Cassidy and Selena are absolutely amazing people!!! We had multiple losses when we went to see them. They were extremely kind and were very open about the steps we had to take. Through every test, every exam, every blood draw and medication we had to take they explained everything to where we understood what was happening and why. They are always so hopeful and upbeat when we felt very down. They helped us so much and listened when we had concerns and if we didn't agree on something we switched plans. They helped gives us people to reach out to for emotional support as well as financial and it was a very big weight lifted off our shoulders!! I absolutely loved them and so thankful for them in this chapter of our lives!!

We had a great experience working with Cassidy and the team at conceptions! After 2 years of infertility and a year of loss we weren't sure if we would ever be able to grow our family but only a few months after going to conceptions we were able to get pregnant and have a healthy, beautiful baby. I am so thankful that we decided to look into things, and I would definitely recommend!

Conceptions has been so easy and great to work with on our journey of surrogacy! The communication was always fantastic and the staff (Selena & Cassidy) were AMAZING. We are so grateful for their knowledge, help, and ease to work with.

Cassidy and Selena were absolutely amazing at helping my husband and I conceive after a loss in 2023 and having PCOS. They were always there to answer any questions I had, and I were so supportive every time. I highly recommend this place to everyone! We got pregnant after one round of medication. Love this place and I’m so grateful I got to meet with them!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! We struggled for 5 years to have a family. We went to the Logan clinic to get the process started and everyone was so kind and helpful. They made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions and concerns. Going through IVF is hard but this team made it so easy and smooth. They made sure we stayed on track for our appointments, helped with any concerns we had and just made us feel comfortable during the whole process. Dr Moore and his staff are simply the best!! We now have our wonderful baby and are so grateful for Conceptions and all their help.

Conceptions was the best! They were so understanding of our infertility journey and gave us so much hope. I loved that they helped us understand our probability of getting pregnant with different treatment methods but ultimately allowed the time table of how quickly we wanted treatment to be up to us. Once we started the IVF process they were so responsive to questions we had and were there to help along every step.

I had the opportunity to shadow Cassidy at this fertility center in Logan, and I was incredibly impressed by the experience. Every member of the team is so kind and welcoming. They genuinely care about each individual and take the time to get to know you personally. No matter your circumstances, they are committed to helping and supporting you every step of the way. You can truly feel how much they value and respect every person who walks through their doors.

Conceptions and the whole staff is so caring and empathetic. Cassidy is very understanding and knowledgeable and the team is ready to slowly walk you through each step. This clinic stands out for its above-and-beyond responsiveness. Unlike many other clinics, it encourages people to reach out constantly with any questions at all across multiple channels, fostering a supportive and accessible environment.

Selena & Cassidy were AWESOME to work with! We had a terrible experience at our last fertility clinic- it was so impersonal & they were insanely hard to get ahold of. When we went to conceptions we found the complete opposite. They are so friendly, they always remembered things about our life, & they were super easy to get ahold of. They were always very responsive on the app when I had any questions & were so helpful. I am now 23 weeks pregnant & it could not have been possible without their help! Anybody dealing with infertility knows that it is such a hard, emotional, & sensitive time, having a doctor/team that cares about you makes the world of a difference. We lived about an hour away from this clinic & it was 100% worth the drive to be able to see a doctor that I loved, even with frequent appointments. I would recommend this place to anybody & everybody!! Saying goodbye to them & transferring to my OB was such a bittersweet goodbye. I cannot thank this team enough for everything they did for me!!

Conceptions is THE BEST fertility clinic in Northern Utah. The staff and doctors are so caring and kind. Infertility can be the hardest time and everyone treats you with such tenderness. I was hesitant to revisit fertility treatments after a BAD experience doing IVF with Cache Fertility Clinic. PLEASE, if you’re struggling with infertility, let Conceptions take care of you.

Conceptions is amazing! I was a really hard case and everything was preventing us from getting pregnant but they didn’t give up and now we have 1 on the way! Cassidy and her staff are fantastic and I couldn’t ask for better doctors! They are the best! If you want doctors who will support, care and do everything they can to get you pregnant they are everything you can ask for! Thank you Conceptions for making our wish come true!!!

We've been really grateful for our experience at the Conceptions Fertility Clinic. Dr. Moore was great at setting up a good plan that helped overcome some of our previous failures with IVF. He also made sure to incorporate the few things that we felt had been successful for us. Cassidy and Selena are awesome and we felt confident about all the workup and monitoring and coordinating they did for us. We're grateful to have a baby on the way and feel peace knowing we have frozen embryos for the future.

The team here is not only highly skilled and professional but also incredibly compassionate. They truly prioritize patient-centered care, taking time to explain options and make sure patients feel informed and supported at every step. There is constant communication with each team whether that be with the providers, the billing team, the IVF team, etc. I especially got to know Cassidy and Selena at the Logan clinic and had a wonderful experience! Those are two people who really care about what they do and treat every patient like family. It is clear that this clinic care about both the physical and emotional aspects of fertility treatment, creating a supportive and welcoming environment. I highly recommend Conceptions Fertility to anyone looking for a dedicated team of professionals who truly go above and beyond for their patients. :)

The office is beautiful and the providers are extremely caring. I noticed they take time with each patient to answer all questions and ensure the patient feels comfortable. Providers were kind and empathetic when talking about loss and the other emotional struggles that come with infertility. They were very upfront with cost of treatments and gave multiple options for treatment while still allowing me the freedom to choose my own path. I loved my experience with this fertility clinic and would refer anyone to it!

Conceptions did an amazing job start to finish! Cassidy and Selena are so kind and professional , we loved getting to see them at our appointments. The Logan office is beautiful and the location was very convenient. When we went down to Provo for the egg retrieval and embryo transfer Dr. Moore was very kind and had a great bedside manner and apparently a great skillset because we got pregnant on the first try! 10/10 would highly recommend!:)

I’m so glad I ended up here at Conceptions! We had to do IVF and they were so helpful and quick to get us in and get us started. I loved that there was a Logan location so i didn’t have to drive to Provo for every appointment. The teams at both locations are amazing and so compassionate. The whole process went smoothly and we are fortunate enough to be pregnant with our first (fresh) transfer! Another amazing thing is that their pricing is much lower than most clinics and they also work with insurance and have an amazing billing department and IVF team that went to bat to get all of our prior authorization requirements done in literal days so we could start right away. I’m honored to be the first Logan “graduate”. Can’t wait to meet our sweet little baby in December! I couldn’t recommend this clinic enough.
