I recently made the decision to switch to Nova medical. My husband has been going here since we moved to the area last year. I had met Theresa Franey at one of his visits and I really loved the way she listened to him. I requester her for my first visit and I’m glad I did! She listened to my, I felt heard and not rushed. I felt like my concerns weren’t judged or pushed to the side. Everything from check in to check out and follow up was wonderful. All of the staff was very nice. I don’t plan on going anywhere else!

Making an appointment was easy and fast. The staff and nurse were very professional and efficient with minimal waiting time, and the friendly lab technician was excellent! I was treated in the ER Monday 6/8/2026. Was referred to my primary care Doctor Patel. After a check up he agreed with the hospital results. Took the time to explain everything to me. He is a very nice man, very knowledgeable doctor.

I see Theresa Franey as my NP at Nova. I am so pleased with the care I receive from jer at the practice. She is so pleasant, takes the time to listen to all of my needs and answers all of my questions and concerns. I typically have “white coat” syndrome , but when I am scheduled to see her, I do not have that tense feeling that makes my blood pressure go up. I am 100% pleased with her care and can’t speak enough about her!!

I went into urgent care yesterday and I saw Megan. What can I say about her? She’s top-notch! I had to have a minor procedure and she really made me feel completely safe and comfortable even though I was terrified. She’s professional, but yet, Personal. I feel like she takes me seriously anytime I do have to go in there which is huge. I always ask who is on and if she’s on, I always request her. So thank you, Megan, for making a scary situation a little less anxiety ridden for me.

I started seeing Dr. Broderick when Compass closed. I had been with the same physician for 20 years. Having said that I have never been happier with a physician than I am now with Dr. Broderick. Dr. Patel provides world-class, compassionate care that goes above and beyond. I appreciate the staff and their diligence, Theresa and the other NPs and the check-in medical assistants. From the proactive management of my breast cancer active treatment side effects to the excellent communication and follow-up, I always feel heard and supported. I am deeply grateful to have Dr. Patel in my corner at Nova Medical Group during my treatment journey. When I was diagnosed almost five years ago following an annual mammogram at the Brigham, Dr. Patel received word of my diagnosis, he called me immediately. This was something that really hit home with me! A small gesture that was greatly appreciated and will not be forgotten. This is WHO and WHY he’s an amazing PCP!

I went here on a Sunday for Urgent Care. There was no waiting. From the receptionist to the intake person to the nurse practitioner, it was a wonderful experience. They were all very caring and professional. If I need Urgent Care in the future, I would definitely go back here.

My son was seen by Dr. Akash Patel yesterday. Dr Patel was incredibly kind,attentive to my son's needs. That made me feel at ease. Dr Patel have great communication skills and my son enjoyed talking to him. The staff at the front desk, Pca's were friendly, welcoming and professional. My son was seen promptly and the care,attention that he received were excellent. Dr Patel explained every step of the way what needed to be done and why. We are very grateful for having him at Nova Medical Group.

Beginning with the front desk employees and ending with all of the healthcare professionals that work at Novacare - East Bridgewater, I couldn't be happier to be apart of this practice! I've been with Dr. Patel since I was an early teen but recently became a patient of Dr. Kevin Broderick. He's an incredible doctor and is very attentive. Although this practice is usually busy, wait times aren't astronomical to be seen and mostly all doctors are on time with scheduling!

I was taken in a short time which was wonderful evidently I had bronchitis, conjunctivitis in both eyes and felt like I had strep and some one was stabbing my right ear every time I swallowed. I’ve always been well cared for when I come to your clinic. The Dr I’ve been lucky to see each time is wonderful.

Dr. Patel did a fabulous job my check up and Took the time to listen to my concerns and provide guidance. The advice he is giving me over the years I have found incredible period from dietary guidance to over-the-counter medications. I have even referring my own kids to him. Following his advice as my doctor has been greatly appreciated as my health has gotten significantly better over the last several years.

I had a physical on Feb 26th with Theresa Franny. I was very happy with the care & attention to detail I received. I would be very comfortable seeing Theresa Franny for my future health care needs. My check in at the front desk was quick, easy and friendly, as was my initial interaction with the nurse. Update: June 3rd 2026 I had my 2nd visit w/ Theresa Franey. I definitely feel like Theresa Franey genuinely cares about my health and well being. Thank you Theresa!! When checking in at the front desk Shannon is professional, friendly and very good at her job.

I have been searching for a primary care doctor that actually listens and cares for so long. Every office was full. I found Theresa almost by mistake and I am so glad I did! She is incredible. She is kind, caring, atttentivw. Getting appointments is easy, even if I have to see someone else all the staff is amazing. I travel from Plymouth just to see Theresa. If you are looking for the perfect primary care, especially Middle Aged women, Theresa and Nova Medical is the place to go. 10/10.

Dr. Patel has been my primary care physician for almost a decade now. He’s a straight-shooter; you’re in, he helps you, and you’re out. Exactly what I’m looking for. For the past six months or so, my visits have been handled by NP Meaghan Robinson, and she has done exceptional work as well. I wouldn’t change providers.

Always a positive appointment experience. No long waits to see Melissa, I book late day appointments so that may help. The nurse(s) are great in getting me ready to see Melissa. Never a shortage of conversation, attention to my needs, and answers to my questions. I never feel rushed. I've moved from the area and could of easily started seeing another provider but I'm happy with what I've got going with the care and relationship , that makes the drive worth it
