I have been feeling ill and visited a Patient First, and Inova emergency room. No resolution. I stumbled up on this place while going to another appt, and decided to go in and see if they can help me. Well the front desk was very helpful, listened and the Nurse assistant and Nurse Practitioner was also excellent! They listened, patient, and told me what my problem was and gave me the proper advice and meds to take. The place was clean, very welcoming! Thank you!!

Quick personable and attentive service. I called to get an appointment to diagnose a problem with my toe to my surprise, I was able to get an appointment the same day within 45 Minutes. Amazing! Once I saw the nurse she was perfect. Quickly diagnose my issue. After asking some clarifying questions gave me direct information. Conducted a blood test and made the recommendations for my treatment. About Michele. Administration, intake, nurse, triage, blood draw, billing, and all around good front person for the organization. I can't say enough about Michele.

I chose Prima Urgent Care because it had better ratings than most UCs in the area. In my experience, this was warranted. Staff was friendly and responsive from scheduling through departure. I was seen, evaluated, and given a diagnosis in less time than I expected to wait in line based on other UCs in the area. If I need a UC again, I will be coming back here.

I had a bad case of poison ivy and really didn’t want to spend hours in an urgent care BUT, I really had no choice. So I went expecting it to take at least a couple hours. I came to this urgent care after a careless fall. I was very overwhelmed/tearful and they were very kind and attentive towards me. It was my first time at Prima Urgent Care and my experience was a 10/10. The receptionist was very friendly and guided me through the checkin process which was less than 10 minutes. The doctors are very professional and helpful and are super understanding which I really appreciate. It was my first time to use their urgent care. I am a patient of their regular office. They accept walk-in and they also take an online appointment which is convenient. I made the same day appointment online. The office was clean and the front desk lady was very friendly. Even if my appointment was at 8:20, seemed like I was the first patient so she did let me in the exam room quicker and the RN in charge came to the room before my appointment time. It was smooth.

I've been at this location multiple time for myself and my family. The staff are very efficient and always make sure to answer all of our concerns while takingcare of our emergency. Prima Urgent Care is my preferred urgent care clinic by far. I consistently have had positive experiences when I’ve come in for Covid/ flu testing and examining injuries. I am a regular patient at Prima Medicine but this was my first experience having Prima Medicine Urgent Care and I was highly impressed with this clinic in comparison to many other urgent cares. The registration process was quick and easy. The wait time was low, 5 mins before I was called back to a room. Michelle was my dedicated medical assistant, she was kind and patient. She explained every aspect of each procedure prior to starting and during the process for my x-ray and EKG. the NP was very patient and kind as well. She listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. Hand wrote instructions for over the counter medication recommendations and how/when to take the medication. The entire experience was unmatched for what you think an urgent care visit would be. The clinic is very clean and staff are top tier.

Thank you Prima urgent care!! I was having a horrible morning and thankfully was able to see Dr. Njomo right as the Fairfax location opened at 8am. I usually go to Prima Medicine, which is in the same building, but unfortunately could not get a same day appointment. Making an appointment via the Prima Urgent Care app was so easy and I’m so grateful for this office for being able to see me asap. Dr. Njomo and her staff that were working that day, especially the nurse named Michelle, were amazing! If you ever need medical attention asap I highly recommended Prima Urgent Care.

I was fortunate enough to have a virtual visit on the day I came down with Covid. The Doctor with whom I visited with virtually was kind, caring, and thorough. When my pharmacy called to verify if there might be an interaction between Paxlovid and another medicine that I was taking, the Doctor called me immediately to straighten things out which helped put me on to the road to recovery that much faster. This is the second or third time I’ve used Prima Urgent Care Fairfax and I highly recommend them!
