The provider was very caring, listening to my problem and very thorough. The front desk was friendly and efficient on the computer and did my vitals. The provider gave me a solution and we would come back there again next winter when we’re in Florida.

The receptionist/nurse was very nice and friendly. The doctor was full of compassion. She took her time and explained what was wrong with my ear. The appointment was quick and thorough. Wonderful place to go for an unexpected ear infection on a Sunday. So glad they were open.

Cannot rave enough about this place. I went in this morning for the first time after dealing with back spasms and pain. The place is clean and new, I loved that they had air purifiers throughout since we are dealing with so many illnesses in the area. The front desk staff, the assistants, the medical practitioners, all were extremely efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. There are other urgent cares in this area that you could not pay me to go to. It is incredibly comforting to know that we now have another option when our primary care cannot get us seen urgently. This place is next level good!

This place was amazing! Everyone was so extremely caring and compassionate! Very fast service! The x-ray tech was so gentle and caring with my daughter! He went above and beyond for us! The ARNP was phenomenal and again went above and beyond!! I would recommend this place to everyone I know!! 10/10!!!

As soon I entered the facility, I was greeted with a smile from the front receptionist Jessica. She was very sweet, professional and very empathetic. After finishing the new patient packet, Dave (MA) took all my vitals; he took his time to take notes on all my symptoms and was also very helpful and understanding. Martina(Physician) was very knowledgeable, kind, and concerned for my well-being. Starting from the front staff to the back, they listens to their patients, and as a result has a sense of the “whole” person. This, in turn, affords a great doctor/patient relationship and leads to effective diagnoses and treatments for patients. I highly recommend this facility. To anyone who is looking for a great service from MA’s to Physicians who sincerely care about there patients Prime Health in Port Charlotte is the place to go. Again, thank you for all your hard work.

PrimeHealth in Port Charlotte is the best urgent care clinic I have ever visited. I called ahead and Jessica said it was not busy and no appointment would be necessary. When I met her at the desk she was friendly, welcoming and efficient. The costs were explained and I paid by credit card before the visit and then confirmed before leaving that no additional charges were due. I received all the documents I would need to submit to my Canadian insurance company. The wait was short. Dave, who took my vitals and history, was efficient and appropriately humorous. Taylor diagnosed my bronchitis and sent prescriptions to my preferred pharmacy which were ready when I arrived there. He explained the reasons for the prescriptions and dosages and also discussed some nutritional and holistic approaches which has never been done for me before at an urgent care clinic. This was much appreciated. If I need urgent care in Port Charlotte again, PrimeHealth would be my only choice. Last winter while here I had occasion to visit a different clinic, and by comparison, PrimeHealth is far superior.

Highly recommend! Small clean efficient office. Was able to get in quickly, was there less than an hour with all needed meds phoned in to the pharmacy. Meds started doing there thing same day. I found Doc Ruiz (PA) sensible and down to earth. Thanks Doc

I recently visited PrimeHealth Urgent Care, and I can't say enough great things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Very friendly, caring and helpful staff. Visited the facility in Port Charlotte. The wait time was not very long. I was very happy with the PA that saw me. He took the necessary time with me to determine the best route of care. If needed again we will not hesitate to go back.

they were really kind to my two year old when she was sick, they provided a color sheet in the waiting room which she loved and the nurses and doctor made her experience fun and less nerve racking since she was already in so much pain

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The wait was not bad at all, and the place was clean! The only thing that I didn’t like was the waiting area was very small and you were really cozy with sick people, so I just asked to stay in the car and that was totally fine thank you!

Medical staff were lovely. Receptionist was nice but inept. She was completely unable to multitask so the entire waiting room was filled waiting for her to simply enter patient info into the system. The nurse/medical aid was frequently waiting for her to need the info for the next patient. I have never experienced a medical office where the entire wait and backlog was due to reception rather than the medical team. Furthermore,.I had an appointment but wasn't seen until over an hour and a half after my scheduled time. This was not due to urgent cases needing to be seen ahead of me. This was because the receptionist took over an hour to enter my insurance into the system. Lastly, the receptionist did not know how to handle my insurance because I am out of state. This is mind-blowing, considering where you are located and the number of out of state patients you likely see. I have a nationwide plan which is not limited to a single state. Furthermore, I found this clinic by searching for a provider through my insurance plan. After over an hour of waiting, I approached to ask for information and was told that she needed to call my insurance company for confirmation of our of state coverage. She knew this, knew that I had been waiting, had this information and did not call for confirmation - instead she got distracted and failed to follow up or to ask me any questions directly. I finally informed her that I had gotten the clinic name from my insurance company. She did not confirm this,.took me at my word, and I finished entering my intake information while in stood at the counter waiting. I have truly never experienced this level of either incompetence, lack of focus, and complete inability to prioritize responsibilities at a medical office. It certainly does not instill confidence in the quality of .medical treatment when that is the first experience with clinic staff. Lastly, I was genuinely alarmed by the lack of precautions taken to ensure patient safety. The waiting area is tiny with not enough seats and there were numerous patients coming and going who were visibly and audibly very ill, sneezing and coughing in very close proximity to other patients. Availability of either face masks for the obviously contagious, more personal space or the option to wait in cars and be called in when ready, or even minimal effort to disinfect between potentially contagious patients would have been appreciated. It was actually disgusting and several patients were visibly uncomfortable with being forced in tight quarters with coughing, blowing noses, and sneezing in all surfaces and in the one pen available at the front desk.

I made an appointment online, which was very easy, arrived a little early and filled out my paperwork. I was able to get right in and was on my way within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend if you are in need of urgent care! Everyone was friendly and professional.

I have truly never experienced this level of either incompetence, lack of focus, and complete inability to prioritize responsibilities at a medical office. It certainly does not instill confidence in the quality of .medical treatment when that is the first experience with clinic staff. Lastly, I was genuinely alarmed by the lack of precautions taken to ensure patient safety. The waiting area is tiny with not enough seats and there were numerous patients coming and going who were visibly and audibly very ill, sneezing and coughing in very close proximity to other patients. Availability of either face masks for the obviously contagious, more personal space or the option to wait in cars and be called in when ready, or even minimal effort to disinfect between potentially contagious patients would have been appreciated. It was actually disgusting and several patients were visibly uncomfortable with being forced in tight quarters with coughing, blowing noses, and sneezing in all surfaces and in the one pen available at the front desk.

The lobby was very clean. The receptionist was on top of everything. I saw a Doctor practioner. He was very nice, asked me alot of questions and examined my knee which I was having problems with. He told me what the problem was and prescribed medications. He said if I have any other problems or questions to call him back. His name was Chad.

Such an awesome walk in. The receptionist was so welcoming and friendly. My son went in with an ear infection and we were seen almost immediately. Waited about 5 min after paperwork was done. Once all his vitals were taken the Dr came in 2 min later, checked out his ears and confirmed what it was and sent the script to the pharmacy. I was there, including paperwork a total of 30 min in and out. Fantastic! So attentive and efficient.

I came here on a Saturday afternoon expecting to have to wait a bit. Not at all, just had to fill out a few forms and saw doctor Espinel as soon as I completed them. Doctor was very friendly and thorough,asking many questions about past history before drawing a conclusion on diagnosis. He sent prescription right over to my pharmacy. Place was clean and receptionist was friendly as well. I would definitely recommend this urgent care as it checked all boxes for me, not to mention their location is very convenient. I had a very good experience at Prime on Monday, June 3rd. I went in for an infection, the staff was nice, I paid my fee and was seen about 15 minutes later. Rooms were small but brand new and clean. I saw a PA or NP, infection verified, prescription sent in to my pharmacy and away I went. Good experience. I will definitely go back as needed.

I was very impressed with the staff and the care that I received at this facility. Kayla was the triage nurse and Taylor was the doctor or nurse practitioner. There was a little bit of a wait, but they kept updating us and telling us the reason for it and how much longer it would be. They were very caring and gentle and pleasant to deal with even though it was late in the day and they probably were tired. After a google search I decided to use this office for an impacted ear canal. The entire staff was friendly, courteous and explained everything to me. I was expecting a lot of paperwork due to being a new patient but it wasn’t to bad at all. The nurse finished asking my medical history on her IPad which was quick and easy. Dr Chad came in minutes after the nurse was through and explained what would be done. After the treatment Dr Chad explained that due to my hearing aid I needed to clean my ears to prevent this problem from recurring. I highly recommend this Urgent Care facility and when needed I will be back. Thank you for the great care!!

If you’re looking for an urgent care facility, this one is pretty top notch. As it’s only been open for 8 weeks, it’s not that busy, so you won’t be waiting long to see the doctor. The patient in front of me was a bit long and nurse Kayla kept me informed that it would not be much longer. I loved that. They have great info about pricing for self pay patients as well. The facility was very clean and smelled good. Air conditioning was great too, would kick in full blast, which I like. Leann at the front desk was very helpful with providing a referral for a pulmonologist. All-in-all, this place was great. Would recommend if you don’t want to wait hours for your appointment at another urgent care.

Great urgent care center. Able to make my appointment on line and received prompt service upon arrival. Leanne and Nicole were very friendly and Leanne even help google the address for where I’m temporarily staying in Fl. Dr. Spinal was very friendly and efficient, dictating while I was present to confirm the issue I present, history and medical treatment being provided to me. I hope I don’t require any more urgent care services while vacationing but if I do I would definitely go back.

First the staff is friendly, very kind and attentive! That I found was unusual due to the fact of rudeness everywhere else. I found it very refreshing. The doctor listened to my concerns and was validating and explained the medication. ( I pulled my back and could not bend nor sit down) I was able to pick an appointment on line. It was much better than the other urgent cares in the community. I will go there again if needed in a crisis. I would highly recommend this facility.

Needed to see a doctor, went into this Prime health location in port charlotte, not sure what to expect with wait time, doctors etc. The first thing you notice right away is the cleanliness. We were greeted immediately by the receptionist (Haley), the paper works was minimal and easy to follow. We hardly had a wait, less than 10 minutes and we were promptly taken back by a medical assistant (Kayla). From triage to being seen by the Doctor was less and 5 minutes. The doctor ( Dr. Espinel ) was extremely thorough with his assessment of my complaints and treated me right away. The entire experience was one that is hard to find these days, refreshing, positive and friendly! I hope I don’t need to go back but if I do I will do so with confidence and calmness in knowing I will be properly and professionally taken care of. I wish I could give 100 stars! I appreciate all 3 of you who helped me this evening!

So grateful that Doctor Espinel has this urgent care available to the community!!! He is AWESOME! He is so keen and attuned to individuals coming in and needing URGENT health. I believe he did his residency or some of his internship at Mount Sinai, in NYC which is supposed to be a top notch hospital. (I'm originally from NYC so would know the local info.) We're lucky to have such an accomplished professional. The staff right from the Daniella at the front desk had an enormous amount of patience as I was sick and kept asking the same question over and over and over again. Even I knew I was obnoxious ( not wanting to, but that's what happens when we are not at our best.) Then Leann, who is a medical assistant was competent, professional and also super kind. I felt deathly I'll but dragged myself here as per my primary doctor's office instructions. Leann took all the vitals and took down all the important information and made me feel comfortable in what is probably 1 of the most uncomfortable times in one's life!!! Thank you immensely Dr. Espinel, Leann and Daniella!!!! Port Charlotte, North Port and the nearby areas are blessed to have such competent and courteous professionals taking care of us in our time of need!

I highly recommend PrimeHealth Urgent Care in Port Charlotte! I was able to book an appointment as a new patient online very easily, and it was within 2 hours from booking. I then called to ensure my appointment was booked & when greeted on the phone, the person was very helpful & quick to confirm the appointment for me. Upon arrival, it was quick & painless to get everything done and all of the staff were very friendly & professional, and I was made to feel extremely comfortable. This is my first time at this urgent care and I had a great experience. Staff was pleasant and friendly, Kayla and Daniella were great. Service was quick and professional. $155 to see the doctor, which is typical for this area. Doctor was great, I didn't feel rushed he took the time to listen to me and understand the situation. The best thing though was that meds are available on site. In my situation I needed 2 different antibiotics. Both were available on site, no waiting for it to be sent to the pharmacy or going to pick it up, which was awesome. Prices were good too, it was about the same as you would pay at the pharmacy when using a good RX discount card. Cheaper than going to the pharmacy and paying full price. (Not sure how it would work out with insurance, I was self-pay). Best urgent care in this area. Way better than MD Now.

Went in for a fractured ankle did not want to deal with a hospital ER. Great choice waiting time was not bad at all. Everyone from the receptionist to the Nursing assistant to Dr. Espinel was fantastic. Had xrays taken there and had results within 15 minutes. Had a small fracture in my ankle bone and they fitted me with a walking boot right away. I would definitely go back there.

The process on getting my daughter seen was easy and painless. The nurse at the front even came out and pass out stickers to make my daughter smile. Went in to the new PrimeHealth Urgent Care today for sore throat and fever. Haley at the front desk was very kind and welcoming. Leann was the MA and she was very kind and personable as well. I was seen very quickly by the doctor and was out with in 30 minutes with meds for my symptoms. Very clean facility and convenient now that the MedExpress in Port Charlotte is permanently closed. Everyone in this office is super! KAYLA was very thorough in taking down my medical history and recording my current symptoms. Dr Espinel was also thorough in his review of my complaints, After a couple of screenings were ordered, a prescription was sent to my pharmacy. Hopefully, I'm on my way to feeling better. Kayla the MA was very nice and professional. She was thorough in gathering all the right information. The doctor was very knowledgeable and diagnosed me immediately. He was very concerned about getting me the right treatment ASAP. The facility is super clean and you can tell the attention to things like patient comfort and care. Even the chairs in the waiting area were super comfortable with arms which made it easy for me to sit in and get up from seeing I just had hip replacement surgery. Will return if ever needed.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I went in not feeling well, with two young children, ages of seven months and two, so I really needed to be in and out. They were fast, efficient, professional, and extremely friendly. I had my results in less than 10 minutes. I would recommend this urgent care to everyone I know and will be coming back if Urgent care services are necessary again.

Brand new facility. Leann is a jack of all trades. Greeted me and handled all my paperwork with great efficiency and ease. Took my vitals while I waited for the PA, Dr. Pedro. He listened to my complaints, made suggestions and followed through with appropriate testing. Very pleased with services rendered. If I must return, this is my urgent care of choice!

Cannot rave enough about this place. I went in this morning for the first time after dealing with back spasms and pain. The place is clean and new, I loved that they had air purifiers throughout since we are dealing with so many illnesses in the area. The front desk staff, the assistants, the medical practitioners, all were extremely efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. There are other urgent cares in this area that you could not pay me to go to. It is incredibly comforting to know that we now have another option when our primary care cannot get us seen urgently. This place is next level good!

As soon I entered the facility, I was greeted with a smile from the front receptionist Jessica. She was very sweet, professional and very empathetic. After finishing the new patient packet, Dave (MA) took all my vitals; he took his time to take notes on all my symptoms and was also very helpful and understanding. Martina(Physician) was very knowledgeable, kind, and concerned for my well-being. Starting from the front staff to the back, they listens to their patients, and as a result has a sense of the “whole” person. This, in turn, affords a great doctor/patient relationship and leads to effective diagnoses and treatments for patients. I highly recommend this facility. To anyone who is looking for a great service from MA’s to Physicians who sincerely care about there patients Prime Health in Port Charlotte is the place to go. PrimeHealth in Port Charlotte is the best urgent care clinic I have ever visited. I called ahead and Jessica said it was not busy and no appointment would be necessary. When I met her at the desk she was friendly, welcoming and efficient. The costs were explained and I paid by credit card before the visit and then confirmed before leaving that no additional charges were due. I received all the documents I would need to submit to my Canadian insurance company. The wait was short. Dave, who took my vitals and history, was efficient and appropriately humorous. Taylor diagnosed my bronchitis and sent prescriptions to my preferred pharmacy which were ready when I arrived there. He explained the reasons for the prescriptions and dosages and also discussed some nutritional and holistic approaches which has never been done for me before at an urgent care clinic. This was much appreciated. If I need urgent care in Port Charlotte again, PrimeHealth would be my only choice. Last winter while here I had occasion to visit a different clinic, and by comparison, PrimeHealth is far superior.

Such an awesome walk in. The receptionist was so welcoming and friendly. My son went in with an ear infection and we were seen almost immediately. Waited about 5 min after paperwork was done. Once all his vitals were taken the Dr came in 2 min later, checked out his ears and confirmed what it was and sent the script to the pharmacy. I was there, including paperwork a total of 30 min in and out. Fantastic! So attentive and efficient.

I came here on a Saturday afternoon expecting to have to wait a bit. Not at all, just had to fill out a few forms and saw doctor Espinel as soon as I completed them. Doctor was very friendly and thorough,asking many questions about past history before drawing a conclusion on diagnosis. He sent prescription right over to my pharmacy. Place was clean and receptionist was friendly as well. I would definitely recommend this urgent care as it checked all boxes for me, not to mention their location is very convenient. I was very impressed with the staff and the care that I received at this facility. Kayla was the triage nurse and Taylor was the doctor or nurse practitioner. There was a little bit of a wait, but they kept updating us and telling us the reason for it and how much longer it would be. They were very caring and gentle and pleasant to deal with even though it was late in the day and they probably were tired. After a google search I decided to use this office for an impacted ear canal. The entire staff was friendly, courteous and explained everything to me. I was expecting a lot of paperwork due to being a new patient but it wasn’t to bad at all. The nurse finished asking my medical history on her IPad which was quick and easy. Dr Chad came in minutes after the nurse was through and explained what would be done. After the treatment Dr Chad explained that due to my hearing aid I needed to clean my ears to prevent this problem from recurring. I highly recommend this Urgent Care facility and when needed I will be back. Thank you for the great care!!

If you’re looking for an urgent care facility, this one is pretty top notch. As it’s only been open for 8 weeks, it’s not that busy, so you won’t be waiting long to see the doctor. The patient in front of me was a bit long and nurse Kayla kept me informed that it would not be much longer. I loved that. They have great info about pricing for self pay patients as well. The facility was very clean and smelled good. Air conditioning was great too, would kick in full blast, which I like. Leann at the front desk was very helpful with providing a referral for a pulmonologist. All-in-all, this place was great. Would recommend if you don’t want to wait hours for your appointment at another urgent care.

The clinic looks so new, clean and organized. The staffs are friendly. I have a bad sinus issue during allergy season so I stopped by here to check up. Dr Espinel is really nice, patiently and gives me a prescription. Now I am using his prescription on second day and I feel so so so much better. Needed to see a doctor, went into this Prime health location in port charlotte, not sure what to expect with wait time, doctors etc. The first thing you notice right away is the cleanliness. We were greeted immediately by the receptionist (Haley), the paper works was minimal and easy to follow. We hardly had a wait, less than 10 minutes and we were promptly taken back by a medical assistant (Kayla). From triage to being seen by the Doctor was less and 5 minutes. The doctor ( Dr. Espinel ) was extremely thorough with his assessment of my complaints and treated me right away. The entire experience was one that is hard to find these days, refreshing, positive and friendly! I hope I don’t need to go back but if I do I will do so with confidence and calmness in knowing I will be properly and professionally taken care of. I wish I could give 100 stars! I appreciate all 3 of you who helped me this evening!

So grateful that Doctor Espinel has this urgent care available to the community!!! He is AWESOME! He is so keen and attuned to individuals coming in and needing URGENT health. I believe he did his residency or some of his internship at Mount Sinai, in NYC which is supposed to be a top notch hospital. (I'm originally from NYC so would know the local info.) We're lucky to have such an accomplished professional. The staff right from the Daniella at the front desk had an enormous amount of patience as I was sick and kept asking the same question over and over and over again. Even I knew I was obnoxious ( not wanting to, but that's what happens when we are not at our best.) Then Leann, who is a medical assistant was competent, professional and also super kind. I felt deathly I'll but dragged myself here as per my primary doctor's office instructions. Leann took all the vitals and took down all the important information and made me feel comfortable in what is probably 1 of the most uncomfortable times in one's life!!! Thank you immensely Dr. Espinel, Leann and Daniella!!!! Port Charlotte, North Port and the nearby areas are blessed to have such competent and courteous professionals taking care of us in our time of need!

I highly recommend PrimeHealth Urgent Care in Port Charlotte! I was able to book an appointment as a new patient online very easily, and it was within 2 hours from booking. I then called to ensure my appointment was booked & when greeted on the phone, the person was very helpful & quick to confirm the appointment for me. Upon arrival, it was quick & painless to get everything done and all of the staff were very friendly & professional, and I was made to feel extremely comfortable. This is my first time at this urgent care and I had a great experience. Staff was pleasant and friendly, Kayla and Daniella were great. Service was quick and professional. $155 to see the doctor, which is typical for this area. Doctor was great, I didn't feel rushed he took the time to listen to me and understand the situation. The best thing though was that meds are available on site. In my situation I needed 2 different antibiotics. Both were available on site, no waiting for it to be sent to the pharmacy or going to pick it up, which was awesome. Prices were good too, it was about the same as you would pay at the pharmacy when using a good RX discount card. Cheaper than going to the pharmacy and paying full price. (Not sure how it would work out with insurance, I was self-pay). Best urgent care in this area. Way better than MD Now.

Went in for a fractured ankle did not want to deal with a hospital ER. Great choice waiting time was not bad at all. Everyone from the receptionist to the Nursing assistant to Dr. Espinel was fantastic. Had xrays taken there and had results within 15 minutes. Had a small fracture in my ankle bone and they fitted me with a walking boot right away. I would definitely go back there.

My daughter wasn’t feeling well and I took her to PrimeHealth , and when you walked in i was immediately greeted with a smile on how they can help . The process on getting my daughter seen was easy and painless. The nurse at the front even came out and pass out stickers to make my daughter smile. Kayla the MA was very nice and professional. She was thorough in gathering all the right information. The doctor was very knowledgeable and diagnosed me immediately. He was very concerned about getting me the right treatment ASAP. The facility is super clean and you can tell the attention to things like patient comfort and care. Even the chairs in the waiting area were super comfortable with arms which made it easy for me to sit in and get up from seeing I just had hip replacement surgery. Will return if ever needed.

Very friendly, caring and helpful staff. Visited the facility in Port Charlotte. The wait time was not very long. I was very happy with the PA that saw me. He took the necessary time with me to determine the best route of care. If needed again we will not hesitate to go back.

I have never experienced a medical office where the entire wait and backlog was due to reception rather than the medical team. Furthermore,.I had an appointment but wasn't seen until over an hour and a half after my scheduled time. This was not due to urgent cases needing to be seen ahead of me. This was because the receptionist took over an hour to enter my insurance into the system. Lastly, the receptionist did not know how to handle my insurance because I am out of state. This is mind-blowing, considering where you are located and the number of out of state patients you likely see. I have a nationwide plan which is not limited to a single state. Furthermore, I found this clinic by searching for a provider through my insurance plan. After over an hour of waiting, I approached to ask for information and was told that she needed to call my insurance company for confirmation of our of state coverage. She knew this, knew that I had been waiting, had this information and did not call for confirmation - instead she got distracted and failed to follow up or to ask me any questions directly. I finally informed her that I had gotten the clinic name from my insurance company. She did not confirm this,.took me at my word, and I finished entering my intake information while in stood at the counter waiting. I have truly never experienced this level of either incompetence, lack of focus, and complete inability to prioritize responsibilities at a medical office. It certainly does not instill confidence in the quality of .medical treatment when that is the first experience with clinic staff. Lastly, I was genuinely alarmed by the lack of precautions taken to ensure patient safety. The waiting area is tiny with not enough seats and there were numerous patients coming and going who were visibly and audibly very ill, sneezing and coughing in very close proximity to other patients. This is the best clinic I’ve ever went to. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and generally cared. I’ve had horrible experiences in the past with clinic visits. PA Taylor Campbell went above and beyond to help me, it was refreshing to be taken care of in such manor. Thank you Prime health urgent care for hiring the best of the best.

I made an appointment and was taken in early! Quick paperwork at front with the kindest nurses and then Dr Chad in the back was very quick and efficient and had me in and out with my prescriptions on the way. 9 hours later and I already feel a bit better. Very very happy and will be returning if needed.

I had a very good experience at Prime on Monday, June 3rd. I went in for an infection, the staff was nice, I paid my fee and was seen about 15 minutes later. Rooms were small but brand new and clean. I saw a PA or NP, infection verified, prescription sent in to my pharmacy and away I went. Good experience. I will definitely go back as needed.

The staff and Dr. Ramos were excellent during my visit. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating. Excellent experience. Would recommend. Kind, caring, and professional. Wait time was not long.

The provider was very caring, listening to my problem and very thorough. The front desk was friendly and efficient on the computer and did my vitals. The provider gave me a solution and we would come back there again next winter when we’re in Florida.

The receptionist/nurse was very nice and friendly. The doctor was full of compassion. She took her time and explained what was wrong with my ear. The appointment was quick and thorough. Wonderful place to go for an unexpected ear infection on a Sunday. So glad they were open.

Nurse practitioner diagnosed virus and prescribed cough suppressant and fluids. NP more interested in addressing panic attacks of past. Have had fever 101-102 x 3 more days. Now seeking care at Venice urgent care because PCP unavailable next 4 days.

Highly recommend! Small clean efficient office. Was able to get in quickly, was there less than an hour with all needed meds phoned in to the pharmacy. Meds started doing there thing same day. I found Doc Ruiz (PA) sensible and down to earth. Thanks Doc

they were really kind to my two year old when she was sick, they provided a color sheet in the waiting room which she loved and the nurses and doctor made her experience fun and less nerve racking since she was already in so much pain

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The wait was not bad at all, and the place was clean! The only thing that I didn’t like was the waiting area was very small and you were really cozy with sick people, so I just asked to stay in the car and that was totally fine thank you!

I thought my toe was broken and I received excellent care!! The entire staff was caring and kind and professional! I got X-rays and got the results right away and it was relieved to know it wasn’t broken.
