We had a very easy and pleasant visit with the specialist at this location. My daughter was referred to be seen for possible root canal but ended up not needing it. They were very thorough and efficient and made the appointment simple even though this is not our regular dental office.

I hadn't been to a dentist in a while after having a bit of a traumatic experience at my last dentist office. My husband tried Gentle Dental and was amazed at their kindness, professionalism, and skill! He convinced me to give them a try. The front desk is so courteous and kind. I love the calls, texts and reminders for my visit. My hygienist, Mary, was just purely wonderful. She was gentle, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. My dentist was fantastic, took the time to address my concerns and give me advice. I highly recommend Gentle Dental!

Me and my husband have been with the gentle dental on 529 since 2017. We moved to New Caney in 2022 and was happy they had a location on this side of town. The service,professionalism, and patient centered care is obviously the culture, because we are just as happy with the spring location and will continue getting our dental care with gentle dental.

Facility is nice, new, and clean. Staff is friendly and very informative to my kids in explaining things to do to prevent cavities. Dentist was very sweet and did a great job examining their teeth for cavities. She is great with kids, they didn't even realize she was doing an exam, love it!!!! I have 3 boys, and they did all three at the same time. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. That's AMAZING for a working mom!!! Highly recommend to anyone in Spring area off 2920!!

This site was OUTSTANDING. We were leaving town for vacation the next day and they worked me in within one hour for a cap that came off unexpectedly. Each person was friendly, informative and it was a most pleasant experience. They discovered I need a root canal and this location offers all dental specialists in one location. The dental hygienist took her time to explain, she was very careful with the cap and took the time to remove the old cement from the cap without damaging the cap. I will be back!!

I met Travis and Alisha thru my friend Clarissa and spoke with them about dental work I needed done. They spoke very highly about there dentists that I decided to visit. I am a real coward when it comes to dentists, however I must say my experience was very comfortable. I spent almost two hours in the dental chair and never felt any pain or discomfort. The dentist and his assistant were just great. I have a second part to go thru yet but I no longer have any fear. I will always use gentle dental. From the check in desk to the hygienist, dental assistant, dentist and checkout desk the people are awesome. They deserve at least a 10 rating but since it only goes to 5 i will defiantly give them a 5. Thank you to all that referred Gentle Dental,

Went in for the 1st time since I was looking for a dental office that I can feel comfortable with, and I have to say, I had the best experience than any other office I've been to. All the staff was great and very welcoming! I definitely recommend if you're looking for a place to bring the whole family or just yourself! I have a 13 month old granddaughter who will also be going to visit soon, since they do offer pediatric dental services as well.

My son got his wisdom teeth removed at Gentle Dental Care. Very smooth process and he is recovering nicely. Dr. Dar and his staffs did a great job of explaining the process and easing him through the whole process. Today is 3rd day since the procedure and my son is almost back to normal. Excellent Staff. Smooth process through appointments/scheduling, reminders to actual visits and follow ups. I highly recommend this place.

I was referred to the Spring location by the Magnolia location to get a root canal done. The staff was great. Doctor was great. I usually HATE going to the dentist but this experience was really good. They had some issues with the computer/ xray machine but even with that issue the visit was still quick for the amount of work I had done.

I had a great experience at Gentle Dental Care! I never thought I would say that about going to a Dentist but it is true. All the staff was welcoming, and Chris, the Dental Hygienist, was truly gentle. Dr Chan was professional, and no one tried to "up sell" me for more services than I might need. Great and fast service. Very friendly staff. Same day surgery due and affordable. There is a nurse available 24 hours 7 days a week. I had my top two wisdom teeth pulled Saturday and it was nice to have someone to answer ALL my questions over the weekend. Thanks so much to Dr. Dar and his nurse Ty. I would highly recommend this practice. I went to the location on 2920.

Friendly and caring one-stop shop! I like how I ended up needing a root canal and crown and they were able to take care of everything I needed during my visit without having to schedule the root canal with another doctor at another place at another time. They were ready to go then and there. And while I don’t think anyone actually looks forward to going to the dentist, everyone is compassionate and made the experience as pleasant as possible!

Prompt on appointment times, the dentist and techs/dental assistants were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked rather quickly but efficiently. They're about a 30 min drive from me but my son has sensory issues and they were great with him. He had no melt downs and anxiety attacks. Will continue to see them.

Wow is quite literally the only word I can use to describe my experience here. From the front desk, Catherine & Kristina, to the assistant Paloma, to the Dr Siddiqui, to the manager, Alicia. I was in awe. Dr Siddiqui did such an amazing job taking care of my 4 year old. It was a last ditch effort to avoid complete IV sedation and she nailed it out of the park. She put on Disney music, made a game of the difficult moments and made sure my daughter (who is 4) stayed comfortable. She didn't rush through anything, she worked at my child's comfort and pace. After it was all over she made sure her vitals were OK, checked her mouth, took follow up x-rays and gave detailed instructions. She even gave her a lollipop and showed her which side to eat it on! I have never been more impressed with am office from front to back, inside and out. The facility is clean, beautifully decorated ND screams warmth. If you need a place to take your kid - come here!

Once again one of the best experiences ever had a dentist highly recommend anyone looking for a good dentist and a great facility to give it a try. Can’t remember her name but my jeans today was by far the best ever. She said she was a perfectionist and that’s exactly what she did. A perfect cleaning and polishing up my teeth. For someone who's always nervous at the dentist, everyone here made me feel welcome and informed. Two ladies in particular - Erika and Christina, were very kind and answered all of my questions. I'm thankful for them for making my experience so good! It would be helpful if their website allowed you to view openings and make your own appointment but I was texted and called in advance so they kindly go out of their way to help you remember your appointment.

We recently moved here and had a dental emergency with my 5 yr old daughter who is autistic. I mention this because the amount of interaction and patience with the highest level of professionalism i have ever seen in any dental practice was phenomenal. I would and will gladly refer family and friends to this practice. Miss. Mariana and Miss. Denise (i may have misheard her name and I apologize) as well as their colleagues are incredible. Definitely stop by and give them a chance.

I brought my 8 month old in for her first dentist appt. The visit was quick and to the point, being that she only has 2 little teeth lol. Dr. Akerman was who I booked an appt with, but Dr. Patel came in. No complaints. Hope next visit is just as simple and nice.

My daughter had a filling fall out at school on Friday. I found out when I picked her up. Too late to make an appointment. I called a Gentle Dental we usually visit, but they were closed. I called up the 2920 location and they fit her in on Saturday. That was the first time my 12 year old daughter got back into the car after a dentist visit and said I like that dentist. Great job Gentle Dental.

After the awful experience at the Stuebner airline location gentle dental care we switched and Dr Siddique is wonderful here at this location! The dental assistant Allison is the best and so sweet! We love it here, just never go to the location on Stuebner airline there office staff especially the front staff is a disaster!

I love coming to Gentle Dental! Everyone is friendly and professional! They let you know treatment options with pricing up front so there are no surprises. They are a very efficient team! I have never had a better experience with my kids at the dentist.. Dr. Carolina Chapellin was not only efficient, kind, patient, and caring she was genuine and playful with the kids.. My kids can actually say they don't mind going to the dentist.. She made them feel so comfortable and they let her give them shots and work on cavities.. I will never take my kids anywhere else.. No one particularly like gong to the dentist, but this place is awesome! Here's the thing that really has impressed me, due to my husband losing a job we lost our insurance because the COBRA was just too high. I applied for and got Medicaid for my two kids so if something happened they would be taken care of. Gentle dental not only accepted the Delta plan, they treated me and my kids with respect and didn't act like we deserved lesser service than someone paying cash or with personal insurance. They will be our dentist for as long as we live in Spring and even after we are no longer in need of help with insurance.
