I had an excellent experience with the nurse practitioner, Theresa. She was caring, compassionate, and genuinely attentive to my concerns. She took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure I understood my care and treatment options. Her knowledge and professionalism were evident, and I always felt that I was in capable and caring hands. I truly appreciated the time and attention she gave me and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate provider.

The fastest trip through urgent care I've experienced. I was there for two different individuals, one during the week and one on the weekend. Both times we were registered immediately and we were in the room within 10 minutes and seen by the doctor within the next 5 to 10 minutes. Doctors And staff were very patient and pleasant throughout the visit.

Nova is great from front desk to all the providers, especially Theresa Franey- I can't say enough good things about her. She is kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and just so easy to talk to. I'm not one to write reviews typically but I really do love this practice. I used to go to another big provider on the south shore where I was just a number. At Nova I am treated so differently from the front desk staff to the medical assistants and for sure with the doctors themselves. I have my provider specifically that I see but when they're not available I have seen others and still felt like I was in good hands. This practice also has an urgent care service that I used for the 1st time this week and I will never go back to another convenient MD or Health Express.

The whole nova medical group are a great bunch of people. Theresa is a great nurse practitioner And was willing to listen and help me get back on track with my weight loss and getting my diabetes back under control. I would recommend her to anybody who is seeking a primary care, nurse practitioner.

I went to Nova Medical for urgent care. I had an allergic reaction to something and I was seen in a timely manner without an appointment. I was told they are also a primary care as well. I would recommend Nova Medical for both. Dr. Patel was very nice and understanding of my condition.

I was seen in Urgent Care by a very nice NP. She really listened to me and she prescribed the appropriate medications. I woke up today feeling as if a miracle occurred. My rash was completely gone. I can't thank her enough.

Under the leadership of Dr. Akash Patel, Nova Medical Group is a spacious, bright, modern, and clean new clinic in the town of East Bridgewater. It offers adult primary care, sports medicine, women's health, and urgent care that opens 7 days a week. Walk-ins are welcome, I've used it a few times, very thankful for being able to receive the timely treatments. The website is informative and easy to use. Communications are easy with timely responses. Most importantly, all the doctors, nurses, and support staff are wonderful people who always do their best to help their patients, even if they had to go out of their way sometimes. I had my first visit at the Nova medical group and was very pleased. The staff was efficient, friendly and professional. It is very convenient that the lab is onsite. As a new patient, I found Dr Patel to be personable and he thoroughly reviewed my past records. My referrals were done quickly and I had my referral appts by the end of the day. All in all a great appointment.

I have had nothing but great experiences at Nova Medical with Dr. Patel and his excellent staff. Everyone is extremely professional and very friendly. You can have your lab work, your x-rays, and more all under one roof. A bonus is that they are also an urgent care facility….open 7 days a week (Saturdays and Sundays until 1pm.) It is a "well -oiled machine" that runs smoothly!

I recently made the decision to switch to Nova medical. My husband has been going here since we moved to the area last year. I had met Theresa Franey at one of his visits and I really loved the way she listened to him. I requester her for my first visit and I'm glad I did! She listened to my, I felt heard and not rushed. I felt like my concerns weren't judged or pushed to the side. Everything from check in to check out and follow up was wonderful. All of the staff was very nice. I don't plan on going anywhere else!

I see Theresa Franey as my NP at Nova. I am so pleased with the care I receive from jer at the practice. She is so pleasant, takes the time to listen to all of my needs and answers all of my questions and concerns. I typically have "white coat" syndrome , but when I am scheduled to see her, I do not have that tense feeling that makes my blood pressure go up. I am 100% pleased with her care and can't speak enough about her!!

I went into urgent care yesterday and I saw Megan. What can I say about her? She's top-notch! I had to have a minor procedure and she really made me feel completely safe and comfortable even though I was terrified. She's professional, but yet, Personal. I feel like she takes me seriously anytime I do have to go in there which is huge. I always ask who is on and if she's on, I always request her. So thank you, Megan, for making a scary situation a little less anxiety ridden for me.

From the proactive management of my breast cancer active treatment side effects to the excellent communication and follow-up, I always feel heard and supported. I am deeply grateful to have Dr. Patel in my corner at Nova Medical Group during my treatment journey. When I was diagnosed almost five years ago following an annual mammogram at the Brigham, Dr. Patel received word of my diagnosis, he called me immediately. Beginning with the front desk employees and ending with all of the healthcare professionals that work at Novacare - East Bridgewater, I couldn't be happier to be apart of this practice! I've been with Dr. Patel since I was an early teen but recently became a patient of Dr. Kevin Broderick. He's an incredible doctor and is very attentive. Although this practice is usually busy, wait times aren't astronomical to be seen and mostly all doctors are on time with scheduling!

I was taken in a short time which was wonderful evidently I had bronchitis, conjunctivitis in both eyes and felt like I had strep and some one was stabbing my right ear every time I swallowed. I've always been well cared for when I come to your clinic. The Dr I've been lucky to see each time is wonderful.

Dr. Patel did a fabulous job my check up and Took the time to listen to my concerns and provide guidance. The advice he is giving me over the years I have found incredible period from dietary guidance to over-the-counter medications. I have even referring my own kids to him. I have been searching for a primary care doctor that actually listens and cares for so long. Every office was full. I found Theresa almost by mistake and I am so glad I did! She is incredible. She is kind, caring, atttentivw. Getting appointments is easy, even if I have to see someone else all the staff is amazing. I travel from Plymouth just to see Theresa. If you are looking for the perfect primary care, especially Middle Aged women, Theresa and Nova Medical is the place to go. 10/10.
