Staff is polite and respectful. Dr. Patel listened to my concerns about the symptoms I was experiencing. Took the time to clearly explain what was causing the symptoms. Prescribed a plan with a good explanation

The practice is truly what most people want in their medical care. From the initial greeting to the on site labworks, you are treated with respect and sincerity. Never did i feel rushed through the visit. The interaction with the nurse and Dr. Patel was extremely professional and friendly. Highly recommend this medical practice.

Came in for Urgent Care on a weekend, maybe an hour after opening. From stepping foot in the door, I was in and back out with a diagnosis, treated injury, and prescription in not much more than 20 minutes! Staff here are all incredible -- everyone I interacted with was pleasant and really knew what they were doing. I'm recommending this UC Clinic (and the Family Medicine practice, too) to everybody I know

I had my initial visit with Melissa and she was very accommodating, asking pertinent questions about my health history as my medical records had not been transferred as yet. She was courteous, knowledgeable and professional and came up with a plan to continue my ongoing health care. I feel very positive about my health future under her care. I had the pleasure of meeting Meaghan during an urgent care visit. She was pleasant and professional. Listened very carefully to my concerns and ordered multiple tests that were necessary. She later followed up on my lab results with a phone call and laid out a good medical plan moving forward. Really pleased with the level of medical care that this establishment has provided to me and my family. Thank you.

Simply the best. Reception staff are always kind and helpful. Dr Broderick is the most caring compassionate doctor I have ever had. Takes as much time as you need never feel rushed. Listens to all concerns and follows up on everything as appropriate. I am so happy to have such a great medical team!!

I love going to Nova Medical Group! Since switching about a couple years ago from Steward, this has been the best decision. I see Dr. Patel and Theresa Franey, NP. They are both great! Very personable and easy to talk to about anything. The front desk is great and makes checking in/out a breeze. Highly recommend. Thank you Dr. Patel and Theresa for taking good care of me!

I feel that I received excellent help from Theresa Franey FNP. I have been experiencing discomfort from a cold for the last ten days. After a short wait stats were taken and a prescription was sent to my pharmacy. Everyone was very professional. Nova Medical is highly recommended.

Started w/ an Urgent Care visit and they were so good they're now my Primary Care. Dr. Melissa Galligan listens, explains, and was so patient with my nervous 100 questions. She really knows her stuff. Shannon at the front is an angel, and the entire staff from check in to labs are just amazing. You can tell everyone genuinely cares and theyre responsive and kind. If you're anxious about medical stuff like me, come here. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I have been going to this facility since it opened. I have only good things to say about the Doctors, nurses, PAs and office staff. I have always been treated with kindness, compassion and courtesy and have been listened to when it comes to my health care.

Service & care was exceptional from receptionists to medical assistants to lab techs to providers. I highly recommend NP Theresa Franey. Thoroughly listens, spends time explaining & answering questions. Lab & urgent care available 7 days
