I was referred to Gentle Dental through a work peer and I’m glad to say I was not mislead. From the moment you call, I spoke with Paula which was able to accommodate me as timely as possible. Once I arrived for my appointment the process was smooth and harmless. I had the fortune of working with Brandon and Chelsie and not only did they do an amazing job on my pearly whites, they educated and made sure I was comfortable and aware of where we were in the process. I look forward to my 6 month follow up but Gentle Dental is my place to address all my dental needs. If you need good dental at an affordable price, don’t wait and give them a call today!

This place is so nice and helpful. I first spoke with Paula who answered all of my questions. She was very helpful and had a great personality. The place was very clean and the dentist was wonderful. Most dental places require you to go in an office who has someone to try and talk you into spending loads of money and this office did not do that. They are there to help you with whatever you might need and prices are reasonable. I have been so scared of even stepping foot in a dentist office, but no more! I highly recommend this place!

Our family absolutely loves this place!! We travel 2 hours just to come here! My daughter used to be terrified to go from past experiences at another office, but the dentist here has a sweet loving nature and my daughter is no longer scared and trust everything she does! I had two extractions done and have to go in for two more. I came in a bit nervous because I haven't had an extraction in years! But I came out feeling very confident and calm that the next extractions are going to go smoothly! She's incredibly accommodating and friendly, even when you make a last minute change! Dr. took extreme care to make sure I knew and understood all my options making for a very comforting visit. We looked around and been at several other Dentists office. Most are FBN Doctors (Fly by night). We were looking for someone that our kids can grow with and see twice a year. Well, we found Gentle Dental Care in Katy and they are wonderful. They take care of us and are super friendly and dont try to sell you stuff you don't need. I have been going to Gentle Dental Katy for the last 3 years and am always happy when I leave. Dr. Velez is professional and personable. His care is so relaxing I could almost fall asleep in the chair- and I was the one who avoided the dentist out of fear. He has made repairs other dentist have said there was nothing to be done. The staff, from the front desk to the Dental techs are all so amazing! If you need a dentist this is the office to see. I'll be changing offices due to a move but I'll still be seeing Dr. Velez, my whole family sees Dr. Velez.

I went in for a dental emergency that started as the weekend was approaching, I am a new patient so I was unable to be seen for the emergency dentist but I was able to schedule for the next available appointment. While I was waiting on my appointment the receptionist called to make sure I was ok and if I could manage my pain and advised what to do to help me make it through the weekend. When I arrived at my appointment they greeted me with a smile. They sent me my new patient forms via text so I was able to complete them before my appointment. The dentist was on time and introduced himself. My exam was done within 15 min. I had to be referred out and the receptionist handled my appointment and made sure I was in good hands as I left their office. 100% definitely recommend this office for you dental needs.

The office staff and the dentist were so nice and made me feel at ease. Every other dentist I have been to “finds” all of these problems and tries to push expensive treatment plans but he didn’t and was receptive to lower cost alternatives for the things I needed. He also caught a major thing wrong with a root canal I had previously done elsewhere and was able to refer me out to another great place to get it corrected. I am glad to have a new dentist to go to!

I have anxiety when it comes to the dentist but the staff and dentist were very reassuring and great! Definitely recommend!

My family and I visited this dental place and were impressed with our treatment, despite how COVID-19 has changed things. Everyone was professional, the facility was clean, and we felt like everyone treated us amazing. We will be making this our new dental place and look forward to our next visit

Excellent care & service. My kids love this place. They were surprised they didn’t feel anything when their cavities were taken care of and when one of my sons baby teeth were extracted. Staff listens to you by taking their time. Convenient place & a lot of space to park your car. Arrive on time for your appointment & you’re in for treatment without waiting. Due to Covid—19, the reception area is basically for you. No crowd. Just show up on time.

Not only do they have such amazing care for myself as well as my family, the customer service is extremely polite and willing to help so much. They are extremely thorough and good at what they do. I love how much they care for their patients. The prices are affordable as well. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for teeth care in the Katy area.

I've been going to this office for many years and think they have taken awesome care of my teeth. In addition, the staff is very helpful and friendly, which makes for an overall excellent experiences. I especially enjoy Doctor Chung, and highly recommend this Gentle Dental office.

Our kids love this place! The staff is courteous, friendly and very efficient! We've been taking our kids here for years and have never had less than exceptional service. All the staff is very kid friendly too!

I have used these guys since 2007 after trying several other area dentists. Excellent dental care. Prices are comparable to others in the are and less in some cases. The dentists explain exactly what dental care you need (if anything), and give you the option of getting the service of not. They explain the consequences of not getting a service and then let you decide. No hard sell. I have never felt that I received a service that I did not need.
