Best dentle care ever! I couldn’t be happier with how I’ve been treated here! I used to be so nervous about going to the dentist but now I’m not because of them! They listen and actually care about what I have to say. They also have the absolute best front desk team ever! Very good at communicating and getting back to you on appointments. Just got my wisdom teeth out there and it went so smooth! Absolutely no pain after surgery! Highly highly recommend! :))

I came here because it’s up the street and the reviews said it was a nice place. Paula was sweet and professional over the phone. Couldn’t have asked for someone better. She let me know Chelsie would be the one I met since she was off and I really appreciated that. Chelsie was busy when I arrived but she didn’t ignore me and that says a lot for a dentists office. She smiled at me and asked for a moment who h I was happy to give. Once she was done with her call she smiled at me and checked me in.I was 10 minutes late so I expected them to not see me or take a whole but 10 minutes later I was getting my X-rays. I didn’t catch that young man’s name but he was very professional and respectful as he told me what to do from beginning to end. The doctor came in and I was expecting a lecture like most dentists do. I’ll be honest I hate going in because they embarrass me and make me feel bad about my teeth but he never did. He told me I had great teeth and said to make sure I take better care and get my cleanings every 6 months. My mouth doesn’t hurt but I feel clean and I guess I just always associated the dentist with pain and shame. I’m glad to say that’s no longer true case for me. If I could give them a 10 star review I would. Definitely will be back! Also, everything was done in less than an hour. Which I’ve never experienced before. Great job

First time there, we were treated like family before we even walked in. With extra care from Paula who was so considerate and helpful. She answered all my questions and addressed concerns about my child who has autism. The tech and dentist were amazing. They made sure the kids understood what was going on and explained proceedures and how to better care for their teeth. Never condescending or judgemental. I love this place and highly recommended them. Appointment began on time and parking is easy in and out.

As always gentle dental care at Cinco ranch did an awesome job getting me scheduled in, responding to my dental concerns and leaving an overall happy result an impression after having my check-up and cleaning performed. It is obvious that everyone there truly enjoys their work and cares for the patients! I have a tooth infection and it's brutal. My cheek has swollen to the size of a baseball (no exaggeration) and I called and asked from home if they took emergency appointments. Their paperwork system is so efficient that I drove there and was seen within 15 minutes of my call. And within the hour I had the medicine I needed to treat my infection. Great service. 10/5

Gentle Dental was a lifesaver today. I broke my tooth on my way to work eating breakfast in my car. They cared about the pain I was in and worked me into their schedule when 10 other dentists that I called wouldn’t. When the break was more severe then expected, they referred me to an endodontist after explaining my treatment options patiently. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate group that I look forward to returning to soon.

I recently moved back to the Houston area after 15 years in Austin. I had a crown fall off, and was kind of terrified of finding a new dentist—which I needed to do more quickly than I was prepared for. I am super chill when it comes to cleanings, but for more involved work like crowns, I turn into a fearful toddler. I was worried I'd need tons of work that would take a long time to complete. First off, Chelsie at the front desk is a ROCK STAR. She helped me get my appointment changed to their location, since I'd mistakenly booked at another Gentle Dental office. She was not only respectful and professional, but also very kind and helpful. She had wonderful things to say about Dr. Velez, so I decided to give them a chance. Their office is carefully protecting people against COVID-19 with their safety measures, which I appreciated even though I'm already vaccinated. Dr. Velez was very nice, has a great sense of humor, and didn't recommend anything I didn't need. He definitely embodies the "gentle" in Gentle Dental. He asked multiple times if what he was doing was hurting me in any way (and nothing hurt at all!). He was careful and thorough in evaluating the tooth under the crown to ensure there was no decay that needed to be removed. He was able to cement the crown back on, and even adjusted it so it would fit better and make it easier for me to floss. I'm embarrassed that I didn't get the hygienist's name who was also great. We worked together to ensure I had a pleasant cleaning and x-ray experience, and I was very pleased with his professionalism, kindness, and teamwork attitude. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend this practice for your dental needs. The team there is world-class and deserves tons of praise and recognition for the work they do. Thank you all—SO MUCH—for everything! You've definitely got a new patient in me!

My teens absolutely LOVE this Dental office! From the start, Chelsea at the front desk was extremely helpful and so kind. She answered all of my questions and concerns and made us feel so welcome as new patients. Dr. Velez is absolutely amazing. He talks to you like a person and a parent. My kids were so nervous walking in, but left here ready for their next appointment! He talked them through the whole procedure, and was always attentive to making sure they were never in any pain. First time they have left any dentist happy! And don't let me forget his team of assistants! They are all amazing!!!! Thank you for making this a GREAT experience for our family!

My children have been going to Gentle Dental Care for years and have received nothing but the most outstanding service and care. We've been to 2 of their locations. I've never seen such great bedside manner when working on kids, the Dentist and staff make sure to reassure them and make the experience less scary. Great offices.

Everyone is super friendly and the doctor is great with kids. He demonstrated to my young teen the importance of flossing and how to do it the correct way. Definitely would recommend this place.

Everyone in the office is so nice and willing to work with you. My kids love going there and the front office staff is very helpful. The technicians remember my kids and are very friendly. They also send emails and text reminders for the kids cleanings. Great place!

I've been trying to get, a dentist close to me here in Katy . I am not calling it luck, but a blessing ! Gentle Dental has served me with the most kindest Dentist and office staff , one person could ever receive ! I absolutely love this place!! All the staff and I mean all the staff is super nice! I absolutely hate going to the dentist but I love coming here! I'm super super sensitive but never feel any pain with them and if I feel just a little bit of pain they stop and make sure I'm comfortable before starting again. Thank you so much for all the wonderful care!!!

This staff here is GREAT! I have had bad experiences with other dentist in the past. The staff here has make me fill welcome and Dr. Le has done a AWESOME job of fixing some of the bad work I had done from other dentist. I highly recommend Gentle Dental Care.

Staff and dentist were extremely helpful and kind! Bringing a 2 yr old and an 8 month old can be super stressful and difficult to go anywhere in public . They made me feel welcome and comfortable with my keotic toddler life. Dentist was a joy and very gentle with my boys. Very pleased and excited to go back for our next check up!

Dr. Velez is my favorite dentist, and I’ve had a lot of dentists after moving from different cities. He makes sure to pay attention to potential issues and keeps it real. The team and Dr. Velez have a great sense of humor and keep the visits from being boring, all while taking good care to be efficient with the cleanings.

I can't say enough about Gentle Dental. I haven't been to dentist in years. For reason of cost, and insurance. So of course I was very nervous. I had called 3 area offices, didn't get a call back or there front desk was not pleasant. From my first call to the first appointment.The whole office from the front desk, to the Dentist and every one in between made me feel like I was a familar face to them. I felt so comfortable . I now have a dental home. And I am smiling again. Thank you .

This Location is great !! Today I went in nervous and the dentist was so good to me. All of my concerns were met and he discussed them with me and the front desk help was exceptional. She booked my next appointments with other locations for me and made sure everything was taken care of and gone over with me. I highly recommend this dentistry if your looking for someone with great bed side manners and want to feel completely comfortable.

If it's not you, you know someone that is scared of the dentist. I've been coming here for 10 years. I love the staff, especially Crystal. She is very welcoming and takes care of all the insurance paperwork. Dr Ali explains the treatment plan and accommodates my preferences. I have recommended gentle dental to anyone looking.

Very friendly caring and helpful staff.They really make you feel special, Doctor Amal Ali is a wonderful person and Dentist. Most caring Dentist I ever met. She and her staff are great with kids. Dr. Ali very concern about you having healthy teeth and gums,and she explains everything before she does it and she have no problem with you staying with your kids while she do there teeth.

Dr. Velez worked on me and my children. He was very thorough and explanatory in his examinations and allowed me to be in the room with each child. He made all of us very comfortable in the chair! The staff was very professional and knowledgeable and explained all insurance and benefits which made the process VERY EASY! The pricing was great too! They even have specials monthly for teeth whitening, etc! Shout out to Crystal for the recommendation!

I've been going to Gentle Dental for the past few years and I'm very satisfied with the staff and services every time i visit. I usually can't make appointments during the week due to my crazy work schedule, so I'm glad my dental office has convenient hours on weekends for me to attend. The hygienist is very thoroughly with my treatment of my teeth and gums, and spent time explaining options for dental care at home.

I have a fear of the drill in my older age, it's one of the things that has changed about me as I've gotten older. The Doctor and her staff were excellent in working with me and my fear of the drill. The ladies in the front were very polite and professional. The Doctor and her assistants were WONDERFUL and made the experience as comfortable as it could be. I will be coming back, I'm glad I found this dentist and it just happens to be close to my house. :)

I've been coming here since my daughter was 3. And every experience has been great. She is now 7 and still feels comfortable with no fear to get a filling or a teeth cleaning. The name speaks for its self.
