I was very pleased at the Sirvice I received, as soon as I walked in. The nurse that took my weight and stats was very sweet. The Doctor was knowledgeable and very clear. I had a wonderful experience.y

Always a positive appointment experience. No long waits to see Melissa, I book late day appointments so that may help. The nurse(s) are great in getting me ready to see Melissa. Never a shortage of conversation, attention to my needs, and answers to my questions. I never feel rushed. I've moved from the area and could of easily started seeing another provider but I'm happy with what I've got going with the care and relationship , that makes the drive worth it

Dr Robinson is a good listener that will take the time to talk to you, answer questions you might have, in order to help you resolve you health issues. She also makes sure the staff follow-up with you in a timely manner. Thank you

Staff is polite and respectful. Dr. Patel listened to my concerns about the symptoms I was experiencing. Took the time to clearly explain what was causing the symptoms. Prescribed a plan with a good explanation

The practice is truly what most people want in their medical care. From the initial greeting to the on site labworks, you are treated with respect and sincerity. Never did i feel rushed through the visit. The interaction with the nurse and Dr. Patel was extremely professional and friendly. Highly recommend this medical practice.

Came in for Urgent Care on a weekend, maybe an hour after opening. From stepping foot in the door, I was in and back out with a diagnosis, treated injury, and prescription in not much more than 20 minutes! Staff here are all incredible -- everyone I interacted with was pleasant and really knew what they were doing. I'm recommending this UC Clinic (and the Family Medicine practice, too) to everybody I know

Meaghan’s friendly demeanor instantly put me at ease. Throughout my appointment, it became evident that she genuinely cares about her patients. She took the time to listen attentively to my concerns, provided thorough answers to my questions with patience, and ensured that I fully comprehended my treatment options. Her extensive knowledge and professionalism were evident, yet she maintained a down-to-earth approach that fostered a comfortable environment for discussing my health. I had my initial visit with Melissa and she was very accommodating, asking pertinent questions about my health history as my medical records had not been transferred as yet. She was courteous, knowledgeable and professional and came up with a plan to continue my ongoing health care. I feel very positive about my health future under her care. I had the pleasure of meeting Meaghan during an urgent care visit. She was pleasant and professional. Listened very carefully to my concerns and ordered multiple tests that were necessary. She later followed up on my lab results with a phone call and laid out a good medical plan moving forward. Really pleased with the level of medical care that this establishment has provided to me and my family. Thank you.

Simply the best. Reception staff are always kind and helpful. Dr Broderick is the most caring compassionate doctor I have ever had. Takes as much time as you need never feel rushed. Listens to all concerns and follows up on everything as appropriate. I am so happy to have such a great medical team!!

I love going to Nova Medical Group! Since switching about a couple years ago from Steward, this has been the best decision. I see Dr. Patel and Theresa Franey, NP. They are both great! Very personable and easy to talk to about anything. The front desk is great and makes checking in/out a breeze. Highly recommend. Thank you Dr. Patel and Theresa for taking good care of me!
