I have never had a bad experience at this office and I’ve been going there since it opened. I think I’ve met most of the employees in the regular office and in urgent care. They have always been kind, caring and efficient .

Service & care was exceptional from receptionists to medical assistants to lab techs to providers. I highly recommend NP Theresa Franey. Thoroughly listens, spends time explaining & answering questions. Lab & urgent care available 7 days

Dr. Broderick is a very nice doctor who cares about you and doesn't push you out the door and let's you ask questions. The staff is very friendly and the place is much more home type.

My first visit there but the place is very nice inside. Staff is very friendly and helpful. First time meeting Dr Patel who I was instantly comfortable with. Was interested in my upcoming surgery and explained how much it will help me. Very pleased so far.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Patel today. I was previously a patient at Compass Medical. After they shut down I was able to get and appointment immediately with Dr. Patel. I was very impressed with the new office building and the cleanliness. The front office staff are very friendly and patient. The nurse and Dr. Patel were very thorough, carefully listened to my needs and didn’t rush me. I am so happy to find a wonderful medical office!

Visited the urgent care here which resulted in needing tests done urgently in the following days. Office staff (Monica) was so nice and ensured tests were promptly scheduled. Two days later I had my test done at an outside facility and within hours of it being done they were calling me with results to ease my anxiety. A second test was done the following week and again within 24 hours they were calling me with results. They are so efficient with getting things scheduled and follow up which is so important as a patient. Samantha Shea was the NP I saw while I was there who was so nice and truly took the time to listen to my concerns and to make sure my issue was made a priority. Highly recommend anyone to them for their urgent care needs.

I can’t say enough about my experience here with the whole staff. Everyone was kind and attentive and the building is beautiful. I felt very seen and cared for throughout my appointment. Samantha Shea is amazing and I am so happy to have found a doctor who really cares!

I was in desperate need for a mass dot physical after CVS canceled my appointment the previous day because of appropriate staffing, but Samantha came through for me , without an appointment ie. Walk in appointment she was friendly and very understanding. Great staff

Excellent care from top to bottom provided by Dr. Patel & his team - everyone you interact with is pleasant, patient & friendly. Dr. Patel is efficient & engaging (you’re not just there for a check-up - Dr. Patel forms a relationship over time with his patients & references what he’s learned each time he sees you) - love the new facility, too! Couldn’t be happier with Dr. Patel as my physician.

Dr.Patel has been my primary doctor for YEARS. AMAZING DOCTOR VERY EXPERIENCED. All the nurses and staff members are top tier the best. Super friendly and very caring. I recently slammed my thumb in a car door. I went too two other doctors AND NONE OF THEM TREATED MY INJURY LIKE DR. PATEL!!!! Definitely the best doctors office in the area by far!!!!!!

I've been seeing Dr Patel for several years now. I highly recommend him. He is straightforward, no-nonsense, and listens before talking. He's now in a new, state of the art facility and I think his practice is only going to get better.

I love the new facility and staff. Dr. Patel has been my care giver since 2014 and he takes great care in making sure his patients are in good health. I started with him at Compass Medical and moved over with him to his now Novacare Medical -Steward Medical Group facility, just across from Compass. I had my first visit here 12/19 and look forward to future continued visits with Dr. Patel

Dr. Patel is very quick to find his patients' help. In May my husband was diagnosed with lung cancer! Within 2 days Dr. Patel had a thoracic surgeon for him! He had half his lung removed and chemo for 3 months! Recently his scans were clear! I have had numerous surgeries! Dr. Patel was always understanding of my issues! He found be a neurologist, who prescribed emgality for my migraines! I have had migraines since I was 13! I'm 67 and don't have migraines since the monthly shot! Dr. Patel is compassionate, knowledgeable and proactive! I recommend him highly!

I brought my daughter to urgent care late last night Dr. Patel and his NP were great with her while she was going nuts kicking and crying.. then when we couldn’t find the meds at any pharmacy near me the NP took time to call multiple places multiple! The pharmacy wouldn’t even do it for us. This was way above and beyond for them & I glad that I have myself started to transition over to Dr Patels as my pcp!

My husband had his first appointment at Dr. Patel’s new practice, Novacare Medical. The entire staff was so welcoming and friendly. The lab came to us for blood work which was so convenient. The building is amazing! They did an awesome job with design and state of the art equipment! Dr. Patel has been our family Doctor for the last several years and we couldn’t be happier!
