Dr. Patel did an amazing job with my fillers! Also loved her personality. All of the ladies in the office were so nice and helpful. Having really bad anxiety made me nervous but felt really comfortable there after a few minutes with them. Thanks again!!!

Hands down the kindest and most knowledgeable doctor in the Philadelphia area. Not to mention Dr.Patel’s staff is super friendly and helpful post surgery which has been great. An easy five stars. ??

Great Staff. Awesome Doc. Clean office. What I like about the team is their honesty. They don’t sell the moon and the stars they set realistic expectations. From the front office admin to the nurses and doctors everyone is super nice and welcoming. Would certainly refer business to them any day of the week.

I had an amazing experience with the Smart Lipo procedure. Everyone in the office is fabulous to work with and Jen helped me so much throughout my procedure . Dr Patel was super nice and great to work with . I highly recommend center for smart Lipo

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent!!!! Dr. Patel is extremely knowledgeable! I highly recommend her. She walks you through the procedure and answers all questions and concerns very kindly. Her office staff is also prompt and kind.

I love love love this place. I’m so happy I decided to come here for my weight loss journey. Every one is wonderful and helpful. I also love the facial and chemical peels that I’m getting to clear up my skin I definitely see and improvement in my face and weight. Loss 10ths in 1month by the way !!! So happy!!???

Words can't even express how grateful I am for Dr. Patel and her staff. She has done wonders for me making me feel so youthful! I've had many procedures done there with many successes! On December 28, 2022, I went to Center for SmartLipo & Plastic Surgery in Langhorne. I had smartlipo procedure done on my double chin and on the top part of my abdomen. The receptionists were very nice, caring, polite and made me feel welcomed. Dr. Patel, does wonderful work. I am very satisfied with my results.

I just had my second round of lipo by Dr. Patel. She always does an absolutely amazing job. I was completely satisfied with results from my first procedure. I am currently healing from my second, and can already see major improvements in my body shape. Dr. Patel is wonderful in providing the best patient aftercare and achieving better than expected results. The office staff are also outstanding. I have no complaints at all.

I was very nervous about cosmetic procedures, but the office is so welcoming and understanding. Stacie, Jen, and Erica are so amazing! They make you feel like you are part of their family. Dr. Shapiro did a fantastic job on my eyelift, he made me look years younger, but still myself! Dr. Patel does my botox and she listens to my concerns and gives me exactly what I am looking for. I love that she explains everything and cares about what the patient wants. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Growing up I was a very skinny girl and kids at school would even make fun of me. Six years ago, after my pregnancy, I gained so much weight and could not lose it no matter what I did. I was diagnosed with diastasis recti and it was giving me a lot of pain. I became depressed, ashamed of my body, and my marriage was not doing so well, until I found Center for Smartlipo. I had a complementary consultation with Dr. Patel and she explained everything about the procedure and what I should expect after it. I am now 4 months post procedure and looking great again. My bulging belly/stomach decreased a lot and the pain from the diastasis recti is much less. I am very happy with the results! Thank you Dr Patel, Jen, Erica, and all the staff at Center for Smartlipo.

I came in for a consultation for a refreshed look. Janine suggested a CO2 laser. I instantly felt comfortable with her she was not only friendly she is caring and very knowledgeable. Best advice **** It not only tightened my jaw line ,I got mor than I asked for. It closed my pores refreshed my face and my neck. She even gives you her cell phone number after you do a procedure with her to make sure that if you have any questions or concerns you can reach her. She’s wonderful and you will be amazed at your results. Thank you Janine ! PS the staff is GREAT! Paige Stewart

I am a guy who had a large area of fat under my armpit area (on both sides). The technical term for the area is called the Axilla. No matter what I did at the gym, I couldn't get rid of the fat in this area. It didn't look good, but more importantly, the pocket of fat caused excessive sweating. This caused an issue when doing presentations at work. Having never experienced lipo before, I bit the bullet and decided to take the plunge. I am glad that I did. The doctor was able to debulk the area of fat under my arms. She "blended" the fat removal into my pectoral area. I now have pecks that look like Ive been hitting the gym for months - and I have them for life (not the goal, but it sure is a bonus). I can now put my arms down comfortably by my side, and most importantly, I have stopped sweating. I should have done this a long time ago. Guys, one bit of advice...at the time of writing this review, shaving your chest hair is not a requirement for this surgery. But I highly recommend you do since you will be bandaged up for a few days; post surgery. Even though the tiny incisions will be mostly "under your arm pit", the gauze and medical tape will extend beyond that area. Medical tape + chest hair = not fun. Hopefully you can learn from my mistake. If you have the same pocket of fat under your arms that I did, and you want great pecks for the rest of your life, I highly suggest the Center for Smart Lipo. Get it done. You'll be glad that you did.

Don’t let the name, "Center for Smart Lipo", let you think that this is all that is done to perfection. I am a nurse and scientist so I researched many different plastic surgeons in order to have a face and neck lift. After researching for a couple of years, traveling through NJ, VA, NC, and NY, including Manhattan; I selected Dr. Shapiro out of Langhorne, PA. There are many reasons why I chose him to be my surgeon. We all are nervous when we think of undergoing surgery knowing that we only have one face and once chance to have it done well. There are many reasons that I chose Dr. Shapiro to perform my face and neck lift. I have been seeing a physician for many years and she had her facelift done by Dr. Shapiro. I saw the results not just 1 month after surgery, but it has been several years and she continues looks amazing. When physicians choose another physician to perform surgery on them, that is a wonderful reference!! Dr. Shapiro has a mild “bedside” manner. He is gentle and calming while being excellent at his technique. The office staff is also knowledgeable. He and his nurse prepared me very well and on the day of the surgery, they assisted me through all the steps and prepared me for the healing weeks ahead. At the end of 2 weeks, I was able to attend a seminar and no one was the wiser. By 3 weeks, I was out shopping when a woman that I didn’t know commented how beautiful my skin and complexion were. Friends that don’t know I have had surgery have commented that my skin looks radiant and have asked what am I doing differently? :) Lastly, I am a single mother and professional doing it on my own. I was able to find the perfect surgeon in PA without the NY prices. You shouldn’t have to take out a second mortgage to do something special for yourself. Feel free to do your research and take into consideration not just the before and after pictures, but assess the staff, the location, the pricing, and the professional TLC that you are given. I first came to Center for Smart Lipo for Vivace skin treatments with the aesthetician, Janine. I loved it so much that I came back for my Botox and fillers with Dr. Patel, who is the most knowledgable and gentle injector I’ve been to. I also had a neck lift with Dr. Shapiro a few months ago that has made me look more youthful but still natural at the same time. I get so many compliments and will continue going to Center for Smart Lipo for all my aesthetic needs!

I am so happy to have found Dr. Patel and the Center for Smart Lipo. I can’t thank her enough for giving me my dream body! The way she contoured me gave me the exact curves I was looking for. She also defined my jawline and chin. I really wish I knew about Smart Lipo before wasting my time and money on Coolsculpting in the past which did nothing for me. I have seen Dr. Patel twice now. I love going to her office and being greeted by her staff. Both times i went to see her was for Botox. And each time I've walked away loving my experience / results! She is extremely through in answering any of my concerns and questions and truly cares about how you feel about the end results. Definitely going back when I need a touch up!

Very ethical practice. Caring and considerate staff. I had the face-lift and am astounded at the results.Dr. Shapiro promised "the WOW" and delivered the "WOWWEE". I also had the RFI and laser by Jeanine. Another WOWWEE. I recommend this practice to everyone looking stunning results.

From the moment you walk in you feel amazing , all the staff are absolutely amazing and make you feel so comfortable and welcomed. I would recommend getting all your work done here 10/10 . Dr.Patel was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to meet my expectations. I got arm and knee liposuction and was shocked at my results ! I travelled from Toronto Canada to do this procedure and cannot explain how happy iam with the experience and results !

I had a lipoma removed from my lower abdomen by Dr. Goldfarb assisted by Stacie. I am so pleased with the results and had a great overall experience. I need to be on baby aspirin for another health issue and the whole team worked with my neurosurgeon to figure out the best possible amount of time for me to be off baby aspirin for the lipoma removal without putting me at risk for other health problems. Each staff person I interacted with at Smart Lipo was friendly and thorough. They helped put me at ease. I highly recommemd them as they provide excellent care.

The people here are so sweet and genuinely caring! I had an anxiety attack and needed to reschedule my appointment, and they were understanding of what I was going through and absolutely helped me out with calming me down. They listen to you, they care for you, absolutely go here!!!!!!

I go to Janine for tattoo removal and she is AMAZING. You are completely numb and don't feel a thing. I've had tattoo removal before, without numbing, and it's the most painful experience. Janine makes sure you're comfortable and fully numbed for the laser. If you need tattoo removal and are avoiding it because of the pain, GO HERE! No other places in the area numb you like Center for SmartLipo, so definitely make an appointment if you're looking to get a tattoo removed and don't want to feel the pain of the laser!

First off, The staff and doctors are AMAZING!!!! It's been exactly 6 weeks since my Chin and Arm Lipo. My results are amazing and I healed perfectly, no issues what so ever Dr. Patel and her staff are AWESOME ???

I am a patient of the center for smart lipo and I can’t rave enough about it! I had breast reduction surgery five years ago and was left with side breast fat pockets. I was very self conscious of it and hated myself in tank tops and bathing suits because of it.after my consultation with Dr. Patel and her assistant Jen I decided to get smart lipo. I am so happy with my results only one month later that I can’t wait until I’m fully healed in 6 months because Dr. Patel informed me that it takes 6 months for full results; I can’t imagine how I can look even better but I’m excited to see. Dr. Patel and Jen were so knowledgeable and so helpful in every way... I was so scared on procedure day but they made me feel so comfortable and welcome that all my fears went away. I love the way they make me feel special every time I see them. I’m looking forward to many more procedures done by Dr. Patel and my girl Jen. I would also like to mention how affordable they make it for anyone’s budget. Love you guys!!
