Wow, I saw Dr Nivvys today to remove a dressing that had been previously IMPROPERLY applied (no barrier applied) to a laceration, in an emergency room setting …what a special person she is!!! She provided me with a level of care and compassion that I should have received at Gulf Coast Hospital in Ft Myers but did not. Dr Nivvys is so full of knowledge and professionalism and still takes the time to be mindful of the patient. Thank you Dr Nivvys for your care. Be careful with those MANDOLINS, they are predators and fingers are their prey!!!

I had a bad bike accident near this urgent care, and found myself in the care of wonderfully talented women! I had a broken arm, a severely dislocated finger, concussion, contusions on the face, and was treated with great care and kindness. Dr Nyuvis and her radiology technician were amazing.

I arrived 15 minutes before closing with a cut on one finger and stab wound to another finger which were bleeding quite severely from a serrated knife I was using in the kitchen. I am on blood thinners and could not get them to stop bleeding. Dr. Nunez and staff were so kind and immediately sutured me and sent me on my way after a tetanus shot, antibiotic Px and follow up appt for suture removal. I feel fortunate to have discovered this little treasure. Good people and a good skill set!

I got up this morning after a restless night of coughing fits and shortness of breath and was going to head to fort Myers to a convenient care dreading the traffic! My friend told me about prime health I stopped in they saw me, tested me for covid RSV and the flu (all were negative, and the doctor explained everything so thoroughly to me I felt Eddie's right away. After 6 years, I finally needed a doc in Florida. Luckily, I chose Prime Health Urgent Care, Lehigh Acres. I could not have been more pleased. Incredible experience! I can’t say enough about how kind and professional the nurse and Dr were at this urgent care! I had a recluse spider bite on my leg which had really turned into a nightmare over a 3-4 day period. We arrived at this urgent care when they opened, we were immediately helped by the front desk and within 10 minutes were back in a room with the doctor. The doctor was so kind and caring, very gentle with the anesthesia and lancing of the bite. Went above and beyond to answer questions and explain everything. Called in antibiotics and steroids to the Publix next door and we were done within an hour. Would highly recommend!

Incredible experience! I can’t say enough about how kind and professional the nurse and Dr were at this urgent care! I had a recluse spider bite on my leg which had really turned into a nightmare over a 3-4 day period. We arrived at this urgent care when they opened, we were immediately helped by the front desk and within 10 minutes were back in a room with the doctor. The doctor was so kind and caring, very gentle with the anesthesia and lancing of the bite. Went above and beyond to answer questions and explain everything. Called in antibiotics and steroids to the Publix next door and we were done within an hour. Would highly recommend!
