoria is my all-time favorite, and if you are looking for a great Morpheus8 experience, you should definitely book with her.

The only dr I will let touch my face, he is the lip king! So many great services but people really don’t realize how asymmetrical other injectors can make your face. I drive literal hours to come here for treatments because Dr. Phillips and his staff are so amazing. They are all really good at what they do, believe in the products that they carry as well as the services they perform, and will help you achieve your goals without being embarrassed, uneasy, or in any kind of pain. He’s the only doctor who has ever made me feel utterly comfortable with a needle stuck in my face; is always hyper focused on detail rather than rushing you through, and also still makes you feel as if you are visiting a friend. I will never trust anyone else. Definitely not your average med spa. If you have the opportunity, check this place out! Victoria is also so fantastic.

If you want a facial that goes above and beyond then you need to come here!!!! Literally the best facial I have ever had. I didn’t even know a facial could be this great. It was relaxing, felt amazing, and a fantastic outcome. Victoria was a 10/10. She examined my skin and treated me accordingly. My skin was so refreshed and brighter afterward. Not to mention she got rid of all my problem areas. I think she did like a 100 different things to me.Will be back for sure!!!

Dr. Phillips always takes his time and always perfects his work. He recommends based on my personal needs and never pushes for more, especially since I choose the more natural route. Staff is always so welcoming!! Such a chic and beautiful place! I love coming in and getting pampered- which I’ve been doing for almost a year now. I've visited this spa twice. The initial visit was for a facial with Victoria, and the second was for Botox with Dr. Philip. I just love this location. Victoria has hands of an angel! Her facial and massage rendered me on cloud nine. Dr. Philip was really knowledgeable and made me feel extremely confident. I will undoubtedly be returning! I highly recommend this place! I wish they were open on Saturdays so I could visit more frequently.

This place is wonderful! This was my first time at Innova Aesthetics And the Staff was so friendly and welcoming. Dr Phillip was fantastic. He Made sure I was numb before doing my lip filler and I barley felt anything. It was such a good experience. This was my second time getting my lips done, but my first having them done at Innova. This experience was 1000 times better than the last place I went. I would give 6 stars if possible. I have no bruising and the pain was minimal! The staff was very informative And professional. Absolutely phenomenal service and experience. I stopped by with some questions after being referred by a friend. The staff here are immediately welcoming. When I mentioned I had few questions the physician who was near by stopped what he was doing to speak to me himself. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. This was my first experience with any type of filler. I decided on the spot this was the place for me. I’m SO glad I didn’t let my nerves get the best of me. If your sitting on the fence like me don’t hesitate. You’ll be soo pleased with your results. I sure am!!

I found this place on Groupon and I’m so glad I did, it was an amazing experience! We did a consultation first to talk about exactly what I want and Dr Nagsuk did a beautiful job with my filler. He was very knowledgeable and offered recommendations for me to get my desired look moving forward. The staff was very nice and helpful. The place is newer so they were hard to find pictures of their work, but I’m so glad I took the chance. I’ll be back soon!

I recently moved back to Orlando after living in LA for the last 8 years, and have been nervous about trying to find a place to get Botox and fillers that could compare to the top notch options in LA. Let me tell you, I am so so so glad that I found Innova and especially Dr. Phillips Nagsuk who is far and above the best Dr. I have been to for cosmetic procedures. He not only got to know my background and listened to all of my concerns and hopes of what I wanted to achieve (a natural but refreshed version of myself), but he completely eased my nerves about trying filler again without being pushy whatsoever, and most importantly…he was just all around a pleasure start to finish. I walked in not thinking I would get filler this visit, but he left me feeling so calm and relaxed with the idea as we were talking , that we went ahead and did it, and I am SO glad we did. He had such a light touch that it all felt truly minimally invasive, and he walked me through every single thing he was doing as he was doing it. I am already loving the results. The icing on the cake of the whole experience was that he gave me some awesome foodie restaurant recs for the Orlando area since I’m new to town, which just goes back to the earlier point of him just being great! I cannot recommend Innova enough, and can’t wait to visit again to try out many of their other treatments.

I absolutely love everything about Innova Aesthetics in Winter Park! I fully trust Dr. Nagsuk and his staff to give me the absolute best personalized care and results. This fairly new location is easy to find by the Winter Park hospital (Innova has its own free parking lot). Dr. Nagsuk has been a practicing Dr at the original Innova office as well, so he’s very experienced. The front office is very elegantly decorated, professional, spotless clean while also providing a very comfortable & relaxing atmosphere. The staff is so great w/ the check in/check out process, as well as scheduling. There’s a large consult room w/ great lighting and mirrors, plenty of big fluffy comfortable seating available to discuss any questions, concerns, treatment options, ect. Dr. Nagsuk is very knowledgeable about the different treatment options available and how to get the best results with those products. My 1st visit to Innova, Dr. Nagsuk injected juvederm in my lips, my results are by far the best shape I’ve ever had! The large surgical room is spotless clean & there’s a very comfortable large adjustable chair to sit in. I’ve now been multiple times, Dr. Nagsuk has injected Botox, face filler & my lips. Innova Aesthetics also participates in All?, its a free app that offers promotional discounts & earn points towards money off w/ each procedure. I’m going to continue with Innova and Dr. Nagsuk for my touch ups. I’ve got a facial coming up in February and I’m getting my breast implants replaced there as well this summer. Dr. Phillips was extremely personal and professional! I’m a 20+ year recipient of Botox and fillers and he and his team were truly among the finest I’ve experienced. Everyone was welcoming, the lobby and procedure rooms are top notch, and I would highly recommend their services!

The staff was great during my visit. They were very professional and informative. Dr. Philips answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. He was honest and did not try to sell me services that I didn't need.

I had Botox and Lip Injections here and I absolutely loved it! The staff was very helpful and made sure I understood the process and knew what to expect. They did a great job making me feel comfortable and I am so happy with my results.

I came here for a facial and I had never had one before but they all made me feel at ease. Macy did my facial and she was amazing!! She is so sweet and explained everything to me, asked me about my skin in general and what my goals were with my skin, and told me about the products she was going to use. She also told me everything she was doing before she did it which kept me at ease. I had a great experience, have already recommended to my friends/family ?? Thank you for great care and patience!

Great place! I had a great time getting my lip filler follow up with Dr. Phillips. The staff was very friendly, professional and nice. Place clean, like ?CLEAN? And the doctor super knowledgeable and willing to make me feel comfortable and happy with my procedure. Good job!!
