I was on vacation and unfortunately got really sick. Checked out the closest urgent care and could not have been more happy with my choice. Leann and Lucianna were amazing. I was able to be seen extremely quick and was able to get meds that helped me feel better. If I were to ever go back and needed an urgent care, I would go back to this location. GREAT job!!

The entire staff was pleasant, friendly, and concerned. The place is clean and smelled fresh. The PA who tended to me was both informative and helpful. I will use this site as my medical center whenever we are here in our vacation home.

Thankful these lady’s were patient with my silly shenanigans after nosing myself for several days with DayQuil/niquil/theraflu comin in there feeling like a congested confused bag of rocks. To get antibiotics. Was not expecting to need to pay $65 but it is was it is. They were kind and courteous, got me in and out efficiently and I picked up my prescriptions and am getting better. 10 out of 10 would recommend .

I was seen today at this facility and my treatment by Dr. Strok , Carolina and Diego was superb . My reception was prompt and efficient . The doctor and medical assistant were caring and conscientious . As a retired RN I would recommend this facility as one that I would use again without reserve.

Establishment was nice and clean, and the staff were very kind. I went in for confirmation of strep throat and to get a prescription for antibiotics. The doctor asked a few questions and actually listened to my answers, did a quick examination of my throat, and greenlit my request. He even noticed an irritated cut on my neck and asked if I'd like him to send a prescription for a stronger Neosporin. I will definitely be back if/when I'm in need of (non-emergency) medical services.

I was dealing with a respiratory illness that seemed to be getting worse every day. I found it was very easy to get an appointment and I was pleased with the treatment I received. I will definitely go there again if needed.

Staff was very nice! I had an earring stuck inside my ear and they were able to get me in (with little wait) right before closing and get it out, the doctor was super funny and nice which made a stressful situation easier, if you’re in a panic definitely check them out!!

Outstanding service by office, nurses and physician. They got us in quickly, diagnosed our symptoms and were able to prescribe meds at the Publix next door. My wife and I were on vacation there and put off seeing a doctor too long but were VERY THANKFUL that the Urgent Care team in Estero, Florida treated us so quickly! Thank you for all you did for us!!!

I made an appointment on line. The 2 girls at the front desks were very polite and knowledgeable. The nurse was terrific and the PA was wonderful. They listened to my concerns, took their time with me. I can’t say enough good things about the service provided. Highly recommend.

Went to Prime Health Urgent Care for a small laceration above my eye. From the moment I walked through the door the staff immediately gave me gauze to replace the napkins I was holding on the wound. I was just finishing the paperwork when the nurse came and escorted me to the treatment room where everything the doctor would need was already setup and prepared. The doctor came in as soon as the nurse finished taking my vitals. The doctor was very informative and explained everything as he was suturing the incision. The staff were very professional, caring and thorough. I was in and out much quickly than I expected . I wouldn’t hesitate going there for medical care in the future.

Amazing service! The first walk in place that i actually felt like they cared about me, Carolina was amazing she helped me through all the paperwork and was so nice, Dr. Strok was awesome, highly recommend, he took his time making sure he knew every detail about my symptoms to find what’s best for me. I even had insurance problems so they did a superbill for me to send to my insurance. So great!

Honestly, the best healthcare experience I’ve ever had. The office staff was very pleasant, the physician assistant I was being cared by was very knowledgeable and caring and I was in and out in under an hour! Hopefully I don’t need to return, but if I should ever need an urgent care I know where to go!

I was immediately impressed. I arrived as a walk-in. I was warmly greeted by two lovely receptionists. They had me complete the forms and shortly thereafter, I was brought to a room. The very sweet medical assistant took my vitals and reviewed my information. The PA listened and was very compassionate and thorough. . We discussed a plan and off I went. If I need additional medical treatment in the future, I will definitely return to Prime Health.

Highly recommended. I needed care for an issue I was having. Fast and prompt service, friendly staff, nice facility, Dr spent 45 minutes or more with me trying to get to understand and evaluate what I was experiencing. Talked through possibilities and options in order of severity, and in a cooperative manner. In house tests were fast and reasonably priced. If you need urgent care, absolutely come here.

Great experience taking my son to this clean, organized and neat urgent care clinic! Staff was super friendly, attentive and caring. The doctor was very thorough and pin pointed an exact diagnosis based on some tests that were ran and provided a plan of action for care. They were very proactive in providing me necessary paperwork for his school. I also like how this clinic is in close proximity to my house. Highly recommend this clinic!

learned about this clinic because my insurance told me to come here. As someone who lives in Naples it’s quite the drive. However, it was worth the drive. Most urgent care clinics in Naples have staff that are mad about being there. This clinic is far from that. Everyone from the receptionist, PA, and doctor themselves were so compassionate, caring and attentive. It’s a very clean space and the doctor actually listens to you. Please don’t waste your time at med express, try this urgent care out.

Had to walk in due to not feeling well. Thought it was the flu, turned out to be food poisoning. Was greeted by friendly staff when I entered, and treated with the best care by the nurse and doctor. You might have to wait a little but it's worth it. Thank you for excellent service!

Hate having to take the kids for a sick visit but this office makes it so much easier between the friendly staff and how clean it is inside also! What a fantastic experience I had at this facility. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted very cordially by Ali. I then completed the medical forms which took five minutes and was escorted into a waiting room where I waited maybe another 2 to 3 minutes for the doctor to come in. It turned out that I was waited on by the owner of the facilities. We had a great conversation and he efficiently diagnosed my condition and sent me off with three prescriptions. I can’t say enough how easy and seamless the process was. I delayed going to an urgent care facility for three days because I didn’t want to wait the usual 2 to 3 hours to be seen by a MD. I highly recommend a visit if you are in the need.

I walked in 15 minutes before closing and never was made to feel I was interrupting them. The young ladies there were patient, kind, and very thorough. Laci performed testing and explained why each test was being done. Rx’s were sent to the Publix next door and I was on my way. If you need health care urgently, I would highly recommend this establishment. Kudo’s to EVERYONE in the office!

Had a wonderful experience here with a miserable toddler on New Year’s. Zero wait time. All of the women working here were so kind, efficient, and made the visit as easy as they could. They even gave my son stickers & suckers to make him feel better. So happy to have found this urgent care! Highly recommend.
