Dr. OTERO and his assiatant YOUSIF WERE amazing with dad and his spinal problems! They spent a great deal of time reviewing reports and sharing information about his diagnosis. They also provided all the treatment options and connected him to PT as well. We are very happy and comfortable with their level of knowledge and compassion.

Excellent experience from the beginning, from the first meeting with an PA and receiving suggestions from her that helped with my extreme pain issues. The shockwave tech Adil was awesome I really appreciate his help and experience. Zehra PA was connected with my pain issues and I received excellent advice and feel hopeful that I will be receiving great medical treatment

I have had the best experience at Specialty Medical Center- Pain clinic. Being in constant pain is such a terrible way of life. I feel like the entire office and everyone I have encountered genuinely cares and that is hard to come by. Tammy, the Operations Officer, is extremely empathetic and so kind. She truly cares for the entire office but also the patients. Pain is hard to explain, hard to live with, but I do feel heard here. Thank you to all!

Super nice people, especially my technician Karmen. She takes care of me really well and always asks if I have any questions. She is super friendly and kind. Everyone at the clinic is kind and they all do a super good job at making sure I understand everything. I’ve been doing laser therapy for a couple weeks now and it’s been a good experience.

This was my first time doing shockwave therapy and Ive been doing it for a few months now. It has helped with alot of my pain. One of the shockwave therapist Karmen is always nice and welcoming; making sure I am better than when I came in.

Dr and staff was very pleasant and friendly to me. They provided me a back brace that I never received from any of my previous doctors...I really appreciate the time the doctor took for my care plan and made me feel comfortable enough to come back for anything..I also like that I don't have to travel to different doctors cause they have everything in their facility... thank you so much for caring for me and showing great concerns for me.

Professional and personable. Really glad I found this establishment. Ms Raven, the receptionist, is always smiling and eager to help. She is a breath of fresh air. My Shock Therapist, William, is always on time, informative and very gentle. Dr Dua is very down to earth and doesn't rush when she sees you. Hannah, the range of motion tech, is efficient and has the calmest energy. Ebrahem, the secretary, has a smile that makes everything better. I so appreciate the quality of service that I have received here.

Wondwerful staff. Lena, Rasha, Nichole, Tammy, Ibrahim, Raven, Maria, Dua to name a few. SHAFI, HUSSAIN THE THERAPIST, ZUBAIR AND ELIJAH THE THERAPISTS ALL OF THEM AND THE DOCTORS ARE JUST AWSOME. i cant say enough. Man i wish i know how they choose to hire employees. In sterling hgts Erin and Josh are great. Dr. BASHIR is just wonderful. I whole heartedly recomend that facilities to everyone to try without a doubt.

Specialty Medical Center Pain Management Dearborn is very professional / polite from the time you open the door starting with the receptionist Raven. Justin the chiropractor is very nice and always smiling professional and has a great personality!! All the way down to the check out point with Karen and Abe!! You will definitely leave feeling pain free with just how nice the staff is!!

This medical center is awesome fantastic customer service they make you feel like family I was recently in a car accident broken ribs and a punctured lung and I honestly can tell you the medical care that was giving to me here was amazing especially shockwave therapy they put me back on my feet ?? I live a hour away from this place and it's worth the travel ???

Well, what can I say or where should I start? First of all the staff members are the best from top to bottom words do not do them just they are friendly helpful and kind to all the patients I look forward to my appointment each and every time because of the staff members' treatment they are hard-working and professional. I will recommend anybody to come to the clinic because they go far and beyond treatment, they take customer service to a new level and I appreciate that.

I recommend the Specialty Medical Center for all your pain management and physical therapy needs! I have never been to a pain management center that is as efficient and effective as this pain management center! From the moment you arrive you are treated as a valued member not some number or money bag. You will receive the best medical treatment, advice, and will leave knowing more than what you came in with about your pain and how it will be managed! Don’t go years like I did and try all of the Big gimmicks meaning hospitals like Beaumont or Henry Ford! If you’re like me, you don’t want people continuing to say that a surgery will fix this! Not here, they will help you manage your pain without surgery but with pain management! When you are pain free don’t thank me after you read this. Tell your story!
