Saved my place in line online, at check-in they verified my insurance was in-network and I was brought in by the nurse minutes after completing all the first time visit paperwork. Dr came in only a few minutes after the nurse was finished with collecting vitals, etc. Exam was short for what I needed and I was out the door 20 minutes after arrival. I don't know if every visit will be that quick, but I'll definitely go back next time I need to visit an urgent care.

I had a great experience at Primehealth. I was able to set up an appointment and was seen within 10 minutes of walking in. Taylor Campbell listened to me, explained the medication he was prescribing, and had a great bedside manner. Within 24 hours I was feeling better.

I was there when the clinic opened and was helped right away. Once I filled out the paperwork, there wasn't a long wait until I was taken into a room where my blood pressure was taken and more questions were asked about my history, etc. My problem was resolved very quickly with the PA and everyone was friendly and professional. I would return to this clinic if I needed medical attention.

BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL!!! REVIEW UPDATED - While the initial care I received from Dr. Pine was very good, I feel compelled to share the rest of my experience. Normally, I would prefer to address such issues privately, and asked to do so, but this avenue was not made available to me by staff. My urine sample of February 5 was to be cultured at a lab to determine whether I was taking the appropriate antibiotic; However, I learned after several days of my following up, that this culture had been "cancelled" somehow and no further follow-up or explanation was given by the clinic other than to put responsibility on the lab for canceling my culture. UTI symptoms began recurring about 10 days post antibiotics, so I returned to clinic, where I was treated by Dr. Caldwell. He did a dip urinalysis, found blood in my urine, prescribed me a different antibiotic and I thought sent out the urine sample be cultured, as I requested, so I could get more specific results to take to a specialist. I called the clinic 4 days later and was told the lab hadn't sent back the results yet and it could take another few days. I returned to clinic today (5 days later) to ask about getting an additional 2 days of antibiotics as I still feel slightly symptomatic. The staff member was again having trouble locating any lab results from my culture and I became concerned as to whether they had been cancelled. Dr. Caldwell came out to the front desk, gave me a piece of paper and said “Here are your results. They are negative.” Bottom line - my urine culture, taken on Thursday, May 20, was not sent to the lab until Monday, May 24th. Why the delay of 4 days? I have no idea. My understanding is that a urine sample, if refrigerated, is only valid for 3 days, so my negative test results were based on an invalid specimen. Dr. Caldwell then told me my dip test results were negative on the 20th (but they weren’t according to my records from the clinic). I asked why this was not disclosed to me at the time and why antibiotics were prescribed without bacteria present. I was told "because you said you had symptoms." Bottom line: I found Dr. Caldwell arrogant, unapologetic, and uncaring. Truly disturbing and untrustworthy. So a very mixed experience.

I was very pleased with the care I was given at the Estero clinic. I was able to make an appointment online. I did not have too much of a wait time. The doctor was thorough and prescribed the needed anabiotic. It was nice to not have to wait in such long lines. Recommend going there for basic needs.

I was a walk in and got put in a room with 10 minutes. The PA came in within a few minutes and went over my treatment plan. I was very satisfied with his plan. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this facility.

I liked that I could make an appt rather than wait in line. I did that over the phone with a very friendly person. I only waited a few minutes before I met with my physician, Dr Campbell. We had a nice discussion about why I was there. He did a very thorough diagnosis. It was fast and he immediately called my prescription into my pharmacy where I was able to immediately pick it up. Excellent care. I returned from Christmas vacation and had a wicked case of the flu. I met Taylor PA and he did a wonderful job attending to me and wrote 3 prescriptions for my recovery. I had a full recovery in 5 days. I was very sick. I have recommended him to a friend with similar problems and she has done well too. This is a great place to visit for your medical needs .

I was on vacation and unfortunately got really sick. Checked out the closest urgent care and could not have been more happy with my choice. Leann and Lucianna were amazing. I was able to be seen extremely quick and was able to get meds that helped me feel better. If I were to ever go back and needed an urgent care, I would go back to this location. GREAT job!!

Thankful these lady’s were patient with my silly shenanigans after nosing myself for several days with DayQuil/niquil/theraflu comin in there feeling like a congested confused bag of rocks. To get antibiotics. Was not expecting to need to pay $65 but it is was it is. They were kind and courteous, got me in and out efficiently and I picked up my prescriptions and am getting better. 10 out of 10 would recommend .

I was seen today at this facility and my treatment by Dr. Strok , Carolina and Diego was superb . My reception was prompt and efficient . The doctor and medical assistant were caring and conscientious . As a retired RN I would recommend this facility as one that I would use again without reserve.

Establishment was nice and clean, and the staff were very kind. I went in for confirmation of strep throat and to get a prescription for antibiotics. The doctor asked a few questions and actually listened to my answers, did a quick examination of my throat, and greenlit my request. He even noticed an irritated cut on my neck and asked if I'd like him to send a prescription for a stronger Neosporin. I will definitely be back if/when I'm in need of (non-emergency) medical services.

Went to Prime Health Urgent Care for a small laceration above my eye. From the moment I walked through the door the staff immediately gave me gauze to replace the napkins I was holding on the wound. I was just finishing the paperwork when the nurse came and escorted me to the treatment room where everything the doctor would need was already setup and prepared. The doctor came in as soon as the nurse finished taking my vitals. The doctor was very informative and explained everything as he was suturing the incision. The staff were very professional, caring and thorough. I was in and out much quickly than I expected . I wouldn’t hesitate going there for medical care in the future.

Honestly, the best healthcare experience I’ve ever had. The office staff was very pleasant, the physician assistant I was being cared by was very knowledgeable and caring and I was in and out in under an hour! Hopefully I don’t need to return, but if I should ever need an urgent care I know where to go!

I was immediately impressed. I arrived as a walk-in. I was warmly greeted by two lovely receptionists. They had me complete the forms and shortly thereafter, I was brought to a room. The very sweet medical assistant took my vitals and reviewed my information. The PA listened and was very compassionate and thorough. . We discussed a plan and off I went. If I need additional medical treatment in the future, I will definitely return to Prime Health.

Highly recommended. I needed care for an issue I was having. Fast and prompt service, friendly staff, nice facility, Dr spent 45 minutes or more with me trying to get to understand and evaluate what I was experiencing. Talked through possibilities and options in order of severity, and in a cooperative manner. In house tests were fast and reasonably priced. If you need urgent care, absolutely come here.

Great experience taking my son to this clean, organized and neat urgent care clinic! Staff was super friendly, attentive and caring. The doctor was very thorough and pin pointed an exact diagnosis based on some tests that were ran and provided a plan of action for care. They were very proactive in providing me necessary paperwork for his school. I also like how this clinic is in close proximity to my house. Highly recommend this clinic!

learned about this clinic because my insurance told me to come here. As someone who lives in Naples it’s quite the drive. However, it was worth the drive. Most urgent care clinics in Naples have staff that are mad about being there. This clinic is far from that. Everyone from the receptionist, PA, and doctor themselves were so compassionate, caring and attentive. It’s a very clean space and the doctor actually listens to you. Please don’t waste your time at med express, try this urgent care out.

What a fantastic experience I had at this facility. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted very cordially by Ali. I then completed the medical forms which took five minutes and was escorted into a waiting room where I waited maybe another 2 to 3 minutes for the doctor to come in. It turned out that I was waited on by the owner of the facilities. We had a great conversation and he efficiently diagnosed my condition and sent me off with three prescriptions. I can’t say enough how easy and seamless the process was. I delayed going to an urgent care facility for three days because I didn’t want to wait the usual 2 to 3 hours to be seen by a MD. I highly recommend a visit if you are in the need.

I walked in 15 minutes before closing and never was made to feel I was interrupting them. The young ladies there were patient, kind, and very thorough. Laci performed testing and explained why each test was being done. Rx’s were sent to the Publix next door and I was on my way. If you need health care urgently, I would highly recommend this establishment. Kudo’s to EVERYONE in the office!

Had a wonderful experience here with a miserable toddler on New Year’s. Zero wait time. All of the women working here were so kind, efficient, and made the visit as easy as they could. Saved my place in line online, at check-in they verified my insurance was in-network and I was brought in by the nurse minutes after completing all the first time visit paperwork. Dr came in only a few minutes after the nurse was finished with collecting vitals, etc. Exam was short for what I needed and I was out the door 20 minutes after arrival. I don't know if every visit will be that quick, but I'll definitely go back next time I need to visit an urgent care.

BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL!!! REVIEW UPDATED - While the initial care I received from Dr. Pine was very good, I feel compelled to share the rest of my experience. Normally, I would prefer to address such issues privately, and asked to do so, but this avenue was not made available to me by staff. My urine sample of February 5 was to be cultured at a lab to determine whether I was taking the appropriate antibiotic; However, I learned after several days of my following up, that this culture had been "cancelled" somehow and no further follow-up or explanation was given by the clinic other than to put responsibility on the lab for canceling my culture. UTI symptoms began recurring about 10 days post antibiotics, so I returned to clinic, where I was treated by Dr. Caldwell. He did a dip urinalysis, found blood in my urine, prescribed me a different antibiotic and I thought sent out the urine sample be cultured, as I requested, so I could get more specific results to take to a specialist. I called the clinic 4 days later and was told the lab hadn't sent back the results yet and it could take another few days. I returned to clinic today (5 days later) to ask about getting an additional 2 days of antibiotics as I still feel slightly symptomatic. The staff member was again having trouble locating any lab results from my culture and I became concerned as to whether they had been cancelled. Dr. Caldwell came out to the front desk, gave me a piece of paper and said “Here are your results. They are negative.” Bottom line - my urine culture, taken on Thursday, May 20, was not sent to the lab until Monday, May 24th. Why the delay of 4 days? I have no idea. My understanding is that a urine sample, if refrigerated, is only valid for 3 days, so my negative test results were based on an invalid specimen. Dr. Caldwell then told me my dip test results were negative on the 20th (but they weren’t according to my records from the clinic). I asked why this was not disclosed to me at the time and why antibiotics were prescribed without bacteria present. I was told "because you said you had symptoms." Bottom line: I found Dr. Caldwell arrogant, unapologetic, and uncaring. Truly disturbing and untrustworthy. So a very mixed experience.

I liked that I could make an appt rather than wait in line. I did that over the phone with a very friendly person. I only waited a few minutes before I met with my physician, Dr Campbell. We had a nice discussion about why I was there. He did a very thorough diagnosis. It was fast and he immediately called my prescription into my pharmacy where I was able to immediately pick it up. I was on vacation and unfortunately got really sick. Checked out the closest urgent care and could not have been more happy with my choice. Leann and Lucianna were amazing. I was able to be seen extremely quick and was able to get meds that helped me feel better. If I were to ever go back and needed an urgent care, I would go back to this location. GREAT job!!

Thankful these lady’s were patient with my silly shenanigans after nosing myself for several days with DayQuil/niquil/theraflu comin in there feeling like a congested confused bag of rocks. To get antibiotics. Was not expecting to need to pay $65 but it is was it is. They were kind and courteous, got me in and out efficiently and I picked up my prescriptions and am getting better. 10 out of 10 would recommend .

Establishment was nice and clean, and the staff were very kind. I went in for confirmation of strep throat and to get a prescription for antibiotics. The doctor asked a few questions and actually listened to my answers, did a quick examination of my throat, and greenlit my request. He even noticed an irritated cut on my neck and asked if I'd like him to send a prescription for a stronger Neosporin. I will definitely be back if/when I'm in need of (non-emergency) medical services.

Went to Prime Health Urgent Care for a small laceration above my eye. From the moment I walked through the door the staff immediately gave me gauze to replace the napkins I was holding on the wound. I was just finishing the paperwork when the nurse came and escorted me to the treatment room where everything the doctor would need was already setup and prepared. The doctor came in as soon as the nurse finished taking my vitals. The doctor was very informative and explained everything as he was suturing the incision. The staff were very professional, caring and thorough. I was in and out much quickly than I expected . I wouldn’t hesitate going there for medical care in the future.

I was there when the clinic opened and was helped right away. Once I filled out the paperwork, there wasn't a long wait until I was taken into a room where my blood pressure was taken and more questions were asked about my history, etc. My problem was resolved very quickly with the PA and everyone was friendly and professional. I would return to this clinic if I needed medical attention.

I was very pleased with the care I was given at the Estero clinic. I was able to make an appointment online. I did not have too much of a wait time. The doctor was thorough and prescribed the needed anabiotic. It was nice to not have to wait in such long lines. Recommend going there for basic needs.

Excellent care. I returned from Christmas vacation and had a wicked case of the flu. I met Taylor PA and he did a wonderful job attending to me and wrote 3 prescriptions for my recovery. I had a full recovery in 5 days. I was very sick. I have recommended him to a friend with similar problems and she has done well too. This is a great place to visit for your medical needs .
