I love my doctor! Dr. Notaro, is the best doctor I ever had! Everytime I see her, she is so welcoming and understanding. She has been a major help for my journey. It's always a great experience here at Generations. I love everything about Dr. Notaro!!! She really genuinely cares for her patients. She checks on me to make sure I'm OK. She LISTENS!! Her bedside manner is amazing. She's very sweet polite thorough and honest. She's definitely one of a kind. You don't see doctors like her anymore. I am so thankful she's my doctor. Anytime I have a issue or suspicious of my health she jumps not to just temporarily resolve the problem NO she gets down to the root of the cause and make things so much easier. It's like whatever issue I have she knows just what to do. I love this office and I wouldn't change it for another office. The nurses are always sweet and helpful as well. Dr. Mary Notaro is my new PCM at Generations and first impressions were on point. She has humor, definitive knowledge in her field, is honest, and kind. I'm also a disabled vet seen by the VA, and Dr. Notaro showed that she's receiving and reading my VA notes and communication to ensure that everything is tracking. Wonderful care. No complaints.

I am generally really nervous about doctors, and this practice as a whole made my experience seamless, stress-free, and made me feel genuinely cared for. From intake (front desk and nurses were so kind and patient) to being seen by the doc, it was a great experience...Dr. Katie Notaro was INCREDIBLY patient and great about explaining things and was knowledgeable and personal. Would recommend!

From the moment you enter Generations Family Practice, youâ€™re greeted with a professional front office staff, quick to check you in & back to see your Doctor at your appointment time. The nurses are kind, gentle and easy to chat with. The showstopper? My doctor, Dr. Mary Katherine Notaro D.O. She is an absolute passionate rockstar at her chosen profession, never doing things by halves. I began seeing her 7-8 years ago at the onset of COVID. We met when she ran out to my car to administer a COVID test in the rain. I did not have it but skip to 3 months later & they found a lump during my annual mammogram. The Dr. that I normally saw at that practice had moved on & at the recommendation of one of her peers I was set up with Dr. Notaro for my 1st Post Cancer Diagnosis appointment. I was incredibly nervous and scared and she not only explained next steps but soothed my frazzled nerves. She had been there too, and was able to understand and be patient with me, my husband who attended all of my cancer appointments and all of my crazy feelings. Over the next 4 years she became the keystone in my care, captaining the ship as we steered through storms that included 4 types of chemo that my body couldnâ€™t handle, liver failure, conquering sobriety and all of the ups and bazillion downs that battling cancer throws at you. I continue to see her to this day as my GP knowing Iâ€™m in the best most caring of hands. She ALWAYS TAKES THE TIME TO LISTEN and has a magical, yet scientifically proven contingency plan for most any eventualities! The listening and communicating thing is just a true gift in this day & age of 20 minutes allotted per patient and corporate quotas to meet. She does not care. Sheâ€™s in the room with you talking it out, figuring out applicable symptoms until youâ€™re satisfied & equipped with a plan of action for whatever may ail you. I truly think finding her was an answer to prayer ahead of the cancer battle I was just on the verge of having to fight. My husband now sees her as his GP & Iâ€™ve recommended her to my parents and friends in the Raleigh area with the greatest of accolades.

Dr Mauceri is EASILY the single most caring, diligent and thoughtful new physician I have seen in NC. I have seen him for a plethora of different issue and he has listened to my concerns and addressed them all, as well as suggesting alternatives that I didnt even realize could (and was) a problem. He does real exams and goes out of his way to come up with individual treatment protocols, even where no standard exists for him to follow. I would give him 10 stars if I could! ðŸ¥°ðŸ˜ðŸ¤©

Very helpful and professional staff did a fine job before meeting the Dr. Dr Mauceri was as thorough as always and made the yearly physical a pleasant, comforting and beneficial experience. The only frustration was the fact that all the preliminary forms I completed and all the questions I answered on line the day before did not get into the system so I had to do them all over again.

Dr. Nataro deserves a minimum of 1000 stars in my books - but five will have to do for now. She takes care of me (and I have a LOT of health issues), my 2 adult daughters and son-in-law. We will follow her to the end of the earth and back. She listens, she's thorough, she's compassionate, highly intelligent and has uncovered potential causes of symptoms that specialists have not even suggested (and she was spot on in several cases!). She speaks in 'real people' terminology and I have never felt rushed in a visit. I can't recommend her enough and so grateful to have such an incredible medical professional in our corner. We are healthier because of her!

I have recently moved to the area and was in need of a new GP. I found Generations family practice online and decided to try them based on reviews. Dr. Glodowski has be my physician for a number of years at this point, and I trust him implicitly. He takes a lot of time to talk with me and explore everything thatâ€™s going on. There have been some difficult times along the way and heâ€™s been ever so empathetic and supportive. I could not ask for a better physician.

Dr. Notaro is absolutely the BEST doctor I've ever had! She's very sweet, understanding, she listens to every single detail. She makes you feel absolutely comfortable. My main thing is she listens and get directly to the point of assisting you with any issues you're having. I can't believe there's still great doctors aroundðŸ™ðŸ½ I am so happy I've found her. The staff is also great, the office is very clean and professional. Nurse Tiara is great her personality is everything. Nurse Tamara makes an average checkup fun and lively! She’s a great communicator and makes me feel heard. The same goes for Dr. Mauceri, who is very thorough and never makes me feel rushed. I am usually wary of male doctors but I would highly recommend him and am glad I gave him a chance.

OMG!! My Saturday appt was great! Starting with Brittany at the front desk. She was friendly and super nice. Sam (MA) and Dr. G. was AWESOME! Dr. G was very thorough and I felt he really heard & listened to my concerns and I feel at ease with the decision-making. Especially more so than my military providers. Sam was personable, friendly and made things so comfortable for my visit. KUDOS to the weekend team the day before Mother's day.

Been a patient with GFP a little over a year. I had an experience that made me decide to immediately change to another primary care provider. Besides the endless frustration with the unavailability of all departments that never answer their phone or return voicemails, besides the front desk being rude and dismissive to so many patients including myself and besides me filing a complaint with management that I never got a response fromâ€¦ I twice had a medical issue that wasnâ€™t addressed correctly. I ended up in the emergency room with a gangrenous gallbladder that had to be removed 6 hours later. I had been trying to reach GFP about having issues but nobody got back to me. In January I got a medication prescribed that is widely known for canceling the effects of another medication that Iâ€™m taking. I asked the doctor twice if she was sure I should be taking this medication. According to her it was not going to cause problems. I was having a pretty strong negative reaction to the medication, as I expected. When I messaged the practice that I had issues after taking my first dose, explaining in detail what those issues were, I only received a reply with the listed side effects that are available on google. The same information that I gathered days before myself. I have lost all faith in this practice. Especially since Iâ€™ve been told multiple times by different providers, that I shouldnâ€™t have been given the medication that I had been given by GFP.

Great staff . I'm handicap. I went here for my physical to form a plan . Tried to talk to the doctor. That is the reason for being there to let him know what has happened to me this year. My doctor was non verbal and could not make eye contact. Very strange. I brought my partner. She also thought it was very strange. When you wait to see them . And you get a doctor like this very discouraging. He just walks away . In wake county there 16,000 doctors. This is one you can avoid .

I had my first visit with Dr.Sundaram as a new patient , she was so polite and educational! She really looks into stuff and give you the best options for the best care for your situation! She listens to me and answers my questions in a good manner! She is the best PCP Iâ€™ve had and the staff is so polite! Dr. Nataro deserves a minimum of 1000 stars in my books - but five will have to do for now. She takes care of me (and I have a LOT of health issues), my 2 adult daughters and son-in-law. We will follow her to the end of the earth and back. She listens, she's thorough, she's compassionate, highly intelligent and has uncovered potential causes of symptoms that specialists have not even suggested (and she was spot on in several cases!). She speaks in 'real people' terminology and I have never felt rushed in a visit. I can't recommend her enough and so grateful to have such an incredible medical professional in our corner. We are healthier because of her!

I have recently moved to the area and was in need of a new GP. I found Generations family practice online and decided to try them based on reviews. I have had nothing but great experiences with everyone at the practice. Easy to make appointments, friendly staff and Dr. Notaro is wonderful! She is informative, listens to your needs with all the time needed. I feel like Iâ€™ve known her all my life. Very refreshing to find a Dr. that truly cares and it shows!

Dr. Glodowski has be my physician for a number of years at this point, and I trust him implicitly. He takes a lot of time to talk with me and explore everything thatâ€™s going on. There have been some difficult times along the way and heâ€™s been ever so empathetic and supportive. I could not ask for a better physician.

Dr. Notaro is absolutely the BEST doctor I've ever had! She's very sweet, understanding, she listens to every single detail. She makes you feel absolutely comfortable. My main thing is she listens and get directly to the point of assisting you with any issues you're having. I can't believe there's still great doctors aroundðŸ™ðŸ½ I am so happy I've found her. Nurse Tamara makes an average checkup fun and lively! She’s a great communicator and makes me feel heard. The same goes for Dr. Mauceri, who is very thorough and never makes me feel rushed. I am usually wary of male doctors but I would highly recommend him and am glad I gave him a chance.

OMG!! My Saturday appt was great! Starting with Brittany at the front desk. She was friendly and super nice. Sam (MA) and Dr. G. was AWESOME! Dr. G was very thorough and I felt he really heard & listened to my concerns and I feel at ease with the decision-making. Especially more so than my military providers. Sam was personable, friendly and made things so comfortable for my visit. KUDOS to the weekend team the day before Mother's day.

Been a patient with GFP a little over a year. I had an experience that made me decide to immediately change to another primary care provider. Besides the endless frustration with the unavailability of all departments that never answer their phone or return voicemails, besides the front desk being rude and dismissive to so many patients including myself and besides me filing a complaint with management that I never got a response fromâ€¦ I twice had a medical issue that wasnâ€™t addressed correctly. I ended up in the emergency room with a gangrenous gallbladder that had to be removed 6 hours later. I had been trying to reach GFP about having issues but nobody got back to me. In January I got a medication prescribed that is widely known for canceling the effects of another medication that Iâ€™m taking. I asked the doctor twice if she was sure I should be taking this medication. According to her it was not going to cause problems. I was having a pretty strong negative reaction to the medication, as I expected. When I messaged the practice that I had issues after taking my first dose, explaining in detail what those issues were, I only received a reply with the listed side effects that are available on google. The same information that I gathered days before myself. I have lost all faith in this practice. Especially since Iâ€™ve been told multiple times by different providers, that I shouldnâ€™t have been given the medication that I had been given by GFP.

Great staff . I'm handicap. I went here for my physical to form a plan . Tried to talk to the doctor. That is the reason for being there to let him know what has happened to me this year. My doctor was non verbal and could not make eye contact. Very strange. I brought my partner. She also thought it was very strange. When you wait to see them . And you get a doctor like this very discouraging. He just walks away . In wake county there 16,000 doctors. This is one you can avoid .

Her bedside manner is amazing. She's very sweet polite thorough and honest. She's definitely one of a kind. You don't see doctors like her anymore. I am so thankful she's my doctor. Anytime I have a issue or suspicious of my health she jumps not to just temporarily resolve the problem NO she gets down to the root of the cause and make things so much easier. Very helpful and professional staff did a fine job before meeting the Dr. Dr Mauceri was as thorough as always and made the yearly physical a pleasant, comforting and beneficial experience. The only frustration was the fact that all the preliminary forms I completed and all the questions I answered on line the day before did not get into the system so I had to do them all over again.

Many thanks to Sierra Harris who saw me today at Generations Family Practice for a painful ear infection. She was very friendly and professional, and prescribed exactly what I needed. Her assistant took good care of me also. Dr Glodowski has been my regular doctor for years there, and I can highly recommend him too!
