I would have to say I rate it at 10 as they were very informative and walked me totally through the whole process as I have never done anything like this before. It was done and over very quickly and it actually surprised me. Lol. The staff made it a whole lot simple for me. Thank you very much. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable.

All the employees were nice and helpful. The office was extremely clean which was a plus. The dr went over a Management plan for me which I'm very excited about. I'm so glad I found this clinic on my Google search. They're very professional and listen to your concerns. I recommend this clinic very highly

I went into doctor Guptas office. Thinking I was going to have to live the rest of my life on pain pills. The pain pills helped but only a little. They did a little research and came up with a different plan to try. I went in hopeless with tears in eyes and came out with some hope and a smile. Thank you

I have a torn labrum in my hip, which was causing a lot of pain.I had been referred to a surgeon, who suggested surgery. I decided to get a 2 nd opinion , & was referred by my primary Doctor, who is a part of Honor Health. I would've never known about Dr. Gupta. I was surprised at what he recommended, because I didn't know much about this procedure. I was all in , knowing the body can heal itself without limiting my mobility for the rest of my life. I have been active all my life and never had any reason for surgery before. Dr. Gupta wants patients to thrive ! Gail Jenkins

I felt very comfortable from the minute I walked in. I believe they are really devoted to helping me with my constant back and knee pain. The NP that I spoke with (sorry I forgot his name) was totally awesome! He listened to everything I had to say, he didn’t rush me, answered ALL my questions, and worked out a plan to go forward to help me. I’m so glad Dr Vaswanath moved over to this practice! ?

I am a new patient and had an appointment with one of the nurse practioner, but Dr. Gupta made it a point to come into the room and talk to me about the treatment plan and why. Everyone was nice and made sure we knew what was going on.

Mountain view Headache and Spine Institute is the most amazing place you could ever go for your treatments. They offer so many options to help you feel so much better. I have been going for a couple of months now and I've been doing the ketamine infusions and I feel so much better. Dr Gupta's staff is amazing. They know how to make you feel comfortable every time you're there. If I were you I would definitely give them a chance to help you.

I can’t say enough good things about Mountain View Headache and Spine! So often when you go into a pain management clinic you are constantly fighting the stereotype of just being a drug seeker. It’s been so bad at other clinics that I just stopped going and have dealt with my issues on my own for years. Mountain View Headache and Spine is not like that at all! For the first time I feel like my symptoms are being taken seriously and dealt with. Everyone is absolutely wonderful to deal with from the front office staff to the women in back to the providers. Richard FNP is amazing awesome! He has great communication skills and made me feel like I’ve known him for years! I can’t recommend this office enough. They get 10 out of 5 stars!!!

This clinic and Dr. Gupta has literally changed my life. Going to see him was the best decision I ever made. I was taking copious amounts of pain killers before and still in pain. Thank you to the whole team.

Nice little clinic the workers are nice, helpful and attentive. Dr Richar was very helpful with information he took the time to talk with me listen to me and make me feel comfortable as well as more relaxed about my situation which you don’t find in doctors anymore everywhere else is in and out without explanation proper diagnosis or care they just throw medication at you and send you on your way but not here and not with Dr richar I highly recommend him and this clinic on highland.

I have chronic pain spine issues. My insurance changed and I had to find a new pain management doctor. Was very impressed with Dr. Gupta staff during my visit. I was in and out less than an hour and within the second hour I had an MRI scheduled. All of my questions were answered. I am very pleased with the treatment plan we discussed. Looking forward to bringing my pain level down.

Dr. Gupta and his staff are extremely intelligent, kindhearted, and hardworking individuals. They are willing to open their office after hours for a brand-new patient like myself. They had a treatment planned out and all of my many appointments scheduled before I left my first appointment. Sometimes it's easy to begin to lose faith, but then people like Dr. Gupta come into your world and you get that faith back.

Today was my first appt. with Dr. Ruchir Gupta. I was able to get an appointment quickly and with ease. The office was comfortable and very clean. The office staff was friendly and very helpful. Dr. Gupta was very pleasant, warm, friendly, and compassionate. He seems to be very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable with him and his safety standards. Much to my surprise, he already obtained insurance approval for my ketamine infusions. The organization and competency of the entire staff was impressive. I am so excited to start my infusions and finally have hope for some pain relief.

Dr. Gupta is a fabulous man. He has fantastic bedside manner and always takes care of his patients. I drive down from Prescott because of the quality of care. The front desk staff is always amazing and they do well at holding fun conversations with the patients.

I can't believe how much better I'm feeling. The treatments are helping me in so many ways, I'm able to get out of bed in the morning and not be in excruciating pain. I'm able to go for short walks with no pain, I'm able to play with my grandson and not feel so tired. Thanks again Dr Gupta

Dr. Gupta and his staff are amazing! From the time you walk in the door till the time you leave, their bedside manner is impeccable. You are listened to and given a treatment plan based on your specific needs. I was living everyday in excruciating pain, both emotional as well as physical. Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. I visited from Tucson and they all were very accommodating. The procedure was fast, if getting lumbar I highly recommend sedation! Had I opted for sedation my experience would have been perfect!

My experience regarding my care/therapy as well the staff - is absolutely “5 Stars” - they very professional yet kind and caring. As a patient they consider your questions And concerns. Appointments run generally on time, I feel like it’s always a good experience even considering their focus is on individual pain.

Ketamine infusion has significantly improved the numbness in my feet from my severe spinal stenosis and diabetes. Highly recommend it to replace opiates for pain management.

Dr Gupta double billed me for my first 9 treatments. Told me I had to pay myself (which I did in 3 separate credit card payments) then billed and was paid by my insurance company for the same treatments. This was in January/February 2023. As I continued my treatments over 2023 my wife and I were always told that our refund was in the works. At the end of December I got tired of waiting and stopped my treatment. It’s unfortunate because the treatments did help me for a while. After I disputed the credit card transactions in December we were credited for one of the transactions. We are still waiting on the other two.

I absolutely love Dr. Gupta, Iridian, Paige and every single staff member and student that works there They are so caring snd attentive to your needs. The ketamine infusions improve my daily life snd pain A LOT and help my pelvic pain and undiagnosed stomach disease that keep me from eating from the infusions allow me to be able to eat.

Mount View Headache and Spine Institute has changed my life. I was referred here for the treatment of pain and found treatment for my CPTSD and Depression as well. From the first day I noticed a difference, an improvement in my pain levels, but the most remarkable thing I noticed was a calm in my head I have never had before. Ever. The ketamine infusions I have received have changed my life and helped me to be able to experience the world again. My neighbors and friends are overjoyed to see me participating in life occasionally now, thanks to the amazing results. The staff Dr. Gupta hires is amazing, kind and professional, as well, walking you through everything every step of the way. I have had two medial nerve branch blocks under sedation and again with the best experiences. I am looking forward to a nerve ablation in the next couple weeks under the expert care of Dr. Gupta and his team of experts.

Great staff at this clinic. Unmatched Cust service for Dr office’s here in PHX. We definitely haven’t found this kind of service in any of the Dr office’s we have been to so far and there have been a lot. Gabe and the girls are wonderful. Dr Gupta was also unmatched in his bedside manner. We have had to deal with PA’s or Nurse Practicioner’s and maybe not see Dr at all so it was wonderful
