Alcia Sims is a amazing doctor she really helps me and takes her time and makes sure all my needs are taken care of the whole office is great anytime I make a call to them they are really nice and helpful and make sure I know when my appointment is coming up and always send me the telehealth link on time I would recommend the over all practice I couldn't imagine going anywhere else

I was looking for 6 months for a provider! 6 months and I decided to look one more time and Psychiatry of the Palm Beaches came up. Steven the coordinator is amazing! So helpful! It was so easy to set up an appointment. Took minutes to do so.. and then my provider was beyond helpful and sweet. I can tell she cares about her job. The thing is.. Beaufort SC needed this. There are no providers here who are taking patients.

Natalie Black, APRN, is one of the best if not the best psych providers I have ever had.Throughout the years I have engaged in treatment with many different providers but none of them, seem to have the same thoroughness that Natalie does. She's both compassionate and empathetic while maintaining the upmost professionalism when it comes to providing care to her patients. She really seems to get on her patients level to understand what they are experiencing and as a patient, I really appreciate this. I also cannot say enough good things about the office staff at Psychiatry of the Palm Beaches. Everyone has been polite and more than efficient whenever I have needed anything such as documentation for myself, or another provider. This practice in general is highly recommended.

I've had the absolute BEST experience while under Dr. Maria Ramos' care . She listens and hears me as well as being the first Psychiatrist to use full circle care using some of the most advanced therapeutics and newest pharmaceuticals available. I absolutely love the Jacksonville staff and have had such a positive experience with Mr. Brescia. He is incredibly personable, kind, and genuinely makes you feel comfortable. He has a way of creating an environment where it's easy to open up and talk honestly without feeling judged. I really appreciate how attentive and understanding he is, and I always feel heard and respected during my appointments. I'm very grateful to have found such a great psychiatrist and would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I don't think I've ever received better customer service (For lack of a better term) or patient care than I've gotten from Sophie today. I just moved from Florida to North Carolina, and she has been texting me 1 on 1 all day today to make sure that I receive my medications, as they are due today, and even went as far as to get in contact with providers up here in NC to make sure that the pharmacy will fill them. Exceptional care, amazing assistant and even better person. ❤️
