I recently met Vanessa from Regency Medical Spay and she is seriously one of the kindest people I’ve met! She has such a wealth of knowledge not only about hair restoration, but pretty much all things beauty and self-care! I had the opportunity to attend their grand opening party and I got to meet so many amazing people in the community. Vanessa talked to us about Hair PRP, different spa treatments they offer, and we had the chance to see the entire space. The building itself is gorgeous and way bigger than I expected! All of the staff and employees are so knowledgeable and truly made me feel comfortable to ask any questions I had. I highly recommend this place!!

I recently underwent a FUE hair restoration procedure at Regency Medical Spa. The staff was very professional and accommodating to my specific hair loss issues. Both Vanessa and Carmen treated me like a king while they spent the whole day performing my hair transplant. The results are fantastic and I highly recommend their services. Overall wonderful experience!

LOVE THIS PLACE ~ All the people so friendly yet a professional and comfortable space. Julie is my girl but I am sure they are all equally awesome. Many of my friends go for a variety of services and all are extremely happy as well. Prices reasonable too

Amazing Cathy is the da Vinci of face art ……masterpieces. She’s tentative and always 100% focused on me. She’s honest and she knows what she’s doing so fun to always be around as is all the staff at Regency. You always know You’re walking in and going to be greeted by smiling happy wonderful people there’s no other place that can tap this and no other people that are like this.

Julie is the best the world has ever seen! No, I’m not her mother, and no, I’m not exaggerating! I’ve been going to her for about twenty years. She’s the quintessential esthetician, with a unique blend of professionalism and friendliness. She always starts with a thorough analysis of my skin, and makes recommendations on both her wide knowledge of treatments and on her familiarity with my skin. I completely trust her to decide what I need, and she always goes beyond in making me feel comfortable and valued not only as a client, but also as a friend. The results are always great. A bonus is that her sister, Joy, also works there, and she’s just as wonderful as Julie!

I have been many places all over the world, and I found a true artist in Dr. Sandra, beginning with the staff which are incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. Many many doctors are performing the services that they perform but it takes a true artist to make tremendous differences using very little. I’m turning 63 this week. I don’t wanna look plastic, but I do wanna look refreshed and some of those age lines tend to show up stronger than others. I have 100% confidence not only in Dr Sandra’s ability to make conservative decisions on my behalf but I also have 100% confidence. In her artistic ability to make her work look 100% natural. Thank you to the entire staff for your support and your expertise in allowing us to age with a little extra support. I cannot recommend this place more..

I’ve been going to Gail for various facial treatments for a couple of years, the latest one is Morpheus. I’ve had so many compliments on how great my skin looks. And I can’t say enough good things about Gail. She explains everything very clearly while she’s treating me and makes sure I understand it. I would highly recommend her for any procedure that she does. Also Regency Medical Spa is very clean and upscale, with all the staff very friendly and helpful.

The team at regency knows how to make you feeling your best! EVERYONE there is so nice and friendly. They make you feel so comfortable no matter what you are having done. They answer any question you have and work with you to find the best for your skin. The facility is always so clean and welcoming. Just had my first hydrafacial with Julie and it was absolutely amazing! She is a true professional in every sense of the word and I feel very pampered and well taken care of… also, my skin looks amaazzzzing! So glowy! The receptionists were very kind and friendly as well. Also the owner, Piera, is a gem and truly values customer service. This place is awesome. Can’t wait to be back for more treatments!

Sandra has been taking care of me for 15 years. She is undoubtedly the best master injector. I have recently moved out of state and still travel 1,200 miles to see her. She is truly is a “beauty expert” and has the credentials as a Nurse Practitioner to back it up. I trust her to provide quality care. She continually advances her skills and keeps on top of industry trends and breakthroughs. She is also honest in her recommendations and supports it with the “why” behind her thoughts. Gail is absolutely fabulous! I’ve been going to Regency Med Spa for years to help maintain a somewhat youthful appearance 😉 and to undo years of sun worshiping. I absolutely love coming here. Gail is the best aesthetician and is so amazing at what she does. I have seen her for morpheus 8 treatment’s to help tighten my skin. I have also seen her for the moxi/BBL combo. I was blown away by the results of both treatments and can’t wait to see her again. She is so knowledgeable and the best at what she does.

I had a torn meniscus and heard about PRP injections as a potential solution. I shopped around and found that regency was significantly less than an orthopedic doctor so I booked it. The overall experience was great. The nurse was very knowledgeable and explained the process including post injection care. She even called a few days later to check in. The injection worked so well that it went back for another.

I started visiting Regency in December and immediately felt welcome, I had found my new spot! I was treated by the EXTREMELY TALENTED Cathy Kiekisz and could not have been happier with my results. I felt more beautiful and confident at a time when I really needed a pick me up. Cathy took care of me body, mind and spirit. Then tonight I met with Julie Stewart and had an AMAZING experience. She made me feel so comfortable during what I’d expected to be an uncomfortable procedure, that it was practically over before I realized we’d even begun!! Her sparkling personality and professionalism was simply the icing on the cake! Joy and Denise are so warm and lovely which rounds out the entire experience from start to finish. I can’t speak highly enough of this beautiful place and these delightful ladies, they will take EXCELLENT care of you!!!

First timer here. The atmosphere is clean and nicely decorated. Regency has so many services, very impressive. The staff make you feel very welcomed and inviting. Courtney was pleasant and inviting. Emily, who did my services was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and took her time to make sure I understood. Julie is also awesome. Julie goes out of her way explaining step by step and answers all my (many) questions. I’m pretty sure I will be a regular there!!

Excellent experience at Regency & excellent results with Cathy! She is an amazing injector and I am so thrilled with how my lips look! I so appreciate everything Cathy did: She respected what I wanted, evaluated my features, and used her skills, experience, and trained eye to give me my perfect pout;-)! Cathy (somehow!) walked the fine line between giving me the fullness that I wanted while making the enhancement look natural. I still look like me, just so much better as my mouth now balances out my face. She is super sweet too, with her gentle touch, her care and compassion throughout the procedure, and her followup in the days that I was healing. She really cares about her clients & she is a master at making them look their best!!! Many thanks, Cathy! I love Regency! Would highly recommed for any aesthetic procedure. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They give great recommendations as well (for products, procedures, etc). Special shout out to Cathy C <3 who recently did my botox. I’ve had ongoing skin issues and her recommendation was the first improvement I’ve seen despite several dermatologist and allergy doctor appointments. She even called me two weeks after my appointment to see if my skin was clearing up. Talk about an outstanding bedside manner!

I had to put a review in for Dr. Loren and his team. I went in for the hair restoration procedure back in February and I wasn't sure what to expect. I have to say, the team Dr. Loren has working for him were beyond great. They worked in a professional manner and explained everything that they were doing during the procedure. After they were done re-planting the crop, Dr. Loren went over everything that I had to do for the next couple of days in full detail. He even followed up with phone calls over the next couple of days to make sure everything was OK. It's only been 2 months, so I haven't seen the full benefits of the procedure yet, but I have to say, I'm still excited and glad I went to Dr. Loren. I'll be back to report on the progress in 6 to 9 months, if I'm not too busy at the hair dresser. Thanks Doc!

I have worked with Piera for several years. She has been kind and, at times brutally honest, when I needed to hear this. We lost touch for a bit and then I found her again. I had threads put in by another company. They should have never been placed. I wished the other place had been brutally honest with me and told me it would not work for me. I reconnected with Piera again, and wanted to get threads to fix the ones that were messed up. She is the one who was honest with me about how Regency could not and would not do it. I told them what I was trying to accomplish and she guided me to the right options. She did not pressure me. She was honest with me on what I should try. They did not do what I asked because it was not right for me. Just like going to a hairstylist and telling them you want a specific haircut but it would not work for your face. Emily guided me into the right products for my jaw. They are working on my skin with the Morpheus. I went in wanting one thing and I am glad they didn't listen to me. Medical Spa's are a dime a dozen now. They will gladly take your money and do whatever you ask. I am happy I found a place that consulted more then just taking my money. All photos are untouched. I am pleased with the results. I am 59 years old.

First time coming here! When I arrived I was greeted so nicely! Courtney is so sweet and made my experience great and calm! My injector Em, was so understanding of my anxiety with needles, and helped me throughout the whole process. She also made sure that everything looked so natural and made my lips exactly how I wanted it!! I was so happy with my lips and can’t wait to go back for new things!

My experience at regency medical spa has always been very enjoyable. When you first walk in you are greeted with a very nice smile and welcome from Courtney at the front desk! She is very sweet and easy to talk too. I had an appointment for a IV drip with Cathy, she was also very sweet and did an amazing job putting the iv in with out and problems! Would highly recommend going and seeing Cathy!! I also have had a massage with Jeni, she took her time and really did a great job working out all the tension I had in my neck and back! I also got to speak with Emily about my hair loss and she recommended me to start taking nutrafol vitamins that have and I have started to see my hair grow back and thicker! She is all around a very knowledgeable woman! Next I will be seeing Gail for a facial because I have heard nothing but great things about her work! All around the woman at regency medical spa are all very knowledgeable, have your best interest and health in mind and on top of it care about you and make you feel at home!!

I recently went to Regency Medical Spa in Barrington, Illinois, and Nurse Injector Cathy Kiekisz used Jeuveau for my treatment. Having alternated between Botox, Dysport & Xeomin for years, I was absolutely stunned at how my face feels and looks two days after the Jeuveau injection. It's nothing short of amazing! Courtney (MA) was informative, suggestive, not at all pushy, and did everything to make me feel as little pain as possible. Emily is not only a skilled Nurse but also an artist!! Regency is by far the best med spa I have been to. From the second I walk in I feel welcomed and comfortable. I could not be happier with my overall experience and definitely recommend them. Gail is an amazing esthetician. I have gone to many estheticians, and she is truly exceptional. I came to Regency after a very bad experience at a different med spa that left me with an infection and problematic skin. She has been so understanding and supportive. She brings an incredible amount of knowledge and experience to help the various issues with my skin. Her custom facials have made me a believer in getting facials, and my skin looks and feels so much better because of them. I have also had HydraFacial, micro needling, and BBL sessions with Gail, and they all have been wonderful. I have been so nervous to have procedures done after my terrible experience, and she has put me at ease with everything. I have also been seeing Sandra for injectables, and she is truly an artist. She listens to my goals, and provides the most beautiful and natural looking results. She is so kind and approachable, and gives thoughtful advice. I’m thrilled with my results.

I would highly recommend Regency Med Spa. The staff is patient, caring and does a great job of keeping you informed. I did PRP eye treatments. I have bad hollow circles under my eyes. The 3 part treatment is all natural as they use your own plasma to create stem cell healing to correct age related volume loss. They take pictures along the way and I was extremely pleased to see the results of my before and after. I encourage you to call or stop into the spa to inquire about the procedure if you are experiencing the same issues I struggled with. Sandra was my nurse. She is amazing.

Got my first ever lip flip ever today done by Emily & it was AMAZING!!! I’m not too good with needles & was very nervous, but she made me feel comfortable by explaining everything! Front desk was extremely sweet as well, I will most definitely be coming back to see Emily in the future

My experience starts Yesenia at the front desk. She always greets me with a huge smile and welcomes me warmly. She is efficient and easy to work with managing all my services. I work closely with Gail for facials and treatments she has customized for my age and skin. She is fabulous with tips and tricks to help me get the most out of my home care to maintain what she does for me here. Sandra has done miracles with helping me age with grace! She does an excellent job of consulting with me so I am not over done, but, just enough to keep me looking natural. I have loved the very personalized and professional approach I receive at Regency and highly recommend them.

Sandra, Gayle, & Emily are miracle workers!! I highly recommend their PRP hair treatments (saved me from investing in wigs!!), fillers, botox/baby botox, facials, & Jeni’s massages. They are honest about what work I need done and they don’t try to give me unnecessary procedures- much appreciated! I never wait a long time and I am always happy when I leave! Their open houses are also a lot of fun and I adore the staff’s & their personalities. I will absolutely be back again!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I just completed my third Morpheus8 treatment with Gail Bennett. She did an excellent job to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I am 53, and someone thought I was 35. I felt prior to treatments I looked sad and tired. Now I feel that I look happy and alive. I look in the mirror and say to myself there she is again with a smile. I am happier than I even thought possible.

Sandra and Emily are both amazing!! Sandra has been doing my dysport for awhile now and I've never been disappointed. My last appointment was with Emily and I had lip filler done at the same time. The whole experience was so easy and quick and the results were exactly what I wanted! They encourage follow up appointments which is always a good sign to ensure that the final result is something that the patient is happy with. I'm so happy that I found Regency. Their level of personability and patient care goes a long way and sets them aside from other med spas.

Gail provided my services. She is so friendly and knowledgeable and was able to recommend services too based off of what my skin needs. All the treatments were fantastic and a much better value and skill level compared to another place I've been for dermaplaning. The reception/front of the house staff was just as wonderful. Friendly warm greeting upon entering and made me feel very welcome. Will absolutely return again.

I had a Botox treatment with Emily. I was nervous, due to the fact that I just started these treatments, and I really appreciated the time she took to explain everything. I've been going to Regency for several years and I cannot say enough about the staff. They are always warm, cheerful and friendly. Sandra is talented and know what she's doing! I've had Botox done elsewhere before coming here and had 2 people droop my eyebrows. One was a doctor! Sandra is EXCELLENT! I am scheduling another appointment today.

Sandra is going exceptional, an expert in her field! Jenny too is amazing! I highly recommend Regrncy Spa. I’ve been going here for 2 years. I’ve had a few procedures (Botox, filler, BBL-laser, derma planing) and am impressed with Sandra. I send friends and colleagues to her. I trust Sandra’s expertise as she has guided me to procedures that are good choices for my goals and within my budget. I waited almost a year before actually having my first procedure done in 2020, and thought why did I wait so long! This place is a hidden gem.

I have been looking, for over two years for someone to do Sculptra on my face. I was so stressed knowing that it is not reversible like other types of fillers. However, today, after meeting Alexandra (Sandra) and having the treatment, I cannot express in words how happy I am because I found her and with the results that I got after having done Sculptra and Radiesse. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. I would recommend her and Regency MedSpa to anyone who wants to turn back time using fillers, and wants to have an overall, nice experience. Also, the other girls that work there are very welcoming and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Neha was phenomenal! She walked me through the whole process, pricing, expectations, and side effects following! She was up-front and average! She knew what was right for me based on experience and expertise. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for esthetic care and results that show almost instantly! Love all the ladies here! Sandra is a wizard - she is able to make you look younger and radiant without looking fake. The photo of me in the plaid shirt is the “before” when I was numbed for my injections and the “after” is me the next day. Minimal pain during injection and the pain and was gone by the next day. Can’t recommend enough!

This was my first visit to Regency Spa, I’m a patient at Regency Medical as well . The spa employees I met were all very welcoming and professional, and my consultation was great ! I still plan to come in to get the procedures we spoke about done , hopefully before the holidays ! Summer got very busy then with the kids starting school ! Regardless -I will most definitely be a client there. I was very impressed. I am excited to get my procedures done!! I asked for it as a Christmas present !!!!

I’ve been going to the Regency Spa for several years. Sandra is an expert at Botox and injectables and she achieves a natural look that also lasts a long time. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I’ve also recently had a facial with Michelle. Truly the best facial I’ve ever had! I received several compliments on how good my skin looked for days afterwards. I will definitely be returning to this practice.

Sandra and all the ladies here are amazing! Sandra changed my life! She helped me understand what procedures were available, how to plan for them, and budget for them. I trust Regency. I can’t thank Sandra enough because she helped me achieve cosmetic goals which I thought were not possible. I was the one who thought, “I can’t afford this, or that’s only for the elite.” Sandra and Regency made this possible for me. These little enhancements were subtle and natural, but they gave me confidence and self esteem which in turn helped me from the inside out, becoming a better version of myself. I just had my 3rd Morpheus 8 treatment with Jeni and I'm very excited to see my end results! I can already see improvement in a keloid scar that seems to have vanished from my forehead. Jeni takes her time and is very thorough and patient with the tedious process ensuring the proper overlap occurs for optimal results. Additionally, she's extremely knowledgeable of Morpheus 8 and what results can be expected. Looking forward to my before and after shots!

I’ve had several procedures here and they are the best. Gail’s custom facial is heavenly. She also does many other procedures. But for relaxation, love her facial. Sandra is the best for fillers, unereye or wherever injections are needed. Doesn’t overdo. Everything looks natural
