My a dad had this persistent dry cough and stomach pain when he coughed. P.A Taylor was attentive and listened to my dad’s concerns. He diagnosed him and provider exceptional care. In addition, he also called and followed up on my dad’s progress. Highly recommend P.A Taylor.

Super easy and quick visit! Staff was very friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. Although my symptoms of a what seemed like a mild cough and a fever did not seem major, they took precautionary steps and did an X-ray and found I had pneumonia. So thankful!

The lobby was very clean. The receptionist was on top of everything. I saw a Doctor practioner. He was very nice, asked me alot of questions and examined my knee which I was having problems with. He told me what the problem was and prescribed medications. He said if I have any other problems or questions to call him back. His name was Chad.

Super service from the moment I walked in. The receptionist was quick and efficient. The Dr. was informative and knowledgeable and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Prescriptions were called in and 2 days later I am feeling much better! Thank you!

Such an awesome walk in. The receptionist was so welcoming and friendly. My son went in with an ear infection and we were seen almost immediately. Waited about 5 min after paperwork was done. Once all his vitals were taken the Dr came in 2 min later, checked out his ears and confirmed what it was and sent the script to the pharmacy. I was there, including paperwork a total of 30 min in and out. Fantastic! So attentive and efficient.

I have to say this place is phenomenal. The care that you receive here is ahhhhmazing. The knowledge that they had blew my mind away. If I would of went to the emergency room they would of taken half of a day to see me and not even correct what was wrong. Nurse Practitioner Taylor knew exactly what was wrong and the Nurses were so polite. Thank you so much for everything.

I came here on a Saturday afternoon expecting to have to wait a bit. Not at all, just had to fill out a few forms and saw doctor Espinel as soon as I completed them. Doctor was very friendly and thorough,asking many questions about past history before drawing a conclusion on diagnosis. He sent prescription right over to my pharmacy. Place was clean and receptionist was friendly as well. I would definitely recommend this urgent care as it checked all boxes for me, not to mention their location is very convenient. Thank you Dr Espinel!

We were visiting from Georgia and staying at Boca Grande, my 10 year old daughter became sick, so I went online and made an appointment. When I arrived everyone was very friendly and helpful. Office was very clean and very punctual. No wait time at all!! They value your time. We saw Dr. Chad and he was awesome and diagnosed the issue with my daughter immediately. I would definitely recommend them for any future needs!!!!

I had a fantastic experience at this location. Leann, the MA, Jack of all trades, checked me in quickly and assisted with figuring out my out of state coverage. Leann then provided great service as my MA during intake and care. The PA Chad understood my need and was quick to provide solution and follow up care. The facility is clean and quiet. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with the staff and the care that I received at this facility. Kayla was the triage nurse and Taylor was the doctor or nurse practitioner. There was a little bit of a wait, but they kept updating us and telling us the reason for it and how much longer it would be. They were very caring and gentle and pleasant to deal with even though it was late in the day and they probably were tired. I would highly recommend this facility, if you’re in need of any urgent care!

I brought my son Jayce to be seen. They were very courteous and polite. From the MA's to the PA A+++++ service. They were so good with my little guy. The office was spotlessly clean, and smelled very fresh. We were in and out. This will be my go to place when myself or my family aren't feeling well. Thank you for the prompt professional service.

Beyond grateful for the team at PrimeHealth in Port Charlotte. As an out-of-owner without insurance, I was anxious about visiting an urgent care center, but everyone at PrimeHealth put me at ease and took excellent care of me. Couldn’t recommend them more for any urgent medical needs.

We ran in there because my husband cut his hand really bad. The nurses and Doctor were awesome and began to unwrap his hand only to quickly realize it was much worse, and advised us to go to the ER. Shore Point ER was great too! Thanks so much!!

After a google search I decided to use this office for an impacted ear canal. The entire staff was friendly, courteous and explained everything to me. I was expecting a lot of paperwork due to being a new patient but it wasn’t to bad at all. The nurse finished asking my medical history on her IPad which was quick and easy. Dr Chad came in minutes after the nurse was through and explained what would be done. After the treatment Dr Chad explained that due to my hearing aid I needed to clean my ears to prevent this problem from recurring. I highly recommend this Urgent Care facility and when needed I will be back. Thank you for the great care!!

Let me start off by saying that Kayla at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful then I was seen before the by MA LeAnn and she was very comforting and very thorough with my concerns and then Dr. Taylor took his time and very thorough to diagnose my Sciatica.. If you’re looking for an urgent care facility, this one is pretty top notch. As it’s only been open for 8 weeks, it’s not that busy, so you won’t be waiting long to see the doctor. The patient in front of me was a bit long and nurse Kayla kept me informed that it would not be much longer. I loved that. They have great info about pricing for self pay patients as well. The facility was very clean and smelled good. Air conditioning was great too, would kick in full blast, which I like. Leann at the front desk was very helpful with providing a referral for a pulmonologist. All-in-all, this place was great. Would recommend if you don’t want to wait hours for your appointment at another urgent care.

The clinic looks so new, clean and organized. The staffs are friendly. I have a bad sinus issue during allergy season so I stopped by here to check up. Dr Espinel is really nice, patiently and gives me a prescription. Now I am using his prescription on second day and I feel so so so much better. No more stuffy nose, no itching throat…..Thank you so much Dr Espinel. I am really appreciated

Great experience at this Urgent Care. Had a very small wait (5-10 minutes). Only a couple minutes wait. Doctor was very pleasant. I was in and out quickly with the prescription I needed sent in before I walked out.

My employer sent me to PrimeHealth urgent care after I fell at work. I was presently surprised with the brand new facility, friendly and competent staff, and no wait time. Kayla took care of everything from paperwork, to taking vitals, and X-rays. She is personable, professional, and skilled at her job. Taylor was my provider. He was thorough, understanding, and professional. I made sure my employer received my feedback as well. This is a relatively new change for the school district I work for and I want to make sure they continue to send employees to this PrimeHealth location. Thank you for being AMAZING!

Great urgent care center. Able to make my appointment on line and received prompt service upon arrival. Leanne and Nicole were very friendly and Leanne even help google the address for where I’m temporarily staying in Fl. Dr. Spinal was very friendly and efficient, dictating while I was present to confirm the issue I present, history and medical treatment being provided to me. I hope I don’t require any more urgent care services while vacationing but if I do I would definitely go back.

I had an excellent experience here. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly and they were able to get me in and out fast! First the staff is friendly, very kind and attentive! That I found was unusual due to the fact of rudeness everywhere else. I found it very refreshing. The doctor listened to my concerns and was validating and explained the medication. ( I pulled my back and could not bend nor sit down) I was able to pick an appointment on line. It was much better than the other urgent cares in the community. I will go there again if needed in a crisis. I would highly recommend this facility.

Needed to see a doctor, went into this Prime health location in port charlotte, not sure what to expect with wait time, doctors etc. The first thing you notice right away is the cleanliness. We were greeted immediately by the receptionist (Haley), the paper works was minimal and easy to follow. We hardly had a wait, less than 10 minutes and we were promptly taken back by a medical assistant (Kayla). From triage to being seen by the Doctor was less and 5 minutes. The doctor ( Dr. Espinel ) was extremely thorough with his assessment of my complaints and treated me right away. The entire experience was one that is hard to find these days, refreshing, positive and friendly! I hope I don’t need to go back but if I do I will do so with confidence and calmness in knowing I will be properly and professionally taken care of. I wish I could give 100 stars! I appreciate all 3 of you who helped me this evening!

So grateful that Doctor Espinel has this urgent care available to the community!!! He is AWESOME! He is so keen and attuned to individuals coming in and needing URGENT health. I believe he did his residency or some of his internship at Mount Sinai, in NYC which is supposed to be a top notch hospital. (I'm originally from NYC so would know the local info.) We're lucky to have such an accomplished professional. The staff right from the Daniella at the front desk had an enormous amount of patience as I was sick and kept asking the same question over and over and over again. Even I knew I was obnoxious ( not wanting to, but that's what happens when we are not at our best.) Then Leann, who is a medical assistant was competent, professional and also super kind. I felt deathly I'll but dragged myself here as per my primary doctor's office instructions. Leann took all the vitals and took down all the important information and made me feel comfortable in what is probably 1 of the most uncomfortable times in one's life!!! Thank you immensely Dr. Espinel, Leann and Daniella!!!! Port Charlotte, North Port and the nearby areas are blessed to have such competent and courteous professionals taking care of us in our time of need!

I highly recommend PrimeHealth Urgent Care in Port Charlotte! I was able to book an appointment as a new patient online very easily, and it was within 2 hours from booking. I then called to ensure my appointment was booked & when greeted on the phone, the person was very helpful & quick to confirm the appointment for me. Upon arrival, it was quick & painless to get everything done and all of the staff were very friendly & professional, and I was made to feel extremely comfortable. The practitioner who treated me was through & took her time to go over everything with me. I am grateful for the excellent care provided by PrimeHealth & trust them with my health care!

This is my first time at this urgent care and I had a great experience. Staff was pleasant and friendly, Kayla and Daniella were great. Service was quick and professional. $155 to see the doctor, which is typical for this area. Doctor was great, I didn't feel rushed he took the time to listen to me and understand the situation. The best thing though was that meds are available on site. In my situation I needed 2 different antibiotics. Both were available on site, no waiting for it to be sent to the pharmacy or going to pick it up, which was awesome. Prices were good too, it was about the same as you would pay at the pharmacy when using a good RX discount card. Cheaper than going to the pharmacy and paying full price. (Not sure how it would work out with insurance, I was self-pay). Best urgent care in this area. Way better than MD Now.
