Taylor was super sweet and I felt heard and not dismissed! Going in I was super anxious and talking to her eased my mind and I have never been able to relate to a health care professional ever! Chris was just as awesome, he was very Informative and took his time explaining things and just really made me feel heard. I always go here when I am sick or have problem and they never disappoint! Always welcoming and super sweet!

My name is Catherine and I visited Fast Aid Urgent Care twice. We were new to the area and did not have the opportunity to establish our PCPs. The team at Fast Aid was super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. There was no wait time. I highly recommend Fast Aid Urgent Care.

Everything was very clean and well organized, Oscar was at the front desk and did my triage, he was very nice and professional. I don’t remember the nurse practitioners name, but same experience, very nice, very professional. I would definitely go back and recommend them to others.

Excellent urgent care for the DS area! Staff is always friendly and patient. I’ve had to visit urgent care many times over the last year for various issues, and compared to others, this one is the best for compassion and competency. In and out in 20 minutes or so. It’s my go-to for urgent needs.

The staff on Sunday were super friendly, the QR code check in process was a breeze, and the wait time was minimal, which was especially appreciated when being there with a sick 2 year old! Would highly recommend if you need to visit an urgent care on the weekends.

Fast Aid is terrific! Extremely clean and well equipped to tend to many ailments and other needs including X-Ray and kids school physicals. The individuals at the front desk are knowledgeable and friendly and they keep great records of communication if ever you have a question or need further clarification. The Doctors and PA’s are very nice and have great experience. I would highly recommend if you are in need of a quick medical check.

Had an issue with my ear. Staff was very friendly and professional. They had me in and diagnosed within a matter of minutes and then remedied just as quickly. Thank you for your help.

Came in to Dripping Springs location on Memorial Day after a positive at home Covid test. Oscar checked me in and checked I my vitals , and he was very friendly and nice and competent. I was seen by Chris who was also very nice and very informative and competent. All in all it was a pleasant and rapid experience. I highly recommend them.

The nurse was really great. He was very nice and professional. He explained everything that was going on in great detail. The NP was also great. He thoroughly explained the medications he was prescribing for me and made me feel really comfortable about getting a shot. I'd 100% come back.

I literally pulled up, scanned the QR code on the window and checked in, walked in and was seen in less than 5 minutes. It was fantastic. We definitely needed an urgent care in dripping springs and this one was great. Everyone in the office was very friendly and actually had conversations with you. We will be back for any future urgent care needs that may arise!

We were on vacation when our daughter got a case of swimmers ear. Went into Fast Aid Urgent Care and were seen very quickly. Everyone was super friendly, thorough and we were able to get a prescription filled at the H-E-B down the road in ~ 15 min. We’ll go here whenever we’re back visiting and need to see a doc!

I'm not typically a "reviewer", but I feel compelled to share the great experience I recently had at Fast Aid. The online registration and appointment process was super easy, and I was seen immediately upon my arrival. The clinic itself is brand new, and super clean and organized. Most importantly, the staff was AMAZING. They were so friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They genuinely seemed eager to help me feel better. I walked out of there with a prescription already called into my pharmacy. The RN, Robyn, even gave me her card and told me to reach out if I had any more concerns or symptoms pop up. I know there are some posts criticizing the credit card service charge, but I honestly think this is a very small price to pay for the convenience of quality medical care right here in Dripping Springs. I'm so glad that they're right down the road!

We had an amazing experience here for our 22mo son. Our pediatrician suggested we go to an urgent care to treat a severe cough and trouble breathing. The staff at Fast Aid was so helpful, from the time we called and through the entire visit. We are worried first time parents and they listened to us and helped do everything to make our son feel better. The intake process was so easy to do on my phone and they verified our insurance very quickly. I am so happy we found this urgent care.

I had a great experience at fast aid urgent care yesterday. I had severe pain due to congestion, they had a very quick admission process where I did not have to wait long, NP Swoboda was very helpful, she was quick and her treatment helped immediately. I absolutely recommend this clinic.

Amazing gem of a place! I’ve been sick for nearly 3 weeks using another local urgent care clinic. A friend recommended this clinic as I wasn't getting better. I scheduled an appt online, walked in and was immediately seen. They took x-rays of my chest to make sure everything is ok and set me up with additional medications. Everyone was so nice and attentive and they told me to call tomorrow if I wasn't improving. I am so grateful. Highly recommend.

I went in feeling absolutely horrible after being unable to keep anything down all day. They were so kind, quick, and polite. One of the employees cracked a joke in Triage that made me smile for the first time that day. After their treatment, I came out feeling okay for the first time that day. I'm so thankful to have such a kind staff nearby.

Just scan the code to put your info into system and you are joined to the waitlist. As a registered nurse, I am very picky and they checked all my boxes.

So very glad to have a new urgent care clinic in dripping, especially one that has online check in and an efficient process. Staff was quick and had already billed insurance at the time of the appt, wait time on a Sunday afternoon was less than 5 minutes. Physician was friendly and understanding. All around a great place to go when your normal pediatrician is closed and so happy not to have to drive to Austin for care.

My PCP wouldn't take the time to address the pain I was having from a growth on my big toe. After a few weeks I stopped in at Fast Aid Urgent Care in Dripping Springs; because I couldn't take the pain. I was immediately taken back to see the provider after very little paperwork. Within minutes I was on the table and my growth on my toe causing me pain was gone. Staff was so polite and professional; I will not hesitate to return for treatment for myself or my family.

Everything was very clean and well organized, Oscar was at the front desk and did my triage, he was very nice and professional. I don’t remember the nurse practitioners name, but same experience, very nice, very professional. I would definitely go back and recommend them to others.

My first time visit and I was blown away with the ease of scheduling and the customer service. Taylor and Chris were so attentive, helpful and thorough. I would not hesitate to return or recommend to family and friends. Clean - efficient - caring - kind and overall an excellent experience!!

The staff on Sunday were super friendly, the QR code check in process was a breeze, and the wait time was minimal, which was especially appreciated when being there with a sick 2 year old! Would highly recommend if you need to visit an urgent care on the weekends.

The nurse was really great. He was very nice and professional. He explained everything that was going on in great detail. The NP was also great. He thoroughly explained the medications he was prescribing for me and made me feel really comfortable about getting a shot. I'd 100% come back.

Appointment was quick and everyone was helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Nurse was very friendly and professional, but I didn’t note her name. Chris Brett was fantastic, the kind of doctor I will use again and again. Relaxed manner, detailed explanations In layman’s terms, very interested in improving my health.

We went to Fast Aid in Dripping Springs the staff was quick and professional, excellent follow up when we needed a prescription called in to a different pharmacy.

I had a great experience at fast aid urgent care yesterday. I had severe pain due to congestion, they had a very quick admission process where I did not have to wait long, NP Swoboda was very helpful, she was quick and her treatment helped immediately. I absolutely recommend this clinic.

Fantastic facility. I made an appointment online, filled out the paperwork on my phone, was seen immediately at my appointment time. I was in and out in 20 minutes. The staff is top notch.

Great staff and care. I walked in at 7pm and was out and picking up my script before 8pm.

I had to come in on Saturday and I felt horrible. They were so caring and attentive and took the time to explain everything to me. The clinic was super nice and they got me in and out quickly. I would highly recommend them.
