Professional. Consistent. Compassionate. Kind. The staff at Advanced Imaging truly care. During an already stressful holiday season, the staff stayed late and worked hard to honor my treating physician's orders and meet tight deadlines. The technicians were helpful and eased my fears behind my first MRI experience. Jackie, in particular, has been super informative making sure she thoroughly explained the process to ease my worry and told me what I could expect. She has consistently supplied CD's and documentation quickly, efficiently while giving special care to accommodate my personal needs, respecting my time. I'm grateful for this team and their bespoke expertise offering a homegrown feel that's as comforting as it is necessary.

First of all, I want to say that I’m very happy that I came to this imaging center. Front desk Daisy was very friendly and nice. She really helped me out and answered all my questions. I went for an Echocardiography and the staff was very kind and was very supportive. If I could give this place a 10 I would. I’m very grateful to find this place and I would definitely recommend.

I am truly impressed with the professionalism at this facility. For starters, I called in the very late afternoon and they picked up the phone right away. Josue was excellent! He scheduled the appointment and thoroughly explained the process. The next day I had to change the appointment time and Ashley was also super helpful. The appointment was for my 93 year old mother. They were caring, cautious, and attentive from the moment we arrived, when one of the staff members came to my aid assisting with the doors, to the tech who performed the scan, and the friendly departure. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to this facility, and will definitely use them if I need Imaging services!

Doc (I don’t knw the name, but he is very kind old man) is very friendly and knowledgeable , and checkin process smoothly, front desk in very good manner, they give u a CD after completing the MRI, and result (written result) came out 4 biz days later…

I went in for an MRI so my nerves were already on high alert but the atmosphere, customer service and patience of the entire team was on point. Front desk welcomed me with a smile, very thorough with their questions, and polite on the phone while tending callers. The MRI tech was very positive, reassuring, patient, and clearly explained the process. I loved and appreciated the peaceful vibe and cleanliness throughout the facility. Thank you

Absolutely an amazing team very professional and just wonderful customer service Karen was just awesome with making sure everyone including myself was tended and organized. Mahmood was very patient with me and made sure I got the best MRI even though it was the end of the day and had to go home. I mean I left the office feeling like I visited friends and family. Everyone was so welcoming and pleasant. Oh and I forgot about Jeff also a star on this absolutely amazing team. Thank you guys for making this experience in my life so pleasant.

I give them a perfect 5 because they deserve it. They were of great help at my difficult time. They went an extra mile to provide me the reports before normal time and liasing information with my doctor so that I can be treated before the Thanksgiving holidays.The staff is super friendly and the facility is very clean and organised. I had just moved into this area 6 months ago and after being with me other facility for so many years, I was concerned about finding another imaging center. I do work in the medical field, and I have to say , Advanced Magnetic Imaging has been a positive , wonderful experience. The staff are truly friendly and the technicians are extremely professional. I recommend this imaging center highly!! I feel very comfortable, and actually enjoy come back to see everyone. Lisa L.

Recent visit for a shoulder MRI, the attention and patient service was very informative. I walked in and they were ready for me, the MRI took less then an hour. I hope to never need another scan again but I would go back.

What a amazing & caring staff. Made sure my needs where meet that I was comfortable during my test. The ladies of front Lissette.Gara.Danelia were so kind & friendly. The owners were kind & caring. I highly recommend this for call needs. Best thing of all they offer rides to from if u can't get there. Also very clean.
