The team led by Dr. Lu is outstanding! As a family of five, we have been visiting Big Smile Dental for the past seven years. They constantly make an effort to listen to their patients and are professional! They are a fantastic dentist, and I would suggest them to anyone in need!

Dr. Lu is an amazing dentist - I am lucky to have him! The staff at BigSmiles are always caring, kind and helpful, especially Charlene at the front desk who makes sure I get in right away whenever I am in pain. I have been going to BigSmiles Dental for 10+ years and couldn't recommend better people.

I've had nothing but comforting experiences at BigSmiles Dental with Dr. Lu and the rest of the staff. They went above and beyond for me to help me get some work done on a tight schedule. They have been very accommodating, attentive and conscientious. Dr. Lu takes pride in his work and made sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way.

I normally wouldn't think of the dentist office as a family-like atmosphere, but that's what it feels like here! I've been coming here for a couple years and during each visit, every part of it goes smoothly. The staff seem to work really well together and it makes for a very comfortable, friendly, and personalized experience. I never end up waiting to be seen as they are always on-time with my scheduled appointments. They also never push for any treatments on me even though I do trust the dentist's recommendation. At this clinic, there is only one dentist who has shortest last name

Dr Lu always does a great job taking care of my family and I. He and his team also pay close attention to what coverage you have and whenever possible will try to avoid going over it. So glad we found Dr Lu
