I highly recommend this Urgent Care Center. From checking to the bedside manners, absolutely very professional, but yet personable. I felt at ease and comfortable. The doctor really listen to my concerns and address each and every one of them. The office is small but clean and one thing I noticed they have air purifiers in every room.

I am on blood thinners and could not get them to stop bleeding. Dr. Nunez and staff were so kind and immediately sutured me and sent me on my way after a tetanus shot, antibiotic Px and follow up appt for suture removal. I feel fortunate to have discovered this little treasure. Good people and a good skill set!

I had been feeling sick for about a week went to my primary doctor and they said it was my anxiety I went to the emergency department and they said it’s also my anxiety! I could not take the headache anymore so I looked up urgent care near me I had went to the one here on homestead in Lehigh once and that place was disgusting smelled like pee and just nasty. Anyways I found this place and they are amazing!!! Doctor told me exactly what’s going on with no problem was in and out in less than 1 hour! They speak Spanish as well!! Incredible experience! I can’t say enough about how kind and professional the nurse and Dr were at this urgent care! I had a recluse spider bite on my leg which had really turned into a nightmare over a 3-4 day period. We arrived at this urgent care when they opened, we were immediately helped by the front desk and within 10 minutes were back in a room with the doctor. The doctor was so kind and caring, very gentle with the anesthesia and lancing of the bite. Went above and beyond to answer questions and explain everything. Called in antibiotics and steroids to the Publix next door and we were done within an hour. Would highly recommend!

I am on blood thinners and could not get them to stop bleeding. Dr. Nunez and staff were so kind and immediately sutured me and sent me on my way after a tetanus shot, antibiotic Px and follow up appt for suture removal. I feel fortunate to have discovered this little treasure. Good people and a good skill set!

Incredible experience! I can’t say enough about how kind and professional the nurse and Dr were at this urgent care! I had a recluse spider bite on my leg which had really turned into a nightmare over a 3-4 day period. We arrived at this urgent care when they opened, we were immediately helped by the front desk and within 10 minutes were back in a room with the doctor. The doctor was so kind and caring, very gentle with the anesthesia and lancing of the bite. Went above and beyond to answer questions and explain everything. Called in antibiotics and steroids to the Publix next door and we were done within an hour. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Niuvys saved me! She was very calming, polite and professional but most of all she made me feel safe and assured me that she had everything I needed to help me. Thankfully I started to feel better once she administered the necessary medication I needed and I was able to avoid having to go to the hospital. She was wonderful. Thank you Dr. Niuvys!

Prime health Urgent Care - Lehigh Acres The care I received was excellent. Dr. Niuvys was very caring and thorough. She has excellent interpersonal skills and explained everything very thoroughly. The front desk interaction I had with Ana was very pleasant and efficient. The X-ray technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable, she was extremely considerate of my situation. I went to the Lehigh location due to a wound that had not healed in over 5 weeks.The receptionist did at great job checking me in and understanding my wound issues. The doctor was wonderful and she was very careful with my wounds when she cleaned it and applied the covering. She also did a swab to check for infection and she was extremely knowledgeable about my type of wound and what needed to be done I would certainly recommend this location.
