The receptionist, the nurse and the Dr. were all so caring. I was in so much pain with my SI Joint. Dr prescribed 2 prescriptions and the next day I feel so much better. Still having a few spasms but much much better today! I would definitely recommend in a heart beat! Thank you all so much

Everyone was so nice. I called the Parrish location and they told me to go to the Ellenton location. That was the second time they told me that. So this time I listened and went to the Ellenton location. Everyone was super nice. The lady at the front desk was nice and processed us very quickly. Amy was great. She was kind and caring and so was Oleg. Glad we went to the Ellenton location. In and out in no time.

I am so very happy with the exceptional service i received at the Ellenton location on Sunday, February 23rd. I requested an emergency appointment on the website and I was able to be seen immediately. Doctor Laura was wonderful and was able to determine my health condition right away. Not only that, but she took her time to explain everything i needed to know and went over each concern and question I had. She made sure I didn't have any alegies or restrictions to prescribe the right medicatio for me to take. I am so grateful for the care and service I received and I highly recommend this clinic to everyone. Big thank you to Doctor Laura and her medical assistant ?

This was our first visit to Palmetto PrimeHealth Urgent Care and we were very pleased. We were welcomed and completed paperwork containing pertinent info. Shortly after we were escorted to an exam room where, after a brief wait, the doctor came in and introduced himself as Tony. After discussing my husband’s health history and concerns they worked together to decide on a treatment plan. Due to Tony’s willingness to consider my husband’s input a course of medication was prescribed and within 24 hours of the meds my husband has improved. We appreciate the courteous and empathic staff and would return or recommend this practice if needed.

Facility is neat and clean. Front and medical staff are personable, professional, and efficient. The whole process was very streamlined and I was out in no time. Medical staff diagnosed correct illness and prescribed appropriate antibiotic. It's my 2nd day taking a (7) day script. I can feel antibiotic is working it's magic. Ellenton location was a wonderful experience. Took my sick daughter in to be seen and everyone was so nice. Laura the PA was so friendly and thorough. I first went to the Parrish location, where I have always gone previously, but was quickly turned away by the front desk due to them saying it was too busy and I had to come here instead. I will only go to the Ellenton location from now on.

I came in today with major back pain and I was called to the back within 10 minutes! My visit was quick and straight to the point!! Marrion took excellent care of me she is very professional! I went to the Urgent Care with a respiratory illness. I got in and was seen very quickly. Everyone was polite and professional. I will be going back when needed.

When I arrived at the facility there were no cars in the parking nor any patients in the waiting area. I advised the staff that I was having a really bad migraine and extreme hypertension. 20 minutes later I was finally ushered back and the nurse took vitals. Very impersonal and when the PA arrived he immediately said that they could not help me and said to go to the ER. I have never had any problems at the Parrish clinic. I realize why they couldn’t help but a 20 minute wait to be seen with the condition I presented with with no patient in front of me was too long. What if I was having a stroke?

An injury to my leg brought me to your facility. I was very pleased with the pleasant manner of the staff and the very minimum time it took to be seen. The doctor examined my leg and prescribed treatment with an antibiotic which he immediately ordered. I can say I was very happy with the treatment received and would return again if needed.

This was my first time at the Ellington location. Great front desk receptionist. Great medical assistant. Everybody was friendly and very knowledgeable. The PA David was “excellent“. He listened did his exam and we agreed on his recommendation for a middle ear infection/pain as I have these often. Great great staff. Thank you to everyone! Got in and out in less than a half hour. I brought my daughter in to get seen and Miranda was running the whole front of the office by HERSELF with one doctor on site. She was the sweetest person I’ve ran into at an urgent care before. She gave us her upmost respect, made us feel welcomed and she took care of my daughter amazingly!! I highly recommend going if she’s working!! Took my mom in for possible broken knee/foot, severe pain. They were so fast and so kind and gentle with her. Hannah, and Miranda have amazing bedside manner with their patients. They were gentle but fast to get her treated. The xray was a real challenge as we couldn't get her on the high table. But we figured out a way and Hannah was awesome at doing what she had to do to get the right angle while apologizing for her pain. We will always come here.

I have been a patient of this Urgent Care facility since 2019 and I have always experienced great, professional, compassionate, prompt, and understanding care. I have never felt rushed or unheard. My questions have always been answered and upon leaving have always felt more equipped with knowledge of my own health. If I could make this place my primary care, I would in a heartbeat. My wait was long but that was no fault of the ladies, insurance was hard to verify but they made sure to update me on what was going on and thanked me for my patience. Tamia at front desk was very sweet when I first walked in and was doing her best to reach someone in regards to my insurance. Iesha was the nurse who took me back and I felt like I've known her my whole life, very friendly and you can tell she loves what she does. Dr. Alex came in and assessed, and was able to help me quickly with what I needed to help get over this nasty cold because of wonderful florida allergies. I would recommend this urgent care if you need to be seen quickly, efficiently, and greeted but some of the nicest people.

My husband and I used PrimeHealth. We were greeted promptly by a friendly person, Brittany, seen by another friendly person Iesha who gathered our information. The PA David performed a physical exam and asked us questions about our medical history. We were prescribed medication. Everyone was thorough, competent, and friendly.

I am a visitor to Palmetto, FL and suspected an upper respiratory infection so I googled 5 star local Urgent Cares and this particular one @ 4015 US Highway 301N in Ellenton came up and just 4 miles from us. We headed right over, and from Kennedy, the bright and kind receptionist who greeted us, to Iesha, the pleasant and efficient MA, to the PA, Provider, David M., we could not have been treated better. I was the patient, my husband joined me and we both remarked how confident we were with their handling of my medical concern and both walked out of their impressed. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing medical assistance. Thank you all for your service!!

Tiffany at the front desk was awesome very professional and made sure I felt right at home unlike other urgent cares I have been to. The Nurse Iesha was also extremely helpful and made sure I was comfortable the entire time while I was already extremely sick. And David messer made sure I was seen even though I arrived extremely late and held them up but that did not matter to them they still made me feel right at home. I would recommend this urgent care for anyone in the palmetto area.

This was my 1st visit to Prime Health UC. Very friendly staff from Kennedy at the front desk, who answered all kinds of questions I had, especially being new to the area. Very short wait time. MA's, Iesha& & Brittany got me back took my history & vitals while seated on the "table" instead of a chair, as I was there for a knee injury. The PA, David Messer, was very thorough in examining my knee. When he was finished, we discussed my treatment plan/options, as well as possible follow up if needed. All in all I was really impressed & satisfied with my care this morning. Being a nurse myself, I was so worried about the potential problems with this type of injury. The provider was very knowledgeable & eased my anxieties. Thank you guys!!! You all are so verry appreciated!! Jacqueline

I was truly impressed with the care I received at the Ellenton Primary /Urgent care center. The staff was respectful, kind, courteous and very professional. I was in and out of there in less than 30 mins. There was no wait time at all. The place is brand spanking new and immaculately clean. We just left here. We took our 7 year old son to get his stitches in his lip out (he was stitched in Ohio). He was very scared and fighting it at first. The doctor and nurse were so great and patient with him. The wait wasn’t too bad either. Front desk was super kind. They got the stitches out, made him feel safe and now we can enjoy our vacation.

I am so very happy with the exceptional service i received at the Ellenton location on Sunday, February 23rd. I requested an emergency appointment on the website and I was able to be seen immediately. Doctor Laura was wonderful and was able to determine my health condition right away. Not only that, but she took her time to explain everything i needed to know and went over each concern and question I had. She made sure I didn't have any alegies or restrictions to prescribe the right medicatio for me to take. Took my mom in for possible broken knee/foot, severe pain. They were so fast and so kind and gentle with her. Hannah, and Miranda have amazing bedside manner with their patients. They were gentle but fast to get her treated. The xray was a real challenge as we couldn't get her on the high table. But we figured out a way and Hannah was awesome at doing what she had to do to get the right angle while apologizing for her pain. We will always come here.

My wait was long but that was no fault of the ladies, insurance was hard to verify but they made sure to update me on what was going on and thanked me for my patience. Tamia at front desk was very sweet when I first walked in and was doing her best to reach someone in regards to my insurance. Iesha was the nurse who took me back and I felt like I've known her my whole life, very friendly and you can tell she loves what she does. Dr. Alex came in and assessed, and was able to help me quickly with what I needed to help get over this nasty cold because of wonderful florida allergies. I would recommend this urgent care if you need to be seen quickly, efficiently, and greeted but some of the nicest people.

I am a visitor to Palmetto, FL and suspected an upper respiratory infection so I googled 5 star local Urgent Cares and this particular one @ 4015 US Highway 301N in Ellenton came up and just 4 miles from us. We headed right over, and from Kennedy, the bright and kind receptionist who greeted us, to Iesha, the pleasant and efficient MA, to the PA, Provider, David M., we could not have been treated better. I was the patient, my husband joined me and we both remarked how confident we were with their handling of my medical concern and both walked out of their impressed. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing medical assistance. Thank you all for your service!!

Tiffany at the front desk was awesome very professional and made sure I felt right at home unlike other urgent cares I have been to. The Nurse Iesha was also extremely helpful and made sure I was comfortable the entire time while I was already extremely sick. And David messer made sure I was seen even though I arrived extremely late and held them up but that did not matter to them they still made me feel right at home. I would recommend this urgent care for anyone in the palmetto area.

This was my 1st visit to Prime Health UC. Very friendly staff from Kennedy at the front desk, who answered all kinds of questions I had, especially being new to the area. Very short wait time. MA's, Iesha& & Brittany got me back took my history & vitals while seated on the "table" instead of a chair, as I was there for a knee injury. The PA, David Messer, was very thorough in examining my knee. When he was finished, we discussed my treatment plan/options, as well as possible follow up if needed. All in all I was really impressed & satisfied with my care this morning. Being a nurse myself, I was so worried about the potential problems with this type of injury. I was truly impressed with the care I received at the Ellenton Primary /Urgent care center. The staff was respectful, kind, courteous and very professional. I was in and out of there in less than 30 mins. There was no wait time at all. The place is brand spanking new and immaculately clean. David, my healthcare provider made a follow up call the next day to check on me and give me my lab results. Would highly recommend this clinic. Two ????

We just left here. We took our 7 year old son to get his stitches in his lip out (he was stitched in Ohio). He was very scared and fighting it at first. The doctor and nurse were so great and patient with him. The wait wasn’t too bad either. Front desk was super kind. They got the stitches out, made him feel safe and now we can enjoy our vacation.

This was our first visit to Palmetto PrimeHealth Urgent Care and we were very pleased. We were welcomed and completed paperwork containing pertinent info. Shortly after we were escorted to an exam room where, after a brief wait, the doctor came in and introduced himself as Tony. After discussing my husband’s health history and concerns they worked together to decide on a treatment plan. Due to Tony’s willingness to consider my husband’s input a course of medication was prescribed and within 24 hours of the meds my husband has improved. We appreciate the courteous and empathic staff and would return or recommend this practice if needed.

When I arrived at the facility there were no cars in the parking nor any patients in the waiting area. I advised the staff that I was having a really bad migraine and extreme hypertension. 20 minutes later I was finally ushered back and the nurse took vitals. Very impersonal and when the PA arrived he immediately said that they could not help me and said to go to the ER. I have never had any problems at the Parrish clinic. I realize why they couldn’t help but a 20 minute wait to be seen with the condition I presented with with no patient in front of me was too long. What if I was having a stroke?

An injury to my leg brought me to your facility. I was very pleased with the pleasant manner of the staff and the very minimum time it took to be seen. The doctor examined my leg and prescribed treatment with an antibiotic which he immediately ordered. I can say I was very happy with the treatment received and would return again if needed.
