I am so glad Medallus is here. My family has gone in for migraines, uti's, and other medical issues. We have always been treated quickly and thoroughly. The receptionists and staff have always been very nice.

I and my wife go to Medallus in Jamestown ND. We have had excellent service with the utmost professionalism. The staff is great, we are so fortunate to have this in Jamestown ND.

I just want to say how wonderful everyone is at Medallus Clinic in Jamestown. Super nice and always willing to listen. They always call back to see how I am doing. Everytime i go there, I feel like I am getting the best care. Thank You Clay Elliott

I love the team here in Jamestown! This is the second time I have had major issues and went to see them! Very thorough & outstanding service. They eased my anxiety and always make sure I’m comfortable! Each and every one of them are phenomenal! Thank you Medallus Crew! <3

The providers and nurses have helped me with a variety of health problems from ear and sinus infections to medical procedures. They have also encouraged me to seek answers from an ENT, Allergist, and physical therapist allowing me to find long-term solutions. These ladies are professional, caring, good educators, and offer humor when it’s most needed. Being able to receive care on the weekend and without an appointment has made life’s surprises more convenient to take care of.

Very pleased to find a local Biote provider after relocating to the area. The staff were so nice, and Noelle was perfect with the process and explanations. I was in and out in under 40 minutes as a new patient, which is amazing. Highly recommend!

We walked in around 4pm on a Friday after my child had been bitten by a dog at our campground. We were seen immediately, and was able to fill out paperwork while my son was being treated. The provider was through and explained everything. We were even more impressed to get a follow up call checking in on him 2 days later. Great staff, would highly recommend.

Medallus provided good care when I was sick. I was however annoyed with a billing issue that lasted longer than it should have. When the PrimeIV portion opened, I gave the clinic another chance and I’m glad I did. The staff is super friendly, and the IVs have made me feel great! Everyone should try this place at least once!

Thank goodness for them being here in Jamestown. There has been multiple times Sanford has not been able to get my kids in or insurance is not accepted. Medallus has been there every time, minimal waiting and always covered. The staff is always friendly and good with the kids.

My experience at Medallus was very positive. Roxanne was not only extremely knowledgeable and very professional, she was super down to earth and personable. It was clear that she really cares and takes a personal interest in every detail. The rest of the staff was great and it was a really comfortable and good feeling environment. Overall a great experience! Highly recommend!!

Excellent experience! Very friendly and personable staff. Easy to get an appointment without having to wait months to get in like other clinics. Staff seemed to genuinely care and my experience was more personal than other clinics. Definitely recommend. Also great that they make services affordable!

Took my daughter in on a Sunday at 8am for a sore throat. Staff was incredibly kind and thorough. Facility is clean and in a convenient location. I sincerely appreciate Jamestown having another option than the ER or driving to Fargo in the evenings or on weekends.

All the staff was wonderful. They really took the time to listen to me and help me - plus they were very kind. I really appreciate that my appointment didn't feel at all rushed. They also called me after to follow-up. Awesome experience!
