This place is the most gentle atmosphere yet, the dental techs/assistant are thee backbones of this establishment. My twins are comfortable and completely fearless coming into their office. This dental practice is the very best I’ve experienced. Samantha is the lead dental assistance who has mastered gently doing temporary and permanent crowns. Painless! Doctor McLeod is so caring and knowledgeable including fixing problems resulting from my own doing or neglect. Susan is an excellent office manager making sure everything is handled professionally and just makes you feel treated well. Daniella is very thorough to listen and relay messages accurately to the office staff. Go there and you’ll be glad!!

I moved to the Spring area earlier this year from out of state and needed a new dentist for regular dental work and for special needs. I found Gentle Dental Care thru my insurance and was very pleased with the overall service and care that was given to me. Both the dental hygienist Arlene and the dentist Dr. Chan were very cordial and professional. I look forward to my next visit.

We love Gentle Dental Care! Dr. Le has been our family dentist since 2010. She treated me during my middle school days- during and after braces, and now my two sons (age 4 & 2!) are seeing her too. She is an excellent dentist- so kind, gentle, and thorough. We love her and the office staff!

My daughter is a new patient at Gentle Dental. She was naturally a little nervous about her 1st appointment. I filled out all paperwork online so when we arrived, all that needed to be done was sign in. We didn’t sit long before being called back. My daughter is very inquisitive and likes to know everything about everything, the dental asst. took her time and answered all my daughters, let her feel the instruments, and even did a demonstration of how her cleaning would feel on her finger. The patience that the asst. had with my daughter was wonderful! When the dentist came out, he explained everything well, his exam was quick yet informative. As it was time to leave my daughter even said, “ I like this place “! I told her I did as well!

Was very impressed with Samantha who took X-rays and oriented me to what was going on, also very pleased with Dr. McLeod straight forward approach, friendliness and knowledge. Susan went above and beyond checking on insurance, calling me initially to set appointment and explaining process in detail. Very impressed with the office overall universal precautions as well. I felt safe.

I’ve been going to Gentle Dental for at least 12 years. It is conveniently located and as the name says, the dentists and oral hygienists are gentle. Staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful when it comes to explaining insurance matters and filling out paperwork and online forms. They’ve worked with me with scheduling during emergencies.

I highly recommend this dentist office if you have kids. I have been bring my kids here since they were infants. The office staff is polite and accomodates seeing multiple kids. I had 4 kids today. Ages 12 years old twins, 6 years old and the baby 1 year old. Dr. Le quickly saw the little one getting anxious with waiting and turned on the baby favorite show CocoMelon and my baby was happy. The one year old allowed Dr. Le and the dental assistant to clean her teeth and exam her mouth without one tear drop, fuss, or fight. I am happy with my service as always. Give the place a try and you will not regret it.

Dr Nancy Le has a wonderful chair side manner. She made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Le is also very friendly and caring. Arlene who is the primary hygienist is very patient and kind. I left feeling like I had a very good cleaning. I really would like to give all of the staff there 10 stars if I could. Front office staff is very professional, and is extremely friendly. I felt welcomed, and was promptly greeted when I checked in to my appointment.

I am so impressed by this office. I had a filling and it was not unpleasant at all. They use a system I had not seen before to do the numbing and that is usually the worst part. Not today. I really liked Dr. Robinson and his whole staff. It lives up to it's name of Gentle Dental.

I hate going to the dentist like a lot of people but Gentle Dental takes a lot of that anxiety away. Went for a cleaning and Arlene the hygienist told me I needed not just regular cleaning but a deep cleaning. I was concerned it was going to be more painful than I bargained for that day, but since I hadn’t been to the dentist in 3 years I figured I had to do it. All I can say was Arlene was so gentle that I kept waiting for the part where I would be feeling discomfort or pain. Well it never came and before I knew it I was done. All I can say is thank you Arlene for the painless experience. I all want to say Dr. Robinson and the staff are so friendly and nice and this is greatly appreciated because a visit to the dentist is a scary experience for so many people and at Gentle Dental everyone does their part to make the experience as stress free as possible. Thank You Gentle Dental!

Great dental office. The staff were very friendly and helpful in answering questions about the services. The dental assistant's are efficient and thorough in getting all of x ray's and questions answered. The office offer's an array of treatments that I'm sure would take care of most. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a great dentist.

Gentle Dental is a great place for dental cowards like me. Dr. Robinson always explains procedures in advance so you know what expect, and there is never any pressure. The staff is friendly and professional. I have been going there for years for everything from routine cleaning to tooth extraction and a crown after I managed to crack a tooth in a fall.

Had an emergency 3 weeks ago (lost crown). My regular dentist was out so called Dr Robinson. They got me in ASAP, fixed me with temporary, and got my permanent in today. Great job, very compassionate, efficient and on time. Great experience, will be changing as my permanent dentist.

My children and I are new patients at Gentle Dental Care. I have been very pleased with the treatment we have received. The staff is so friendly and their dentists are great! I would definitely recommend this office!

Love love this dentist! My youngest was terrified of the dentist because she was five and this place was so good to her. They're patient and kind. Everyone from the front desk, assistants , and the dentists deserve raises or something. I can't praise them enough. They're just great.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They work very hard to fit your schedule. They really go the extra mile when working with insurance and self pay is treated kindly. The Doctors are professionals who are highly skilled in their area of expertise. I love the fat that Gentle Dental has such an encompassing practice! They now have an oral surgeon. Thank you also to the hygienists, techs, and office staff for being so wonderful!
