Dr. Julia is the consummate professional. I had a snapping knee for the longest time and with her diligence and careful evaluation I was able to get back to running! My husband saw both Dr Julia and Dr Abby for his back issues and together as a team they were able to get him fully functional again as well! I cannot recommend this facility more highly. They even have a kids area for pediatric treatment. We would trust these young ladies and their whole team with everyone in the family.

SHC’s new space in Park Ridge is efficient, clean, professional and bright. This office is convenient (good parking options) & always runs on time. Dr Julia Perez has helped me with an injury, brought me back to where I was before the injury. She & her staff are knowledgeable & always pleasant. If you need help with an injury or maybe post surgery rehab go see them at SHC - you won’t be disappointed.

The spine and health center in park ridge is amazing it's beautiful well equipped and meticulous ! The staff is warm welcoming and friendly Julia my therapist is wonderful and so knowledgeable 4 days after my meniscus surgery she had me walking and feeling positive about my progress There's no place like it

Dr. Julia is the absolute best! She helped me recover and heal from disc herniations following my first pregnancy, and helped me maintain strength to get through my second pregnancy without further injury. She really listens and always goes the extra mile to try and help you get on the schedule. Thank you, Dr. Julia!

Dr. Julia has been phenomenal!! She’s been working on my athlete daughter on recovery from an injury. She’s used multiple methods to help in her tgerapy. Clearly, she’s very knowledgeable and provides much advice for her to work on outside of the therapy sessions. She’s also a great person and very personable!! Great bedside manner.

I feel fantastic after my sessions here every time. The office is very bright, friendly, and they are very accommodating any time you need to come in and schedule an appointment. My recovery has been progressing quickly with their help, both chiropractic and physical therapy. Never going to leave even after I'm out of pain.

They and their staff Lauren, Nina, and Janelis are very warm, friendly and knowledgeable. We’ve been going to them for several months with great results. Spine & Health Center has helped me get through two surgeries, they have helped me so much and without the help of all the great providers here I wouldn't feel as amazing as I do now. Dr. Julia at Spine & Health Center Park Ridge NJ is the best therapist I have ever worked with. No matter if it's your foot or shoulder she has an answer for. Dr Julia is hands down the best you will find in the world!

Abby and Julia are exceptional caregivers - great listeners who treat patients with respect, humor, and optimism. With their help, I’ve made tremendous progress with my back issues. Janelis is a very professional and efficient office manager. With her, making or changing appointments is a breeze. I can’t thank the entire staff enough. Finally, the center itself is beautiful with easy indoor parking. I highly recommend the SPHC of Park Ridge.

I like this facility. I always enjoy coming here because of the pleasant and kind people that are all working there and they are very flexible with schedule changes if it is at all possible. Also everyone is very professional from Dr Julia to Jenelis and Dr Gabby and Nina. I’ve been seeing Dr Julia for awhile now and she is the best.

SHC is a wonderful practice. I have been to the Montvale location and now the Park Ridge location. Julia is a great therapist and has a wonderful way with patients. I have had Abby the chiropractor in Park Ridge and she is also very good.I would recommend highly.

I have always been a difficult patient to please in terms of physical therapy. My expectations of my therapists have been high and, as a rehabilitation specialist myself, one can imagine that my judgement is based on my personal experience and beliefs. Julia Perez is the best! She has taken my physical health to a new level after 7 surgeries during Covid. Julia is not only a wonderful, thoughtful clinician, she is also a lovely empathic person who cares for every patient like they are family. So happy that I found the Spine & Health Center and an amazing PT!

This is my favorite place to go for care! They are all extremely nice and professional. Dr. Julia is the best physical therapist! She’s helped me so much! Dr. Abby is an incredible Chiropractor and very knowledgeable! For sure my favorite! I always feel great after a session with her! This location is amazing!!

I've been going to Dr. Abby for more than a year - she's attentive and doesn't force you to do any adjusting you're not comfortable with. The new Park Ridge location is great! New facility in a great location of town.

I have always been a difficult patient to please in terms of physical therapy. My expectations of my therapists have been high and, as a rehabilitation specialist myself, one can imagine that my judgement is based on my personal experience and beliefs. Julia Perez is the best!
