I contacted iVIESCAN for my long-term back pain to ensure it wasn’t a critical issue. Their client service was outstanding. They provided a thorough initial consultation, scheduled an MRI at an imaging center, and delivered a comprehensive report on the findings. iVIESCAN handled all the coordination and booking; I just had to go for the scan and wait for the report. The most amazing doctor. So patient, explained all the details and procedure. I received the results the same day which is very rare. The last place I went to took 30 days to give me result. The staff is super nice as well. Highly recommend.

Great experience. I had massive headaches for 40 days straight, but Kaiser didn’t have neurology appointment before my trip to Japan. I decided to pursue getting a MRI/MRA with this company, which was the best decision I made before my trip. It could’ve been a disaster going on my trip, which has since been canceled due to the scan results. The whole process was flawless and easy. Had an awesome experience at Ivie Scan for my MRI head scan! The process was super easy and convenient, and the staff were really friendly. Definitely recommend them if you need imaging done
