If you are someone who gets Botox or fillers and they don’t last, don’t give up on the product. Give up your provider! Don't let them tell you that your metabolism is breaking it down faster. Tristen and her team at true medical aesthetics are wonderful and knowledgeable. The spa is such a calming atmosphere and everyone there is so warm and welcoming! I have been getting body tone treatments from them to help strengthen my core which is happening tremendously with my lower back pain. I have been dealing with this pain for about 12 years now and tried many various treatments from chiropractic to medications and nothing has given me as much sustained relief as body tone has!

I recently visited true medical anesthetics and was absolutely blown away by the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and professional staff who made me feel comfortable and valued. The atmosphere is serene and inviting, with every detail designed to enhance relaxation and luxury. I chose to do laser hair removal as well as tattoo removal and the results exceeded my expectations! The nurse, Maddy was incredibly skilled, using the latest techniques and high-quality products. The procedure was painless, and I felt at ease throughout the entire process. I’m thrilled with my experience at true medical aesthetics and will definitely be returning for future treatments!

Over the past few months I have been treated at True Medical for Bodytone! As the summer continues I have nothing but great things to say about my results. Starting this treatment I was hesitant, but there is no pain and the benefits exceeded all expectations! I look forward to starting another round of the service in the fall to maintain my results!

I recently came in to have some pigmentation on my face removed. Maddy was wonderful at easing my anxiety and i didn’t feel a thing, as the weeks go on I have noticed how much lighter the spots are. This place is 10/10. It took a lot of research to pick a place i felt confident in getting any treatment for my under eyes, but I'm so glad i picked this place. Even though it was a 2 hours drive from Rhode island, I would definitely do it again. I did 3 sessions of PRF under eye to help with my dark circles and sunken eyes and i couldn't be happier with the results. Tristen and her team are so sweet, professional and knowledgeable. 100% recommend :)

Tristen is knowledgeable and professional. She took time to explain long term skincare health, did not pressure me into any treatments and was straightforward with expected results. She is a wonderful listener and did not suggest extra treatments/costs. Nicole made me feel at ease by being transparent about pricing and assisting Tristen. Love it here. This is my second time coming to True Medical Aesthetics and I couldn’t be happier. I came for a touch up on my lip filler which I had done previously. Tristen makes sure you are comfortable the entire time and talks you through everything she’s doing. I will definitely be back as they offer an abundance of different procedures and products. Look forward to returning.

These women are educated, knowledgeable, clean, professional, comforting, helpful, warm and understanding. They make it a fun, relaxing experience. They are patient and happy to answer all my questions. They are private and confidential. The most important point is that they deliver real, amazing results! I came in for a service and was greeted by a two lovely women named Nicole and Tristen, the owner. Nicole was treating me for the day and was very attentive, answered any and all questions I had in regards to the procedures taking place. Her attention to detail throughout the process was second to none. Eased any concerns I may have had going into the appointment and when the procedures were complete. I highly recommend True for anyone looking to enhance their health and beauty. Ask for Nicole!!

I have been just run down between work, being a mom of 3 and helping my husband with his business. I needed something so I made an appointment for a Vitamin IV Infusion. I meet with Shelley the Medical Director who was so warm and welcoming! Tristen, the spa's owner met me at the reception desk with a warm smile and walked me to the IV room which is so cozy!!! I felt like I could stay there forever. The whole treatment felt like I was with friends in my livingroom! Today I woke up feeling completely revived and my brain fog was completely GONE!!! I would absolutely recommend this spa and any of thier treatments!

This is my GO-TO for my cosmetic treatments. This whole practice is built on HONESTY. It is so hard to find people in the aesthetic industry who are truly out for YOUR BEST INTEREST. Tristen and her team delivers flawless results time after time again. Even though I moved to Massachusetts I drive all the way back to see True. Thank you wont even begin to cover it. Trust Tristen. There is no one more transparent in this industry than Tristen. She is not only an expert in her field, but she is also a person who will guide your aesthetics journey with care and compassion. My results with the BodySculpt machine have been absolutely incredible! I have lost inches and seen a massive increase in tone and definition in my abdomen -- and I am not even through with my treatment regimen. The best part about BodySculpt is that is has led me to make healthier choices in my overall wellness and fitness. It has served as a major motivator for me to eat well and exercise. I feel better in my skin already and I cannot wait to explore other products and services!

If you haven’t been to this spa, you need to go! The environment is so serene and beautiful. Tristen is seriously a skin goddess and the best around. She doesn’t want to just take your money. Your skin and making you look naturally beautiful is her goal. Anytime I’ve had Botox, I get a droopy eyelid. Tristen is the only who has been able to get it right. You must go and try for yourself!!

Kristina sets up all my appointments and makes sure I can fit it into my schedule! On top of getting my lips done, they let you know about ALL specials and deal on services and products! Tristen is an amazing clinician…she knows her stuff and is always giving you recommendations to look your best self without being pushy. I love this place. I use the skincare products that were recommended to me by the wonderful staff here. They answered all my questions and made me so comfortable.They really care about their clients. It is very convenient that they use text and phone calls to communicate. I recommend this place to anybody I know! I have had 2 mini aquagold facials here, and each time, Tristen has taken her time to explain the process. She is amazing and so great at what she does. She really takes my skincare goals seriously.

Hands down the BEST MedSpa I have EVER been to! Upon entering TRUE Medical Aesthetics I was automatically transported to an Elegant and Zen Atmosphere leaving behind the hustle and bustle of the outside world. Tristen (RN-Owner) is so kind and knowledgeable, explained everything in detail to maximize results and support my journey. As a 50+yr old I opted for the Microneedling package to address visible signs of aging and it has been a game changer! Some of the amazing results I experienced: Tightening of the skin, erased fine lines and wrinkles, tighter/smaller pores, diminished acne scarring and eliminated hyperpigmentation. I am extremely happy with my results and have come back many times for other services including laser hair removal, dermaplaning and hydro-jelly mask facials with equally talented, kind and results driven Cassie, TRUE’s lead aesthetician. I can’t wait to go back to try some other services and join their new membership program. 5 STAR services/results!

Let’s just say True Medical is truly amazing. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting with Cassie for treatments as well as the owner Tristen! My husband also came in for treatments from both Cassie and Tristen ! And he felt so comfortable and welcomed each time. The calming and relaxing atmosphere is everything ! Tristen is knowledgeable, kind, and truly listens to your needs/wants. She thoroughly explains the procedure and is honest about what the results will be. On a side note; as an infection prevention nurse I was very impressed with the attention to detail that Tristen applies to her spa to assure the health and wellbeing of her clients.

Cannot say enough about Avon’s newest med spa, true medical aesthetics… it’s simply divine! The space is beautiful and welcoming. The staff is exceptionally friendly. If I were to say that my first time at True Medical Aesthetics was the best experience ever, that would be an understatement. I can’t begin to put into words how amazing my experience was. As a postpartum mom, my body and skin have gone through the wringer. Tristen was very knowledgeable on which procedures were best suited for me. She answered all my questions and came up with a plan moving forward. After just one microneedling treatment I can see a difference in the texture of my skin. Thank you for making me feel more confident and I can’t wait to see the final results.

Wow! I am literally blown away by the amazing customer service from start to finish here!!! I messaged this place and They got me in the next day. From the minute i walked in the whole vibe was of this place is amazing! They have the sweetest, most attentive & welcoming staff ever! Their office is impeccably decorated but most importantly-clean! I’m so happy I found them… it’s for sure going to be my one stop shop. I’ll never have to go any where else for fillers/botox or ZO obagi skincare again! BTW the Nurse who did my injections was also so sweet, gentle and honest- which I really appreciate! She listened to my every concern. Most of all I’m in love with my results! You guys are definitely one of the best Med-Spa’s I’ve been to!!! Thank you and I’ll definitely be back!!!

The owner and staff are extremely friendly. Such a relaxing and comforting environment. I love how process for the treatments are explained and not performed unless you are comfortable. Once started they make sure you are still comfortable. I was pleased that their concern was making me feel better about myself and not finishing a treatment to receive a buck. Polite conversation at appropriate times. For me, getting my service performed to my liking is more important than having to talk during whole procedure. They know how to balance service with conversation. I am excited for my next session!
